Since it is three branch of Government, Biden cannot do it alone without the cooperation of some Republicans who are fair minded unless if he wants to govern by Executive Order which is not governing at all. This thing works themselves out since Biden was a Senator of over 30 years. I have high Hope for Biden because Americans don't want hard right or hard left leadership. Compromise wins at the end of the day without forgoing your ideology.
