omenka: Very typical, just like your lord; hound a man for exposing corruption.
Whenever I think about Jonathan and the manner in which he manages the country's wealth, all I remember are Amanpour's words in the interview she had with him when he attended a meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Below was her question:
And Jonathan's awesome reply was:
People around the president know deep down he should have absolutely no business whatsoever with leadership. Sup bro. I might not particularly be a fan of Uncle Jo, but I see nothing wrong with that particular answer. This bunkering stuff is akin to drugs, and not something one can easily defeat - especially in these climes. And once there is DEMAND, some form of supply will most certainly arise to meet it. How has the US and co historically fared in their drug war? I believe his point was about tackling this from the demand-side too. The same way there are ivory laws in lots of countries. Furthermore, even if Jo has honest intentions, how about the lieutenants he appoints? These guys want to become billionaires. And the law-enforcement agents at the bottom of the food-chain stand no chance in hell of doing anything either. For everyone in the chain, its really either: "Silver or Lead?" (apologies to the Pablo Escobar). |

And yet somehow (in your abundantly-full-of-gray-matter-condition), you've managed to jampack a fairly small paragraph with an overwhelming of dose of ill reason Lol, am only but a lowly stable-hand milady; and not full of grey-anything. But I know you're not one of those feminazis who read everything with their party lenses on . |

EnlightenedSoul: Unless I ignorantly walked into the thread of a devout Catholic, you can color me lost. Ahh, one of NL's finest is a lil' short on grey matter today . Well, if one's the overwhelmed poor girl who's being stuffed full of babies; or the husband, who feels emasculated because he has only girls - one'll tend to see the situation a bit differently . |

EnlightenedSoul: I feel that ideally, the situation should've been discussed but I can't fathom how it's grounds for feelings of betrayal IMO. Anyone care to explain?
So, if a woman is not ready to have yet another child (for whatever reason), should she:
A) Become celibate and/or deprive her partner of sex.
B) Use a form of BC.
C) Willfully risk pregnancy, and have a child anyhow by force & against her better judgement/will.
Which of these makes sense to you? Well, depends on which part of the divide you're on . mygeeZ: Am married with two female kids. Was suprised to find out that my wife uses Postinor 2 without my consent. I feel betrayed. Am just thinking of giving her 3yrs break. I think P2 is emergency contraception and shouldn't be taken more than a few times in a month. Its easy for us to condemn her after hearing just your side of the story. How old are your daughters? Have you been pressuring her for a boy? Remember...she had girls because YOU put them in there. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Let's Talk About Love. by BuddhaPalm(m): 2:53pm On Nov 06, 2014 |
plaetton: I think the emotion itself is the outward or biochemical manifestation of harmony. In fact, Harmonic Resonance is the best way to describe love. When to atoms or atomic particles resonate in harmony or with a common frequency, they act in similar manner. At the biological level, love is the biological or physiological manifestation of Resonance.
We can either tune into it, or in the case of parent and child, it comes as the default setting.
In the case of the universe, we can say that love pervades the universe, since particles do seek and find resonance with other particles. As it is above, so it is below.
I hope I have made a little sense. Lol. So close. You're just so close bro. Why is there, on aggregate, a tending towards harmony and resonance - and not chaos? |

humilitypays: I am not married, but I think its as a result of: 1. Boredom
2. Physical changes in the woman's body after child birth which makes it less attractive/appealing to the hussband, hence his resort admiring other women.
3. Nature's curse on men which requires high level of discipline/self-control/fear of God to flee from. Its The Coolidge Effect. @ Bolded You contradict yourself in one breath. And there are no curses on anyone. |

obongproff: Der is notin hilarious abt it in d real sense of it. I hav never met a woman with a higher libido, so I just day imagine how d tin want be. Is it now a crime to see sth funny in ur own way or to find humour in sth anoda man doesnt see any humour. Question is: how many women have you been with? No offence bro. Most women are multi-orgasmíc, and can give you a good run for your money - on a good day. And the human female's genitalía evolved for multi-male mating. As in gang-bangs...don't take my word for it. However, if you give her some 'wham bam thanks ma'am' action, she'd never complain - hardly ever. She wouldn't want to be termed a nymphó slut. So don't be so sure of your warrior status. |
