testing everyone. just like hiv test is encouraged for everyone so also test for this virus. So that infected ones can be isolated and others may continue their lives. research has shown that asymtomatic ones do spread the virus. so without testing someone who seem healthy, he/she might be spreading it.

New York(CNN Business) CNN anchor Chris Cuomo said Tuesday that he has been diagnosed with Covid-19.

He is feeling well, and will continue to anchor his 9 p.m. program "Cuomo Prime Time" from his home.

"In these difficult times that seem to get more difficult and complicated by the day, I just found out that I am positive for coronavirus," Cuomo wrote in a message on Twitter.


"I have been exposed to people in recent days who have subsequently tested positive and I had fevers, chills and shortness of breath," he wrote. "I just hope I didn't give it to the kids and Cristina. That would make me feel worse than this illness!"

Cuomo was most recently at CNN's offices in the Hudson Yards neighborhood of New York City last Friday. He anchored from his home on Monday, and interviewed his brother, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. The two men traded brotherly barbs about the anchorman's basement live shot location.

Cuomo said Tuesday that he is "quarantined in my basement" and will "do my shows from here."

"We will all beat this by being smart and tough and united!" he wrote on Twitter.


Governor Cuomo spoke about his brother's positive test result at New York state's daily briefing on Tuesday.

"This virus is the great equalizer," he said. "My brother, Chris, is positive for coronavirus. Found out this morning."

The governor called Chris "my best friend" and added a little bit of the good-natured ribbing they're known for: "He's young; in good shape; strong -- not as strong as he thinks, but -- he'll be fine."

The two brothers spoke by phone earlier on Tuesday. "Now he's quarantined in the basement," the governor said. "But he's funny as hell, he says to me, 'Even the dogs won't come downstairs.'"

This is the third case of coronavirus involving CNN's workspace in New York City. Employees were notified of another case in mid-March.

Like other media companies, CNN has implemented sweeping changes in response to the pandemic. The vast majority of CNN employees have been working from home for several weeks. Anchors have been broadcasting from small studios and home offices. And office spaces are being regularly cleaned.

After reading Mr11 comment yesterday, I decided to call my senator, sen. Oriolowo, he picked my call and I introduced myself, he asked me what I want and I told him I'm in need of a job. He asked me when I graduated and what I studied. I told him and he was shocked that I've graduated since 2011. He then asked me what I've been doing since then, I told him I learnt fashion design. He said i should send him places I've applied to. To cut the long story short sha, I sent my CV to him and sent him a follow-up message, appreciating his picking my call and anticipating his help. I also added places I wish to work or anywhere he can help fix me. I pray Jehovah God uses him to help me. Keeping my fingers crossed and been hopeful.

Thank you so much everyone for your advice . Like I said earlier nothing actually happened between us before Christmas , everything was okey , on Monday December 23rd we went out shopping for Christmas after we took the kids out to the playgrounds and we ended the day with a nice dinner at the restaurant. On Christmas morning we woke up fine no arguments, he left the house and went to get his hair cut, I picked up his clothes and left it on the bed by the time he get back so he can wear them, he came back very normal on a good mood , the only time he got angry was when I asked him to go and change , I didn’t raise my voice , I only told him the clothes doesn’t look nice for the special occasion that was when he told me to keep quiet and I did. He took 1 hour just to change the T-shirt to a shirt and I wasn’t not happy but I didn’t say anything because he wasn’t in the right mood. Yes He beat me just because I have asked him to take a family picture , I swear to God I’m telling the truth and if I’m not lying because it won’t put any money to my bank account. This is the 2nd beating after 6 years of marriage , but this is one was worse than the first one. Something did happened back in October ( his fault) but we have already settle everything and went back to normal. I know it doesn’t make sense to some of you , even myself I just don’t understand why did he beat me with so much hatred when I did nothing wrong

I suspect bipolar disorder. This disease could make one who is very nice at one time to behave irrationally at other times with no valid explanation. Its a form of mental illness. I will advice he sees a psychiatrist. But it is when we admit we have a problem that we can seek for solution.

How is this even an issue? Some people are suffering neglect and domestic abuse, this one is talking of ac and sex. If the man never liked sex, we can understand, some men are just put off for a while with the whole pregnancy thing.

He is doting and caring and a good provider. Madam should go and pleasure herself jor. I sometimes wonder what this world is coming to. What happens when a partner has an accident and can no longer function sexually? Is that the end of the marriage? Our generation is crazy. Men and women should learn to see beyond the mundane, marriage is deep and should be treated as such.

In this case I don't think the man is put off with "the whole pregnancy thing" as u put it. its his believes even prior to marriage that is the issue. Such mental attitude can be a source of suffering and deprivation for any one who has it and to those around them.
