Following the fake recruitment exercises going on in the country on behalf of NNPC, this information is therefore very paramount. The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has reiterated its appeal to the public to disregard any announcement of recruitment or invitation to its interview. According to NAN, the Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, Mr Ndu Ughamadu, made the disclaimer in a statement in Abuja on Friday. According to him, the announcement is the third in recent times coming from recurrent fraudulent vacancy claims on various social media platforms purporting to have emanated from the corporation. Part of his speech reads: “We are constrained to announce, once again, that NNPC is not recruiting at the moment. ”Members of the public are, therefore, advised to disregard any vacancy announcement on any online or social media platform as they are the handiwork of fraudsters intent on fleecing innocent Nigerians,”. He said the syndicate’s method of operation included deployment of various means, ranging from text messages to forged letters inviting gullible job seekers for non-existing job interviews, to extort money from them. ”To this end, we wish to once again appeal to members of the public, particularly unsuspecting applicants, to be wary of fraudulent vacancy announcements or invitations for job interviews at the NNPC Towers. ”Anyone who entertains such invitations or deals with peddlers of such invitation does so at his or her own risk,’’ the spokesperson reiterated. He advised anyone contacted for the purpose ,other than through advertisement duly placed by the Corporation in national newspapers, should report such invitations to relevant law enforcement agencies. He pledged that the corporation would continue to report and engage security agencies on such matters. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/05/nnpc-management-warns-nigerians-we-are.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3 obinoscopy dominique

The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) lost N6.87 billion within the first 78 minutes of President Muhammadu Buhari’s first appearance in 14 days. At the close of business on Thursday, the market capitalisation stood at N9,045,302,101,604.97. When the market opened on Friday, the stock exchange gained N30.66 billion, rallying at N9,075,965,863,135.82 when the news of the president’s first public appearance in weeks, broke. Within the next 78 minutes from about 2:12pm to 3:30pm, the market shed N6,871,064,372.41 to close at N9,069,094,798,763.41. Net capital flight has been on the decline of late as the market capitalisation of the Nigerian bourse has remained around the N9 trillion mark, as against N8 trillion in the opening weeks of 2016. In fact, through the first eight trading days of 2016, the market lost 1.2 trillion to become the worst performing exchange in Africa. At the time, the Nigerian bourse was only better than China and Saudi Arabia in the entire world. On the first trading day of 2017, Nigeria’s market capitalisation stood at N9,158,242,792,415.32 — N600 billion less than the opening value in 2016. Last year, Oscar Onyema, chairman of the NSE, had warned the lack of clarity in government will hinder investors from moving into the economy as they ought to. “Giving much clarity around the various policies that are coming out, people will have more data point for making investment decision,” he had said. What tilted the market? what were they thinking? Were they thinking Mr. President will ......? more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/05/nigeria-stock-exchange-lose-n68b-within.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3

u see what we get when id.ots are ruling this country what is happening self. imagine Mugabe they talk to Nigeria now. I need to make this clear to everyone.. I am not surprised from that old man's speech. I have once asked a friend who wrote Nigeria constitution and he said is the colonial masters even though from time to time we ammend them. But truth be told, Nigeria and most African countries were set up to fail. This is the simply but ugly truth. Practically speaking, there is no way in hell that Nigeria will develop with the constitution we have. How can one be a President in an age that he should be in an assisted home being taken care of? How can that be? How can one, after being a governor, which all the entitlement will also be given to him for life, and he gets a post as a senate again, taken all the entitlement due for senators. Only one person? Why can't his entitlement as an ex governor seize until he finishes his post a senator. This is outright nonsense in Nigeria constitution and is excessive spending. How can a Nigeria senator be earning 10x high than what a congress man is earning in USA? Considering the economy of both countries? Nigeria is set up to fail. Until there is a revamp in Nigeria constitution, their is nothing anybody can do about the polity and the progress of this country. My God, this is not where we should be this time. How can this be. And to know the fact that the change of the constitution falls under the senate, is even scarier. Because those men are bunch of loots and corrupt people who wants nothing more than to enlarge their coast. God, this is so annoying. |
Nigeria seems to have taken a turn to what happened on 5th May 2010. Though this may not be the case but it may end up being a similar scenario to what happened in 2010. Their is no denying the fact that Mr. President is seriously ill and the economy of Nigeria has also taken that part. The worst part is that nobody, at least the governed knows the health status of their dear President. Well, the day before yesterday we were told by the First Lady, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, that her husband was not as ill as most of us believed and that despite his obvious challenges he has continued to “carry out his responsibilities”. On the same day the media went to great lengths to convince us, without providing any pictures, that the President had resumed work and that he had had a series of fruitful and productive meetings with his Minister of Justice and the Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) respectively. They also assured us that he would definitely preside over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting which was scheduled to hold the following day. All of these assertions proved to be false. Buhari has now missed his 4th Federal Executive Council meeting in a row due to his chronic and debilitating ill health. Whoever is holding this poor, frail, sick and elderly man to ransom and keeping him in the Presidential Villa, probably against his will, is wicked and ungodly and he or she is committing a grave sin against God and the Nigerian people. According to FFK, it is clear that the President is no longer fit to govern. It is obvious that his time is almost up. It is self-evident that for him the bell is tolling. It is incontrovertible that those around him have held him captive and are indulging in what I once described in an essay that I wrote seven years during the last days of President Umaru Yar’adua as “corpsocracy”. The essay was titled ”Corpocracy: A Gift From Umaru To The Modern World”. Simply put corpsocracy means the rulership of the living by the dead. It is the art of hiding a walking corpse, a comatose zombie or what some have described as the “living dead” in a cupboard in the Presidential Villa, telling the world that it is hale and hearty and then ruling and running the country in its name. This is what happened during Yar’adua’s last four months on earth whilst he still had one foot in the land of the living and it is happening to Buhari today. Such was the ruthless and cold-blooded deception that Yar’adua’s inner circle brought into the equation that they managed to convince the Nigerian people and indeed the entire world that a President that was totally comatose and literally brain-dead managed to sign the 2010 budget all the way from dream-land. They also managed to conjure up a fake but convincing telephone interview with the BBC television service which millions of unsuspecting viewers, including yours truly, watched and listened to from all over the world. Such was the angst of the management of the BBC when the truth was unearthed and they finally discovered that they had been misled, conned, duped and used that the northern Nigerian woman that organised the so-called “interview”, passing off Yar’adua’s brother’s voice as Yar’adua himself, was expeditiously and unceremoniously sacked. Her name was Jamilah Tangaza and she was the head of the BBC Hausa service at the time. She was also a double agent of both the MI6, the United Kingdom’s secretive international spy agency and Nigeria’s external spy agency known as the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). One is constrained to ask: what have the Nigerian people not been subjected to or seen? All these dirty games conducted in a sqaulid and sordid attempt to hold on to power at all costs. Yet worse of all are the nauseating mendacities that the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, keeps churning out. Yesterday he told us that Buhari did not attend the FEC meeting this week because he was “still resting”. Equally amusing was the absurd assertion from the Minister of Transport, the pot-bellied creek-Haramite known as Rotimi Amaechi, who claims that he “is not corrupt” and that he “does not like money” and who told Nigerians that Buhari was now “putting on weight”, was “much better” and that he was “fit enough to run for the Presidency in 2019”. Honestly one wonders if these creatures have any genuine love and compassion for their principal because if they did instead of telling us lies about his medical condition they would simply get on their knees and beg him to resign. One wonders if they have any shame. It is very clear to me that they are all under an accursed hex or Luciferian spell. They have been bound and blinded in body, spirit and soul. This is a classic case of the Living God hardening Pharaoh’s heart unto destruction. Yet sadly those in power, including Buhari himself, are so obsessed with that power that they cannot see it. Instead of letting God’s people go and bringing to an end the wickedness, persecution, slaughter and destruction of their perceived enemies, the Buhari administration has gone into full throttle and unleashed even more havoc on members of the opposition and those that they hate Full write up by FFK here more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/05/president-buhari-resurrection-of.html cc mynd44 missyb3 lalasticlala dominique

I don't know what the US people think they are honestly. I have not see a question more ridiculous than this. Regina Askia is a Nigerian-born, American-based registered nurse (RN), healthcare and educational activist, television producer, writer, and public speaker who gained public recognition in Nigeria as a model an an actress. The ex beauty queen posted this on Facebook hours ago: [i] “15 years in America as a green card holder, i never felt any type of pressure to change status, all these years until Trump came. I always thought the blue passport was not necessary afterall i was still nursing big political ambitions for Nigeria. I never cared for the inconvenience of being separated from the rest of my family who are all Americans to boot, ( except Stephy who is French) when ever we had to pass through immigrations on our many travels. And then Trump and his extreme vetting policies which by the way folks is no joke. “Questions like forsaking all royalty and titles, will you bear arms for the country, when and why did your name change from Imaobong to Regina, have you ever been arrested, do you have any criminal records, do you owe money under a different name, when did you first come into America, when and where did you get married, how many times have you been married, what was your entry point into the country ( to ensure I did not float over on a log or scurry over in a tunnel). Why does your adopted daughter have the same name as you ( africans know its a thing of honor to have a child named after you), what is your source of income, what outstanding fees do you owe ( at this point my heart flutters, maybe Great Lakes has told them things about school loans). I was surprised they didn’t ask if I was born female. Anyway after all said and done….. I got a handshake and walked out of there. Can imagine this people? Ex-Tottenham striker Garth Crooks has called on players in the Italian league to strike this weekend unless Sulley Muntari's one-match suspension is withdrawn. Pescara midfielder Muntari, 32, was banned after he protested against racist abuse he received from the crowd during Sunday's Serie A match at Cagliari, which earned him a yellow card for dissent before he walked off. Italy's football chiefs were branded "gutless" by anti-discrimination organisation Kick It Out. "Those with power in Italy need to take action to stop this happening again," Kick It Out tweeted. Crooks, an independent Kick It Out trustee, told the BBC: "I'm calling on players in Italy, black and white, to make it absolutely clear to the federation in Italy that their position is unacceptable, and if the decision is not reversed then they withdraw their services until it is." In a fuller statement on its website, Kick It Out added: "It's unbelievable that Cagliari escaped punishment as 'only 10' fans were involved. This situation should never be allowed to happen again." Ex-Ghana international Muntari was cautioned for dissent after asking the referee to stop the match, and then walked off in protest - which earned him a second yellow card for leaving the field of play without permission. The Serie A disciplinary committee which issued Muntari's ban agreed that the fans' actions were "deplorable" but said its guidelines meant it could not impose sanctions as only "approximately 10" supporters were involved - fewer than 1% of the Cagliari supporters in the ground. Pescara's coach Zdenek Zeman's said that he hopes "mentalities will change" with respect to racism. Crooks added: "This is not just about black players, we've moved on from that. This is about players. "And I'm also a little alarmed that Sulley Muntari's team-mates have not become involved in this. His manager's not said more - he said something but quite frankly what he has said is rather inadequate as far as I'm concerned. "So it's about addressing racism together as black players and white players, because that's the only way we're going to get past this problem in football." complete story here more @ cc lalasticlala missyb3 mynd44

No doubt that our dear President is very sick and the fact that he hasn't attended any FEC meetings for four weeks and counting have sparked a wild speculations that he is so sick that he can't feed himself anymore. Information Minister, Lai Mohammed yesterday refuted claims in some quarters that President Buhari's health has deteriorate so bad that he is now being fed with a tube. According to Lai Mohammed, that assumption is absolute bunkum and there is no truth to it. He said this when asked by a state house correspondents if this speculation was true. “The answer to your first question is absolute bunkum. It is absolutely untrue that he is being fed. He was in the office yesterday as you all reported. And if the doctors say he should take a rest, because they think he’ll recover faster, then he ought to rest rather than forcing himself to work when he is not fit to work. All he’s doing is following the doctor’s advice. Mr. President himself told the nation he had never been this sick and he is going to take it easy. He said it from day one when he came back from the United Kingdom. So, whatever is happening today is not any strange development. It is exactly what he said: that he’s been advised to take it easy by his doctors and that he will soon also go back for further treatment. So, I don’t think it’s anything that is out of the place from what he said. He has been quite transparent and upfront in the matter concerning his health" he said more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/05/lai-mohammed-debunks-speculations-that.html?m=1
