Education / Re: Crazy Things You Did In High School? by busygirl(f): 7:37pm On Nov 30, 2008
I can remember taking advantage of boys that wanted to go out with me. I usually got them to buy me stuff, and spent their money. Those boys tried for me, yet i still rejected their proposal. I feel bad now, but hey! it was fun then tongue tongue.

I think this guys are having misunderstanding between them. cause there was this Artist that sand a song that mention there name.

No that Styl-plus is no more, who will be Deal, who will be Shiffy and who will be tunde. the artist name is Simo. maybe the guys just come out with there last project album, cause no proper promo for the album and no hit track
I don't believe they are not together anymore. They might be busy individually. Besides, shifi sent me a message about a week ago, and talked about the boys, which is an indication that all is still well cheesy wink. STYL-PLUS IS STILL THE BEST OUT OF NIGERIA.

Family / Re: Children Raised In Nigeria Are Better? by busygirl(f): 11:49pm On Oct 31, 2008
Everything comes down to the parents and the environment. But I think the environment(e.g your locality, where you live) has a bit more significant influence on the kids. First of all, the system here in U.K tolerates lots of things that the nigerian system wouldn't. This accounts for the reason why i think it's a bit better to train a child in naij. But also, i'm not ignoring the fact that parents have a lot to do as well. Spending time with your kids and sharing the word of God is very important. It's also advisable to commit your children to God. The bible says the heart of a king is in God's hand, so you can only do your part as a parent while God will train them and purify their hearts.
I wasn't born in the u.k, and i don't regret it. I thank God i spent 16 years in nigeria, This has helped I and my siblings. Our house is peaceful, we know what to do and what we shouldn't. I have a younger brother who is really young in age but he understands as well. My dad doesn't condone nonsense and there's no way my younger brother misbehaves and he wouldn't get disciplined. my brother will dare not report because he knows it when he's wrong. I think the most important thing is that parents play their parts very well in any environment they find themselves.

wow, this thread is really funny,it's obvious that no country is perfect. There's no big deal in england, but i love england for so many reasons particularly, because it is well organised. pretty much, every country has its own flaws but in naij, it's far too obvious starting from the greedy leaders to the helpless youths  that engage in scams. I just pray things change wink

God bless thread starter. i like primark jor jor,I and my friends call it P.money. Anywayz, i go dere because their stuff are cheap and quite trendy as well. .although, i don't shop in only one place, buti'm proud to say most of my things come from primark. People don't even notice until they ask me. I don't spend too much money in primark because i know that if there's something i like and it costs £15, i'll just chill till its reduced. I can't be bothered to spend so much on their things. I'm not saying their stuff isn't good, but u can also be sure that the price will definately reduce cheesy
