My worst financial year was during my service year. Imagine saving just 65k for a whole year. When I know I can save up to 600k if given freedom to explore in my business environment.

When I did my IT as s student in NNPC, I got my alert 27th of every month. When I came for internships 2yrs back, I got my alert latest 28 of every month. The core staff got their alert before 25th of every month.

There are certain achievements we should celebrate in Nigeria not salary payment. Your salary is your right, you worked for it.

Can't you get it? There was a reduction. A very sharp decrease in their profit margin in 2015 compare to 2014.

Every firm or company want to make an increase in profit yearly and not the reverse. Unfortunately the poor staff suffer the consequences.

In case you're one of such people, just read the new first bank policy direction. The IMF and world bank are banks and makes profit exploiting countries by giving them loan. The only difference is first bank wants to partner with oil companies while IMF and world bank look for stupid countries to partner.

Loans remains the biggest profit strategy for banks. Bank's cannot make profit, unless they give really huge performing loans to companies.

This's why the IMF and world bank are always hounding third world countries for loan!!.

personally I'm still job hunting but I don't see anything wrong with jobberman asking for a premium.Nothing quality is free.I think they've paid their dues overtime and its high time they started reaping the rewards.They only problem I have is their billing system.To jobberman if you really want to make money you have to make it easier for us to pay.I don't have a problem with paying 1k but the mere thought of having to go to a bank discourages me.You could partner with our network service providers so they deduct from our accounts or something.

You also make it easier and cheaper by allowing people pay per application sent.You could charge as low as fifty naira.And people who can't afford 1k would gladly pay if its deducted from their account balance.
All in all you guys have been doing a good job and I think you deserve to be paid.

I keep telling people. It's not about your school but about you. There are still plenty dull students in public schools.

I graduated from a first generation public school but I don't see it as a yardstick to see those from private schools as less human or dull. It is more about the person than the school. I have interacted with some private school graduates and they sounded very good.

We have plenty olodo in public institution as well.



The irony to Op post is that the private school graduates are the ones getting the good jobs nowadays.

Imagine one of my lecturer during my days in the university, was using her 200level note to teach us in class. Infact she was dictating it for you. No wonder we have universities and technology schools yet, Nigeria is yet to come out with a science invention that will shock the world. Sciences and Engineering in Nigeria is total joke.

What we have in Nigeria is not quality education but quantity education. More reason you will do 23 course in a semester and can't even apply one of them in nature.

Nigeria is still backward in education, be it private or public. Nigeria universities should even stop celebrating their first class because what they have is not an applied knowledge but a theoretical knowledge.

Our Naira is rated based on the price of Dollar in international market. Our most valuable resources which is crude Oil is sold in dollars. All import to Nigeria is exchange in dollars.
So if we don't control the naira against the dollar, we are in for a serious trouble.
