Porn is destructive, it pollutes the mind. It reduces women into nothing but sexual objects, and the men as sexual predators! Pornography is sinful, Jesus said whosoever looks at a woman lustfully has already
committed fornication with her in his heart (Mathew 5:28). Unfortunately, a lot of Christians are addicted to it, watching porn on their mobile devices, TV, computers etc.

1. Surrender your life to Jesus:


Accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour is the very first step you have to take. You need to confess your
sins to Jesus, ask for His forgiveness, Accept Him as your Lord and Saviour, He will fill you with the Holy Spirit that will empower you to
overcome sin and Satan.

2. Delete all porn movies and pictures on your phone, computers etc.


Ensure you clean your devices from those pictures and movies, including website bookmarks and also clear your browsing history. Use filters to block pornography and sexually explicit contents on your computers.


3. Leave any Facebook or other social media group that is always displaying nude/semi-nude Pictures.

Block contents from any friend on
Facebook who is always feeding you with sexual contents, if you don’t know how to set the filters, simply unfriend them. You are
responsible for what you allow in your life.

4. Make a decision that you won’t search for porn and sexual contents on the internet
Don’t think twice before you close any pop up page with porn materials on them!

5. Destroy all porn magazines, novels, pictures,
CDs, DVDs in your possession, don’t keep anyone behind.

6. Don’t fall for the deceit that porn will enhance your sexual life when you are married.

it will only complicate issues for you. Lots of married people are frustrated as a result of their partner’s addiction to porn. Porn will not help your marriage; it can only destroy it as a
Christian. Take heed!

8. Try and avoid places that will tempt you into sexual immoralities, like red light districts, etc.


9. Immediately turn your TV off if the program you are watching is tending towards soft porn or any immoral acts, or simply change the channel.


Don’t assume you can always stop along the line, one small thing will always lead to another thing and before you know it, you are back to porn again…Discipline yourself, take a decision against porn. Remember the devil will always tempt you, but you have to take your stand! The bible says resist the devil and he will flee, the same bible says “flee fornication”. Wisdom demands that you simply walk or flee out of the tempting environment, be wise!

10. If possible avoid friends that are always discussing porn or pervasive ideas with you. Let them know you are a Christian, and let them know your stand!


11. Focus your energy and passion on loving the Lord and fulfilling His desires for your life.


12. An empty mind is the devil’s workshop.

Get busy with positive things, face your career, your life goals, your spiritual life, turn your idle moments around, spend time to pray, meditate, sing, read the bible and gospel literature. Engage in bodily
exercises, outdoor games etc

13. What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1 Corinthians 6:19 . You must realize that your body is God’s temple which must not be polluted!

14. Discuss with your Pastor or a trusted believer who you can be accountable to.

The bible says we should confess our faults one to another and pray for one another so we can be healed (James 5: 16). If you are married, confess and discuss with your spouse also.

15. Finally, get busy with God, seek to know Jesus Christ more, the more of Him in your life, the more you can live as an overcomer.

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5: 16). Seek to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, be active in your fellowship, join your local church workforce. Work for God! Dedicate your life and your time to Him! Volunteer for noble causes, write articles and send to us, we will be glad to publish them for you…begin to walk and work for God and porn will lose its grip over your life.

Our body is the temple of the Lord, so we have to keep it holy. Sin brings reproach.

When will Nigerians get sense and stop emphazing on universities that doesn't rank the first 1000 in world rating.

It's not about the university you went to but about the you and the knowledge in your brain.

Plenty dull students are in the aforementioned schools. Many of them are still jobless for years now.

We should learn to put value on ourselves not praising our universities that is not performing up to standard.

I remembered when I finished my NYSC. I was expecting the good job to come a week or two weeks after but nothing was coming forth. It was as fit, all the witches in my village was against me. I became very prayerful. After one month, nothing was coming, it was really frustrating. I got an interview in lagos. I travelled from benin to lagos only to know the job is just 50k. I hustle in lagos if I could get a better job but to no avail. I was like, all the suffering in school will just end this way.

To make matters worst, my girlfriend was acting strange so I broke up with her to concentrate on my life. After staying in lagos for about 2months, I decided to return home because the money I tool was almost exhausted. The 20k I have with me was almost exhausted. I cried as if there is no hope in life again. I meet my church members but they keep telling me to be patient, some even started avoiding my calls. That is when I knew there is no one to trust. My mother was the only one encouraging me that it will get better one day. I cried seeing I couldn't help her.

I was at home one morning meditating about my life. What's the essence of studying hard in sch? I said to myself... I began to pray and cry in frustration, so I slept off during the process. When I woke up, I got a revelation in my sleep to print a flex on home teaching. I quickly wrote it down. I thought about it and even share it with a friend but he said he is not interested.

The next day I design a flex in an attractive way for private home teching in further mathematics, mathematics, physic and chemistry. I went to all the big schools in GRA and pasted it in the front, main entrances and major junctions around GRA. I waited two weeks, no calls. I get more depressed because I have spend money to print the flex.

The following week a call came in, saying if I can prepare the son for jamb and waec. My kind of service was so unique. We concluded on 30k three times per week. Another called again and we concluded on 35k per month. The next week, 28k. A big fish of 40k came same period. I became so happy. I love teaching and impacting knowledge. The total amount I got from teaching was running from 80k to 110k. I never thought of applying for jobs because I was so busy. That's how I got a job and still running my lessons. After 3months, I left my parents house, got a modern apartment in GRA, send my brother and sister money for school etc...it wasn't easy. Life is indeed tough.

Trust God and keep pushing till you get what you want.

From date 1 till now, mathematics has been my best course...


Mathematics is what is putting food on my table for now... Thank God the time I spend solving mathematics wasn't in vein.


Those men really used up to 90% of their brain, because the concept of yesteryear is still solving problems of today.

ui hasn't released any of their exam questions for students to take after exams in the past, when post ume is near they will put their questions on your portal ....the only way anyone could have any past question is if they photocopied the questions they printed from the previous year on their portal and that might not be the questions they want u to use for this year so that's why I said chill till they put the questions on your portal

Let me begin by saying congratulations. Yeah congratulations because it's not an easy feat for you to pass out of a Nigerian University with the current economic downturn. Against all odds you graduated after which you were mobilized for the mandatory one year national service. Even when majority of you were posted to no man's land, you still strived , survived and even managed to live indelible marks on your host communities. Once again, I say congratulations!

Now the crux of the matter, come Thursday 14th(if am right) the 2015 batch A service year comes to an end. Yes, everything that has a beginning definitely has got to end. Welcome to a period when your beloved parents will sit back a bit and see what you will turn out to be. A period when will make or break you, that period when you will know that all those uncles and aunt's who keep mouthing "I got job for an outsider without even collecting his CV", are just noisemakers. Those relatives telling you when you were in 300level that had it been you have your discharge certificate, they will just give you their slot in NNPC recruitment, this is the period you will know they live on bragging and nothing more.
By now am sure you must have been thinking if this write-up was put up to scare the daylight out of you, on the contrary NO! This piece was written to give you the courage to face the realities on ground and Forge ahead.
I know by now you must have heard people saying there are no jobs in the labour market and others calling it favour market because they believe it will favour them. Now in reality there are jobs in the labour market (whichever you wish to call it) however, the jobs are very few that thousands compete for a few hundred openings. This means there is a very tight competition which may result in some staying in the market as much as a year, two years or more (Did I just hear you say God forbid? Yes I pray God forbids it for you, but it goes way beyond snapping your finger above your head backwards)

1. The first thing at this stage of your life is God. In whatever way you worship HIM, this is the time you need to get closer to HIM because without his approval you will just keep moving around in circles. By this I don't mean you stay all day in church, mosque, synagogue or any of your worshipping centres instead of busy applying for jobs, but rather commune with him for his favour and blessings in the best way you can.

2. Networking. This is the period you need those friends you made over the years most. If I were you, before leaving my PPA I will collect contact details of all those friends I met in service, you never can tell. Also your friends whom you attended secondary school, University and even primary school with, this is the best time you smoothen your relationship with them. Don't be surprised when you go for an interview and you meet a former classmate already working there.

3. Now a week after POP you are back home, thinking which way to go, where to start from. Think no more, first thing first get all your documents well arranged, make photocopies and make several copies of your CV. CV? Yes, if by now you don't have a CV, you should set out to work on it soonest. Google cv format for fresh graduate, you will see several formats which you can tailor to your taste. Make sure you have your CV in soft copy i.e pdf and word format always ready on your phone. Reason? Simply because most companies in applying for jobs require you apply online which you can easily do with your smartphone provided you have it ready made on your phone.

4. Yeah now you are ready for job hunt, but not ready for the whole recruitment process. You are wondering what I mean, right? Yes you can now start applying for jobs by sending your CV online, but when invitation for job tests start flying in what next? Maybe you already know, maybe not. Most company's recruitment process follows thus: aptitude test in form of gmat or shl or dragnet are conducted first after inviting suitable candidates. This tests are quite different from each other and quite tricky, however people pass them. In fact, I never failed any I wrote. Guess what, the best and surest way to pass them is by practicing them before going at all for the tests. It's best for one to start practicing even before job search, however it doesn't you can't still practice it now. This various practise questions are in pdf and word format which u can have on your system or phone for easy practice. They are available online.

5. Even after practising, now you need confidence in yourself more then even ever. Don't be cowed by seeing multitudes at the venue of the recruitment. I was once in a room filled with just first class and 2.1 graduates who are very very sound and we were all about writing a test and I just said to myself, even if it's two people that will scale this hurdle I Wil be one of the two. At the end just 12 people progressed to the next stage and guess what, I was among the 12.

6. The world has indeed turned into a global village, any info you need is now at your finger tips, on the Internet. For the interview stage, there are tonnes of interview questions with answers online that help you to get familiar with interview questions and how well to answer them. Now during interviews believe it or not, lies are allowed. I mean convincing lies, lies which u are only telling because that is the only thing the interviewer wants to hear.

7. Never go home after an interview thinking you have clinched the job, so you won't apply for others, that will be the most devastating decision you ever take. Just keep applying and going for interviews, even if u don't like the company or u see it as a small firm. Just go and learn something there. You are looking me with jaundice eye and saying where will you get the money to be transporting yourself everywhere, of course it is our of the gazillion u saved during your service year now, abi you have forgotten mummy and dad wants to see how you will turn out to be for a while. In fact you can go to more than two interviews a day if you know your way and you multi task. I've been there before. In fact when you go for interview in a particular axis say V. I in Lagos, after the interview take your time to drop hard copies of your CV with firms in such axis which you have done prior homework on while online at home.

8. During this period you will get rejection letters, sorry mails, you get disappointed, but they are only telling you to get going and keep improving, keep learning till you get that dream job and all the experience will turn to great stories and word of encouragement just like this one.

I pray the labour market favours you all. Congratulations once again, but this time it's congratulations in advance for your desired miracle job.

You have said it all... After service is when you are welcomed to the real world. That is when you sit down to evaluate yourself and discover your hidden talent.

Life after service is never easy but with a function of time, things will begin to fall in place only with the right though and plans.

Please disregard any human being telling you about some ui post ume past question, when the post ume is near and you're registering they will upload the post ume practice questions that you will download from your portal for free, some of these people will ask you for money to give you uis past question they are scammers. for now keep on studying your jamb syllabus and for art students read wide, for literature especially ui asks recommended texts from older years and poems so get books that have been used before like all those "our husband has gone mad again" etc etc they weren't in my recommended text for last year but when I got to the exam hall they came out, that thing affected me badly, originally I applied for law but couldn't make it anymore cause of that literature so please read books and get their analysis...also poems from wole soyinka came out so read wide for literature
