like I said, I assisted my aunt in her store and she gives me money on a daily bases. If am not mistaking, I got more than 150-200k from her and beside I also raised sum lil amt of money during elections.

I disagree. Kwara state standard of living is low, just that the state doesn't pay.

You can save a reasonable amount in kwara state even if you flex because housing is cheap, t-fee is cheap n food stuff...

I served in kwara but the place is boring n dry.

The only people I believe can save up to 200k and it's with serious money management are doctors who are serving in places like Lagos, Enugu, Cross River, Rivers and Delta. One full year I did my NYSC I didn't fvck, I didn't buy a bottle of beer and the money I saved is less than 50k

My town was just boring and most time we came back from sch we re idle Couple with cold in that place. He nor easy to stay there without woman shall.

I served in a restaurant, I don't pay for food, housing is free all my 12 months alawi was saved. I made additional 200k from the eatry job, at end of my service year I got almost 600k. But almost all d money gone by looking for good job which I av never got till now

Served in Kwara C14.. Saved about 110k... Tho I was posted to a small nupe town in Edu LGA.. The people der were just basically farmers. No state allowee.. Savings was just from Federal allowee itself and the inec allowances.. Tho things were basically cheap. Doing home lessons der was just waste of time.. Fellow CMs dt did lessons were just complaining, imagine doing lesson for 4 kids and been paid 3k

Bros you try ooo. I served in kwara C14 @ oke Ero local govt. Na 68k I carry go house after hsc training n others things I bought. I follow woman shall, I went to party, I traveled a lot because the place was very boring and I never regreted my actions. I gave out to indegene too.

Did you do your mathematic very well. Federal + state+ sch can't sum up to 400k. You were even collecting money from your aunt. I guess you collected from your parents too.

So you didn't incure any expenses during your service yr. You didn't spen on yourself too.

I will say it again, I saved 470,000 during NYSC including the money payed by INEC. There are corpers who bought cars after NYSC. Chill bro!

I served with one of NNPC's subsidiaries. They had the money to pay! My story went across town. So I wasn't just limited to just office runz.
SSS came to my lodge on various occasions because ofthe influx of people that patronized me. They taught i was a yahoo boy. They whole runz ended immediately after my service year. Returned back to base to pursue my dream.

I smell lies... NNPC don't pay corpers more than 35k... don't come here to lie.

I follow women during service. Not even just one but about 3. I also import women from other state once in a while because I promise myself never to sleep with any of my student which I did even if some tempted me to but I resisted. if you are a corper and don't have girlfriends, you might be tempted to sleep with your student which is unethical.

I still save up to 68k and I ve no regret about it. I still eat some female corpers money. Everything na discipline.

No state alawee, ppa paid 1k but hold us 6months. Only relied on the FG alawee.

I did HSC training, bought a new laptop screen n battery, send 1k5 to my younger brother every month. All the indigenes in my environment eat my bread, wine, malt, biscuits etc... I am not stingy.

Money come n money go... nor be evertime person dae hide money. people around you should feel the effect.

I made about 300k during my service year. I was posted to a sec sch (BJSS Beletiema, Brass L.G.A, Bayelsa) that operates from 1pm to 6pm. So i decided to take a teaching job at a private sch. My period is scheduled from 8am to 11am, the pay is 10k. I also have an adult home lesson from 11:30am to 1:30pm, the pay is 6k. Then i'll proceed to my PPA and my period there is between 2pm to 4pm. Then i'll proceed to another home lesson from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, the pay was 6k. So i virtually earn 19.8k + 10k+6k+6k=41,800 monthly. It was not easy o, but God was my strength.

The fact is that one can't save more that 70-100k in service except the person is stingy to his/her self and live an introvert life.

I saved 75k. Was owed 5months arrears after relocating from Kaduna to Cross river. so they paid it all once, thats 99k. Was able to go back home with N75,000.

During that period you were not paid, how were you surviving? Didn't you touch your personal account or borrow or get assistant from family & friends?
