From your pics, the accident was still fresh when you took the snap. Instead of you to administer first aid or find possible way to help, you were taking pictures. It was like you planned the accident because it seems you were not shocked.

Nigeria youth are vibrant, articulate, smart and intelligent but inexperience. That's the major ingredient a great country like Nigeria need to rise from its fallen state.

The old cargo men has not done enough to cushion the pains of the people because nigeria is still lamenting in serious undevelopment, unemployment and povety.

I think we should give the older men more time to prove what they have before we youth lead a peaceful revolution of change. As we await to see that the old men have to do, lets use the opportunity to gather experience, learn from their failures, know the reasons they failed and what actions is needed to bring the desire change of the Nation.

I'm serious. If you can avoid heavy food before going to church, it will help a great deal. When you eat, your body goes into digestion mode. During digestion, your body breaks down the nutrients in food. This causes a rise in blood sugar that triggers your pancreas to release insulin into the bloodstream. Insulin increases the amount of serotonin and melatonin that flood the brain, two chemicals associated with drowsiness.

Try to get enough sleep on Saturday night. If you do, you will not be able to sleep for some hours after you are fully rested. (You could still be bored, you just won't fall asleep.)

Also, get more interested in the sermon and try to take down notes. If you take notes, it is much easier to stay awake than if you just listen.

Or become a worker, that would make you active.

I was this sleeping type until I stop taking breakfast in the morning and stop reading late night on Saturdays. I make it compulsory to write in church even if the message is not really interesting.

I can sit in church now for 3hrs without blinking my eyes.
