A lot of people go to work daily not because they enjoy it,but simply because the need the money. Many wake up without any zeal or energy to go top work.some work places are like a war zone,brutal employers and unpleasant experience. They canr just quit,the fear and uncertainty is what keeps them back.Many have been owed,treated harshly or even insulted .........yet they swallow it in shame. Some have families that depend on them,they come home sad.....but what can they do?
If you are one of them,hold on and don't quit in anger unless you have a better alternative.

You know, without negatives there won't be any positives.

The craze about seeking for employment in Nigeria is quite on the rise as of recent because of the downturn being experienced in the economy. But having been opportuned to get an insight into the coporate world, people have actually neglected the truth about other aspect of employment of labor and the dignity in it. A lady that was recently sacked from our company told me in confidence that she had never felt the type of peace she has felt since being relieved of that job in recent times. I was taken aback with that statement because this was someone I called to encourage haven known her just within the short period I joined the firm. But the truth is that that's what most employees are facing today, workplaces that are filled with so much negative energies that nearly suffocates the workers and leaves them holding unto survival rather than enjoying their sweat. And the truth is that most job seekers don't consider theses things before they accept job offers only to resume work and start experiencing depression and downward flow of emotion. Some work environment are just full of spiteful and hypocritical bosses. They create this atmosphere of fear and squeeze their employees to the point that they only worry about losing their job. Is that job the source of your life? If you are being rubbished at your place of work stand up and say the truth and confront them in love and respect. Don't be earning mere thousands that cost you your happiness, joy and peace of mind. And to those seeking for employment by all means, pray and research properly on that firm aforehand and be ready for anything, anyday, anytime.
This is to all those who are not being appreciated and ridiculed at their place of work out of no reason. We will learn and be loyal but always stand for the truth, then someday we will get our own companies abd treat our employees better with respect and love.

Those of you shocked to see Audu Ogbeh who served as a minister in 1979 still on the so called change ministerial list that was just released plus other 'Ex-pdp recycled politicians' should keep calm because more shocking changes are on the way. What were you thinking when you saw a 70 year old retired general as the symbol of change you seek in your nation? Is it that Nigeria is so deprived of young and vibrant brains that are ready to sacrifice everything to see that this country is set free from the hypocritical and greedy bunch of leaders that have controlled the affairs of the nation since it's inception or what? Until we tell ourselves the truth and turn from or hypocritical, tribalistic, spiteful and evil ways, Nigeria is not gonna be smiling for a long time to come as we are heading in the wrong direction, because we as a nation have chosen to give ourselves over to reprobate minds.

Hello everyone, please am looking to do my masters in Estate Management in any good university in Canada within the next 2 years or less, been checking out some UK based ones but someone advised that i should consider Canadian ones too. I graduated with 2.1 in Estate Mgt by God's grace and also currently working. I had to change the agent. Had two options moderate Rottweiler caretaker and what I call bad ass Rottweiler lawyers. The bad ass ones get rent paid 3 months in advance or hold possession letter on day of tenancy end with bailiff on hand to do the needful.

You will save yourself all these stress if you employ the services of Professional Estate Surveyors and Valuers. You won't even need to deal with your tenants directly and you will be assured of your rent with peace of mind. There are professional ways you can handle tenants with minimum occurrences like the ones you have listed.

Nice write up. Religion will only teach you what services it. I was born an Anglican but I don't follow the religion or doctrine of men anymore, only the doctrine of Jesus. I can attend any church but will take back what I heard and check it out with the teachings of Jesus according to the cannons of scripture. It has been amazing to say the least. My religion is my personal relationship with Jesus.

Anybody that is thinking that APC or Buhari will save Nigeria from boko Haram is naive. Islamic rebels are not something you wipe out with mere military actions, take a look at Iraq how Al-qaeda was stopped and now ISIS has grown from that same region. The truth is that Boko Haram in Nigeria is not internal..
Look at all the countries that has oil today from Libya to Syria to Iraq and tell me which one of them is at peace except Saudi Arabia and other Islamic states that are allies to one country like that. I don't wanna go into details because a lot of us may not understand. But the truth is that the end of boko haram is far fetched or else something miraculous happens. Killing the militants will only reduce the level of their operation but won't stop them completely.
We will keep praying for Nigeria but we really need more than prayers for something drastic to happen.

My point is there is no point explaining things about the true nature of God to you because you already have prejudice towards him and view God as the one responsible for all the bad things happening that's why you are against him. In some verses of the bible you'll see where its condemned and in some other verses you'll see where its not totally condemned. Like I know of the "drink but dont be drunk" law in the Bible. So what do you say. Are you among the school of thought that will say To DRINK is NOT a SIN but to be DRUNK life is a sin or Are you among the school of thought that will say To DRINK ALCOHOL at all is a sin? You are going about it in the wrong manner because you making it look as if those that drink alcohol will go to hell. No, but the value that alcohol will add to your life is more or less negative because it will lead to doing things that basically destroys you both physically and spiritually. Alcohol gives you a false euphoria and leaves you living in pure deception. Whether you drink alcohol or not, God will still love you but it will make your heart hardened towards God if you want to grow spiritually. I have stopped taking alcohol for some years now so don't think that am indulging in it and looking to justify my actions.

Somebody should remind him that fear is not tangible sand it's not just enough to reform an ailing nation. when the fear finally disappears the reality will stare back at like never before.

Before you open your mouth to pray God has already answered them the problem is with our receiver and there is nothing like God saying no to your prayers once it's in line with the will of God. The truth is that most of the things that Christians pray for is just lying in front of them in the spiritual realm but they don't know how to reach out and take it, they grapple and plead with God to come and pick it for them. Eg is prosperity, it dosent answer to prayers so also are demons. All these things are our inheritance in Christ what we only need is the knowledge of how to take what rightfully belongs to ours.
90% of my prayer life is now thanksgiving since I found out these truths through messages and reading the word diligently and I have seen so many things I never prayed for happen spontaneously. Life has been awesome and full of joy and void of depression or anger etc.
Knowing God for yourself is the best thing treasure you can ever have.

Mr Seun, freedom is not actually free as we all perceive it. A lot of prior are religious fanatics guided by doctrines of men and religion will only permit what services it. As for this section that maturity and tolerance is lacking. Only about 2 out of every 10 Christians can comfortably sit down and have a constructive argument with an atheist or Muslim and still walk out in love. The best is to allow people make their choice in belief. Create another thread for Christians just like you have for Muslims. Merging it together will lead to more outpouring of emotional comments and you will get tired of banning people trust me. The decision is yours tho.

Get those word that you find difficult to pronounce, practice them daily at least three a day and do it all the time. Within months you will be marveled art your progress.
