I don't fully blame kidnappers in Nigeria... the economy is just too harsh...

but nevertheless, it should be a death sentence for any kidnapper caught...
you don't blame them?

So stealing human beings is permissible when people need money badly?

K-leg is very common in y0ruba men due to having very low testosterone which translates to weak legs and inability to participate in sports...that's why they rarely play sports. To the contrary Igbos are more bowlegged due to having very high testosterone which translates to strong legs and ability to dominate in sports. I have never seen a y0ruba man with bowlegs...never! Bowlegs is one of the biggest aphrodisiac in women...turn them on.

PoliticsRe: Clerk’s Appointment: N’assembly Service Commission Rejects Saraki’s Directive by CACAWA(m): 8:33am On Apr 27, 2016
captianfreeman:
The senate president, is the best among equal : meaning he is the head of all the senators (politicians) in the senate. While the executive chairman of nass service commission, is a civil servant. He is the head of all the civil servants in the parliament. So the senate president has no power over him.
he does, not for sacking but for suspension and perhaps reposting.mThe rule is that when three bosses ask the head of service to repost you out of their domain, then you are due for sacking
PoliticsRe: Clerk’s Appointment: N’assembly Service Commission Rejects Saraki’s Directive by CACAWA(m):
Wait, who is who in NASS sef,

We have chairman of National Assembly,
We have executive chairman of National Assembly service commission,
We have clerk of the National Assembly.

Who is the over all boss...I would expect that Saraki can suspend or transfer out the stubborn civil servants.

Although not a fan of Saraki in his trial, I still won't support anarchy.

Was Jonathan popular?

In case you are just joining us, in Nigeria, nobody wins election by popularity, na who you know.

Even Buhari won't have won without Tinubu and Maybe Atiku and Obasanjo.

So back to the topic, which northerner bah? El-Rufai, if Apostle Johnson does not kill him by force.

PoliticsRe: Saraki: Umar's CCT Illegally ''assumes The Power Of A/court By Reversing Itself by CACAWA(m): 2:56pm On Apr 23, 2016
The OP is being delusional.

The CCT never reversed itself.

The CCT simply refused to be persuaded by its previous ruling. This is because the decision of a court of coordinate jurisdiction (including itself) is not binding on any court.

When you say "reverse itself", what you mean is that the CCT went back to say , okay go and bring Tinubu back, because I have changed my mind. No, only an appeal court can make it change its mind on Tinubu' case. But on any other case, a court can make a new decision based on further clarification.

Even the supreme cannot revers itself on any matter in a case, but it is at liberty to refuse being persuaded by its ruling on mr A's case when dealing with mr B

If they born you well, go to any court in the world and speak when a judge has not even asked you to speak, you will know the difference between lawyer and judge.

Imagine, the judge is even saying sit down sit down sit down, and you think he is your mate so you can carry on talking and abusing him, saying he is corrupt, he is biased....hmmmm

I swear, Saraki will lose that case in the CCT, Appeal Court and Supreme Court for his severe abuse of the courts and the judiciary.

PoliticsWhy we must believe in Nigeria - CACAWA by CACAWA(op): 8:34am On Apr 18, 2016
I know Nigeria has a long way to go, but we must give it up to our country for so many things...look at the way we fought Ebola, and look at the way we have provided IDP camps to cater for the displaced ones....otherwise, you can imagine how many child-beggars we would have had flocking around the south. At least we still see those Yoruba speaking 'Oyinbo' beggars from some Sub-Saharan African countries. The way Boko-Haram tried to take over Nigeria and were crushed is the same way the rebels in Syria have succeeded in destroying that country, not to mention Somalia, Rwanda and Sudan. I think our army did a great job fighting with bare hands since 2010.

Now that the Buhari Team is beginning to get it right with security and taxation, plus the many recruitments from police, FIRS, Airforce, Navy and Army.... As well as the expected impact the 2016 budget implementation will have on private labour, I think it suffices to say that we are almost on track again.

I cannot wait to see the success of the Mambilla Power Project and the many refineries that may be coming onboard soon as promised by the Buhari team. I also certainly know that once the Chinese firms begin to explore our solid minerals, work on our rail ways and assist us with our domestic production, we may once again rule the world.

I am certainly impressed by the health minister's plan to take primary health care to every senatorial district and the communication minister's plan to take postal/banking services to rural areas. I am only yet to see an action plan on revamping the post secondary school technical curriculum, an area that will directly push our technical advancement.

Now this is the part that concerns you... Most times when the govt. says this or that will be stable in 2020 or 2030, many of us grumble and mumble words. Like "ehhen, so we must wait until when our grandchildren have all grown grey hair abi?"

What we don't realise is that the journey of a thousand miles starts but with a step, and the duty lies not on them, but on you. Do not grumble about how long it will take, find out what role you can play. Let me leave you with this famous quote..."a nation only grows when people plant trees under whose shade they may never sit"

ire o
