If you would be honest, you'd agree that the honourable thing to be done would be either Pantami resigning or Buhari the unaware, relieving him of his position! Such a person with such thought processes should never have made it into such level of leadership in a multi-religious country battling BH insurgency with clear links to Al-Quaeda! Renouncing now is only because he's been exposed! Who knows what level of damage he has already perpetrated prior to this time!
Someone is languishing in jail without trial just because he said if he received 1 or is it 10million USD, he'd hire snipers to eliminate Buhari! He did not receive such funds, not to talk of engaging any sniper!! Just mere twitter banter where he said his mind and DSS has kept him incarcerated for over a year now! Meanwhile Pantami is a clear threat to national security, an active supporter of terrorists that have murdered millions of human beings! He is happy at and encourages the killings of 'unbelievers'! His extreme religious bigotry has led to deaths of Christian students in Bauchi! Yet you are quick to absolve him of extreme views just because he says he has renounced them? When will he pay for his sins?

This is the right time for him to repudiate the extreme views he once held. There is no better time than now. Hopefully, he truly no longer hold those extreme views.

Truth be told, people’s views and ideologies evolve over time. There are religious views I espoused about 10/15 years ago that I no longer subscribe to today. If I have been recorded back then expressing such views, it can be unfairly used against me today even though I no longer hold such views.

First, since when did protests in this country start to yield any positive results with the kind of demon-possessed idiots we have as governors and president(s)?

Again, this idea of always trying to shift blame to hapless citizens should really be dropped like hot shit! It is in this same country that citizens protesting are met with brute force and live ammunition from those who ought to protect their lives and properties from the same fulani terrorists the people are protesting against yet you say Southern residents/citizens have done nothing? Do you know the fear and psychological damage being faced with live ammunition and arbitrary arrests has brought and still can bring? Quite a number of times, women in Edo and Delta states have protested, even gone half naked because of these fulani terrorists yet you say there have been no protests. Did the governors take any tangible action?

The governors are squarely to blame as they are the ones that invite security agents to harass and maim their citizens without taking any concrete measures towards addressing the core issues. Look at how militarized the South is especially the SE with countless checkpoints, harassing motorists everyday! Is it citizens that will go and protest that one? How many times has the issue been raised? The governors/NASS representatives can and should take tough action against such deliberate intimidation by military/security personnel yet nothing is done because they are the ones that actually invite and sponsor them against their own people! Exactly what do you want citizens to do?

Thereafter, they should heavily compensate her, fire the person who carried out the demolition, in addition to prosecuting him.

However, we all know nothing will be done... Our leaders get away with such unforgivable acts of indecency, tyranny and oppression because there will always be people to defend them.

The person who carried out the demolition on whose orders? Unless the 'demolishers' acted of their own volition (which you and I know is impossible), you need to stop advocating scapegoating! He did his job, someone gave a directive/order for that job to be done and that is the person that should be removed from office and prosecuted!
