JOB BRIEF

We are urgently looking for a Cleaner to take care of our client facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and in orderly condition.

*LOCATION*: Abeokuta, Ogun State.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Clean, stock and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, vents, rest room, offices etc)

Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed.

Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.

Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.

Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.

Stock and maintain supply rooms.

Cooperate with the rest of the staff.

Ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

*QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS*

Candidates must have completed SSCE.

Proven working experience as a Cleaner is an advantage.

Ability to work well under minimal supervision.

*Resides in the following area; Eleweran, Obatoko, Asero & environ.*

*EXPERIENCE*

Minimum of 0-1 Year
experience.

Why not go to the market and buy, it wouldn’t cost more than usual brake pads as it’s not changed often

If it's diesel powered don't buy, bad experience with one.

Better look for toyota dyna, Nissan cabster, mitsubishi canter, VW LT35 cargo variant. Those are common only big companies with Access to Car center buy all these kia and isuzu vehicles.

Ikology:
Multi-grade engine oils are still better in their response to temperature changes. Multi-grade engine oil contains viscosity index improver chemical additives, consequently they have high viscosity index than monograde.
Comparing SAE 50 and SAE 20W-50 whose viscosity index is 95 and 120 respectively (minimum) by Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) standards or whose kinematic viscosity @ 40 degrees is around 240cSt and 180cSt respectively. The above results implies that SAE 50 has low viscosity index and will be adversely affected by low and high temperature changes. At a low temperature not necessary less than zero degrees, like cranking the engine, the oil will be thicker and will not circulate faster, leading to wear in some areas in the engine. However SAE 20W-50 with better viscosity index and a lower cranking viscosity during engine start-up or warm up shows faster circulation and better engine protection during cold or warm start of engine.

Secondly is the apparent viscosity at high temperature and high shear rate, When both oils are in service, and the engine is fully operational, the engine temperature has become very high, analyzing the relative thickness of both oils shows that multi-grade will still have a high thickness compared to monograde. The viscosity at high temperature and high share rate at this point in time reveals that multi-grade offers better protection at high temperature than monograde.

Its just that before the last guy got to the ecu, i saw he had to remove the glove compartment (pigeon hole) then unscrew it....and i cant do that myself to give you that info.

I want to but the car from a friend who says the ecu was bad and he replaced it. But now it does hard start and drinks fuel like mad.
Another electrician says we need to buy a ecu with the right part number.
