HealthRe: Horoho Takes Oath As First Nurse, Female Surgeon General Of The U.S Army by Caleboha(m): 8:50am On Jul 17, 2014
Samgreguc: Nigerian Physicians want that office.
Will they ever allow a Nurse there?
After over 200 years American physicians allowed the first nurse. Nigerian physicians have atleast 150 years to monopolise the position before it becomes a bone of contention.
SportsRe: Chelsea Ready To Offload Mikel Obi At Reduced Fee by Caleboha(m): 4:45pm On Jul 16, 2014
Now this is very unfair. Mikel was denied african player of the year award despite his incredible pace and movements with the ball as well as goal scoring prowess. His stamina, composure and flair on the pitch is yet unmatched by any african player. Im not saying this because he is my fellow igbo brother, but because its the truth. Chelsea can never ridicle my beloved Mikel just when he's being considered favourite for the ballon di or. This is another case of racism and failure to recognise african talents undecided undecided undecided
EducationRe: UNICAL Wins All Nigerian Universities Debate Championship by Caleboha(m): 10:03am On Dec 15, 2013
Some Universities with an aggressive political alignment that would have given UNICAL a run for their money were conspicuously absent. ABU for e.g: Anyone yet to reckon with the political strength of the North should read up Nigeria's history. Furthermore every tribe is represented in this school, with near even proportions, creating a miniature Nigerian political scenario. Very smart, pragmatic kids in this school! OAU!!! Damn I've met a couple of them! Very vocal, highly convincing, ingenious politicians. Bathe in the philosophy of the famous Awolowo, they'll tear to pieces any topic of this sort. UNIBEN; arguably the best school in the south south. UNILORIN, UI, etc. UNICAL shldnt celebrate this victory pls. They even came up with the debate style alien to the other contestants!
EducationRe: Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, (Pictures) by Caleboha(m): 12:50pm On Dec 10, 2013
ABU is the only true university in Nigeria, in terms of structure, organisation, diversity and intellectuals combined. You can't argue with the truth! Only fools do so! cool

SportsRe: Manchester City To Sign Kelechi Iheanacho by Caleboha(m): 4:02pm On Nov 26, 2013
Greedy, myopic, inconsiderate, autocratic African Father. Snatched the opportunity to make a crucial decision for your son and unfortunately what he desires doesn't matterhuh Mr Iheanacho Senior do you really think you know football better than your son because you're older? Or you're just being a worthless, backward fool? angry
PoliticsRe: Do You Know The Leaders Of APC In Nigeria by Caleboha(m): 8:42pm On Nov 14, 2013
Its honestly hard for any Nigerian to ignore this. If you did, you're living in self deception and denial of our multi-ethnic and religious composition, with tenacious inclination. I'm afraid someone will try scoring some points against the APC with this someday. sad
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Pressures Committee To Absolve Oduah, Make NCAA Officials Fall Guys by Caleboha(m): 8:22pm On Nov 14, 2013
Presidential pardon for a Alamesigha, Stella Oduah goes scot free, Nigeria's debt hits 8.32 trillion, EFCC, ICPC now as good as dead, NAFDAC is at all time low. All anti-corruption indices are on the negative. Some Nigerians will rather die than see the ship sailed differently undecided
PoliticsRe: Soldiers Attached To President Jonathan's Children Assault Man In His House. by Caleboha(m): 7:28pm On Nov 14, 2013
In a sane, functional democratic society soldiers should NOT be personal security to the president or his children. We call war combatants into a peaceful democratic setting yet complain about their approach to issues. I don't blame the soldiers, I blame the person who dislodged them from the barracks into our streets! undecided
PoliticsRe: Governor Orji Wins 2013 Businessday Good Governance Awards In Health And Securit by Caleboha(m): 7:17pm On Nov 14, 2013
He is definitely the best governor in filth, poor drainage systems, open refuse disposal, dilapidated infrastructure, most road ridden with pot holes and complete environmental neglect. Heightened spate of kidnapping and lack of health staffs earns him a runner up slot in health and security. We felicitate with you our amiable governor. Your expert handling and beatification of Aba, a renown south-eastern town is testimony to your superb leadership qualities! smiley
BusinessRe: IPMAN Inaugurates Sale Of Kerosene At N50 Per Litre Nationwide by Caleboha(m): 9:48am On Nov 07, 2013
I BELIEVE IT, I RECEIVE IT. I love good news, I accept it with open arms! Nigerians find it easier to believe bad news than good ones about their country. We must have a change of mindset if we truly want to experience the transformation we desire!
PoliticsRe: Governor Chime Denies Detaining His Wife by Caleboha(m): 9:39am On Nov 07, 2013
Akshow: na u examine her confirm say she get mental illness? Abi na for ur front dr diagnose her with Schizophrenia? All what u said is jus speculation.
I'm glad you examined her yourself and discovered she doesn't have schizophrenia. Your opinion as a trained and practising neuro-psychiatrist is way better than my mere speculations. smiley
PoliticsRe: Governor Chime Denies Detaining His Wife by Caleboha(m): 6:44pm On Nov 06, 2013
Akshow: this victim mentality will get u no where. Ur kinds were all over nairaland calling sahara reporters rumour peddlers and junk journalism, now that he the gov has been outed and force to make a statement as regards all d rumours that he incarcerated his wife in d govt house u still blame sahara for saying d obvious. I tire for una o.
If your wife is ill with schizophrenia (God forbid), I'm sure you'll be glad to let her stroll the streets knowing she could easily strip naked and dance at the motor park. When and if she recovers from the madness, I hope she'll forgive you for letting her embarrass herself that way. I'm glad the governor never denied the restrictions. Its only a shame everyone now knows his wife is mad. If you have a friend or relative with mental illness, you'll understand the stigma!
PoliticsRe: ‘north Should Decline Participation In National Dialogue’ - Ahmed Daku by Caleboha(m): 6:33pm On Nov 06, 2013
The honest truth: NIGERIA WILL REMAIN ONE INDIVISIBLE ENTITY COME 2015 AND BEYOND!!! Your secessionist dreams and fantasies gets torn to shreds once you attempt to logically analyse the lines of cleavage in the event the country splits up. Many Nigerians because their irrational ego and bigotry refuse to accept the simple fact that Our beloved Naija has become too mixed up and intertwined to extricate. Even the Biafra - mongers live in denial of the fact that nearly 50% of their kinsmen honestly have no hopes of a meaningful livelihood without the north. Northerners have in order to save face dared to accept the Biafran proposal while heavily reliant on southern wealth for infrastructure and existence altogether. At the heart of the Nigerian quagmire is RELIGION and if ever a split will be orchestrated on that basis, all we will have is tiny hamlets standing as countries, ofcourse following a bloody war that will make the joy of secession infinitesimal.
PoliticsRe: Governor Chime Denies Detaining His Wife by Caleboha(m): 5:31pm On Nov 06, 2013
Governor Sullivan has nose cancer, a very traumatic ailment. Most cancer patients are aware its incurable and often prepare to have a less distressing exit to the afterlife. Sullivan has lost a lot of weight, often carries a depressed demeanor. He is obviously under the burden of cancer and wouldn't love to aggravate his already hopeless situation. He may have stepped on some toes as any politician would, but what saharareporters have effectively done is worse. If she has a neuropsychiatric doctor, she's mentally unstable. Depending on the severity, such patients often have restricted movements as part of their management. He and the wife now have to deal with the stigma associated with mental disorders (having been made public by saharareporters) aside his stroll to inevitable demise! undecided
PoliticsRe: . by Caleboha(m): 10:55am On Oct 22, 2013
mayorall: Remember he was the one having meetings with ASUU in 2009 the way Sambo is doing now. He was the one who persuaded President Yaradua to sign the agreement. So he's 100% involved in the agreement.
So your clueless Jona convinced a very smart president (Yar'adua) to sign the agreement? Is that how it works in your own world? Dull people convincing smart people? I see..... undecided
PoliticsRe: . by Caleboha(m):
caseless: and whr was jonathan when signed d agreement? He(gej) was Somewhere in lagos driving molue or in otuoke river side paddling canoe or fishing? What do u mean..are u saying he was not d vp then? Sms! Hav u forgotten he(gej) set up a committee on how to revitalise highier education in nigeria in 2011 and in their report they requested d govt to budget 1trillion to highier education for a start? And what is the offence of ASUU in asking d govt to do what is right and benefits all of us?
If u think under obj d strike lasted six months and he still won in 2003, ok, we've stayed more than that under gej frm 2010 to date. U musn't use events surrounding obj's govt which he overcome to win in 2003 to predict gej's re-election in 2015. His gov't is in more turbulence than obj's govt, he's more distracted than obj, nigerians are more divided than we are under obj and the opposition is stronger than it was under obj. If u look at all these factors, u'd be forced to believe that 'whatever happen to d nose might not affect the eyes this time around. '
. If you honestly think Nigerians were satisfied with OBJ, that's why he won in 2015 you're mistaken!!!
PoliticsRe: . by Caleboha(m): 8:29am On Oct 22, 2013
I understand your frustration as a student but remember that Yar'adua signed the agreement not Jonathan. One of the longest strikes by ASUU so far was in 2002 during OBJ's regime- six (6) horrible months we had to endure @ home, yet he won the 2003 elections landslide. You may choose not to vote GEJ but I'm afraid this ASUU strike cannot singly determine how 2015 goes down! undecided

EducationRe: UNICAL Hosts Universities Debating Championship by Caleboha(m):
Veracity and acceptability of points made will boil down to members of the panel of judges. If they happen to be people in society renowned for their very biased, lopsided, myopic opinion on issues, its a failure already. I'll love to suggest the following panel members: 1. Wole Soyinka 2. Ben Nwabueze 3. Shekarau 4. Femi Falana 5. Any foreigner whi has lived in naija for atleast 20 years.

PoliticsRe: Sokoto UNDP Coordinator Found Dead In Country Home by Caleboha(m): 12:31pm On Oct 12, 2013
38 years in power and the North remains the least developed, least educated, most retrogressive region in Nigeria! The most dangerous job in Northern Nigeria today is to be a politician, no matter how lowly placed otherwise a mere UNDP coordinator shouldn't be a target. No reputable charity organisations, orphanages, scholarships by any well meaning northern leaders. All they do is drop peanuts as zakkat to beggars outside the mosque while the multitude wallow in poverty. The weight of Abacha's wealth is yet uncertain. Point to one significant, life transforming, poverty eradicating project he carried out for his brothers? Blinded by bigotry and ethnic bias, most northerners have so far seen their leaders as heroes but this is fast changing! Northern leaders now live in perpetual fear, they're now facing the monsters they created.
PoliticsRe: Kidnappers Storm SSS DG'S House Kidnap Deputy Governors Father, uncle by Caleboha(m): 10:42am On Oct 12, 2013
When the Nigerian elites suffer incessant kidnapping, plane crashes, road traffic accidents...when our polithiefcians and their relatives die from inability to procure adequate emergency health services in health centres nationwide (case in point senator Gyang Dantong). If the ills and horrors of daily life in Nigeria becomes the lot of the high and mighty, only then can we hope for change! I'm not a woe-monger but I don't sympathise with them one bit and I wish they experience more suffering!!! angry
PoliticsRe: Kwame Kilpatrick, Former Mayor Of The US City Of Detroit, Sentenced To 28 Years by Caleboha(m): 6:27am On Oct 11, 2013
Usually in Naija such a sentence will carry along an option of fine, rendering the sentence completely weak. Like a public office holder convicted of stealing 23 billion will be sentenced to 5 years imprisonment with an option of a fine of N750,000. Ridiculous! undecided

PoliticsRe: Photos: Bola Tinubu Returns To Nigeria After Knee Surgery In The US by Caleboha(m): 7:37am On Oct 06, 2013
Now that's exactly how a healthy human being makes an entry back home! Not what we saw with Danbaba Suntai who had this autistic disposition. Welcome back Tinubu. If the possibility of death ever crossed your mind during the course of your ill health, make the rest of your life worth while. Give back to humanity!
