A government that has plans and sees the future would start compulsory relocation from the flood prone areas of the Niger delta and parts of lagos not waiting for worse disasters to happen before taking action.

That's if they make an alternative area available . Any Government that wants relocation of citizens from flood prone area should make provision for a suitable area as well .

Delta is just a hopeless state. Imagine that a state like Ebonyi doesn't earn up to a quarter of what Delta earns, but there are more government projects in Ebonyi than Delta. Delta and Bayelsa are 2 Niger Delta states that have nothing to show for the huge allocation they receive.

Now that's my point . Some government officials are greedy but still give back little (Akapabio). And some politicians are greedy and still give back Nothing (okowa) with all the oil money
