That's a stupid analogy. Salah is a pure attacker so is expected to score plenty goals, that doesnt make him better than say Gundogan who plays further down the pitch. However, if Gundogan for example outscores Werner for example, thats a clear indication of how awful Werner is considering his position.

As for the 8 key passes created by KDB, 2 were from corner kicks and some of the other 6 were from indirect freekicks into United box. KDB did little today.

Bruno was actually involved a lot in the buildup play. He came into the midfield, received passes and distributed it appropriately.

And he gave a number of passes that could lead to a shot on target but the receivers made the wrong move.

There were instances where a selfish midfielder woulda shoot from outside the box but he was constantly trying to find Martial.

Today is not the day to criticize Bruno. Rest.

Fred covered the midfield much more than McTom did today. He was also instrumental in winning some important balls that led to good chances for us.

Having said that the two of them misplaced a lot of passes. It was very evident in the first 20 mins before we surrendered possession to City. I wasn’t surprised or shocked cos I know they’re both average passers of the ball. Towards the end tho they gained a lil confidence and did better.

However, without their energy we wouldn’t have won this game with a clean sheet.

I don't dislike Fred. His work rate is ok, but in this game he is clearly piss poor, toward the end he lost another ball that nearly led to a goal and keot us on pressure with many corners. In this whole 90 minutes i just saw a SINGLE, 1, ONE misplaced pass from Bruno, how do expect me to condemn him for that? and all of a sudden i am unfairly calling out Fred. Fred deserves criticism completely for his today's performance and its not as if this is the first time he is giving us the same nonsense. Martial, Mctoms, Rashford James all have misplaced passes do you see me call out any of them? I just mentioned fred because his errors are just one too many
