My point is Ole is a dire manager and does not have the required credentials to suceed in any EPL team let alone a big club. Who knows these players might blossom elsewhere or with a more accomplished manager. Look at Lingard at west ham. He lost his way once ole came and suddenly became unplayable at west ham, the truth is Lingard is not bad as painted but not world class, so he doesn't have the ability to dig Ole out consistently enough like Pogba, Bruno, Rashford anh Shaw for example.
