Its 5 actually, but with further numerous FA Cup and league cups, 2 Europa league and the big one in 2012. Chelsea has 2 league titles and a league cup in 3 years. City has 1 league cup in 3 year. Both history and recently.

Man city is not yet a big club, Only clubs that has won Champions league are eligible to be a big club. EPL has been more successful than bundesliga recently. But going by your logic League one is better than bundesliga(although appears to be true) since Monaco reached semi-finals more recently than bundesliga thrashing Dortmund home abd away in the process.

A move from man City to Roma is a huge step down because City as it is is one of the biggest clubs in Europe financially and Roma still is the place where expired old players go to get their last paycheck like Dzeko Kolarov Cashley Cole, Maicon, Vermalean and Seydou Keita or mediocre players go to get games like Gervinho Sczezny, Mohd Sallah El Sharawy

All these players I mentioned played for Roma at some time in the last 3 seasons

Its not true. In the past 20 years bundesliga has won just 2 CL. Making just 5 finals combined. But EPL has won 4 and reached 9 finals. The best of the lot Bayern has won it twice and reached the final 4 times exactly same with Man United. Even in Europa league that Chelsea 2x, United and Liverpool has won it with Middlesbrough, Fulham and Liverpool again reaching the finals.

Roma has been to quater finals 2 consecutive times 2007-2008. That been said, Man city is still not more successful than Roma in Europe and they both occupy top spots in their respective groups. A move from man city to Roma is not necessarily a move down.
Rudiger is getting games in a team that is currently Man citys home Champions with bigger pedigree and far better recent and past success. Rudiger is playing at a bigger club than City.

With Farmers like Dortmund who could not be Apollo FC over 2 legs and FC lipstick who are crawling in one of the easiest group in the champions league together with Part-timers like Cologne abi na Perfume,Hertha berlin etc loosing upandan in Europa. I think its safe to say that burndisleaguedown is at par with Scottish premier league. My great grandmother will wrap up the league with Bayern by February. ONE TEAM LEAGUE.

Lindelof was bought to start with Bailly, to cover for injury prone Jones and and absent Rojo. He failed woefully so far. Even Tuanzebe is better than him. Lindelof is so far more of a flop than Bakayoko.

Look at the freed attacker that later recieved the pass from Dzeko, i think its perrotti, before he ran into that space, Look carefully and closely there is a chelsea Midfielder that was initially ahead of him(perrotti), then he allowed perrotti ran past him to exploit the space which Dzeko is about to create, he did not even close perrotti down AT ALL!!! The defenders did not mark dzeko well but then if that ball has gone in, that player there will have to share a huge amount of blame. Thats a lazy and lax attitude in a champions league night.

In 1990 Matthaus was an attacking midfielder, Brehme was an attacking full back, there was Klinsmann, Voller

1974 had Gerd Muller, Overath Hoeness Grabowski all attaching juggernauts even Paul Breitner was an attacking full back
