China sacrificed under Chairman Mao (Mao Zedong), now they are reaping the sacrifice, no Nigerian generation wants to sacrifice, they just want to enjoy, you don’t plant anything but you want to eat cheap rice, you didn’t build any power transmission stations & lines, but you want to have electricity? even the price of ordinary garri will triple despite all the cassava we have in Nigeria, they will be quick to blame the president.
Mao Zedong was a Marxist theorist, revolutionary, and, from 1949 to 1959, the first chairman of the People's Republic of China. Mao was one of the most influential and controversial political figures of the 20th century, in China and abroad. The sweeping urban and agrarian reforms he enacted throughout his leadership—via China's first five-year plan (1953–57), the Great Leap Forward (1958–60), and the Cultural Revolution (1966–76)—often had disastrous consequences for China's people and economy. Mao ultimately resorted to increasingly authoritarian tactics to maintain principal control over the trajectory of his his country.

While perhaps well intended, many of Mao Zedong's policies were implemented to disastrous effect during his time as leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The government that succeeded him began to dismantle many of the policies that Mao had put in place as chairman of the People's Republic, in some cases while Mao was still alive: China's agriculture was decollectivized, for example, and its economy was (and continues to be) refashioned to be more free trade-friendly. This has not necessarily eliminated some of the more authoritarian practices of the Chinese government, which—even after Mao's death—continues to censor its media, jail dissidents without trial, and suppress protests.

More than 30millions died because of his policies over years . Most deaths were due to hunger. After his death, China was still struggling until another revolution which happened in 1990. It was military v people. After the revolution, China started killing corrupt politicians.

Well, I don't wNt my kids to go through what I went through so I forgave her.. God was answering my prayers and things started picking gradually.. I went to meet them, took them all out and did shopping for them..
I was planning on how to relocate them to where I was...
Now this is the revelation..
My wife has been used, thats the fact...
My photography business first collapsed.
I did about 5 businesses that just one of it can make me a millionaire, every business collapsed.. The more I sleep with her, the more things become worse for me...
All these revelation came after I was told to pray and fast..

When things started picking gradually for me this year, I payed for a shop 300k,it was almost my son's birthday. So I went to see them.. We slept together, I came back after the birthday.. Could you believe, I was chased away from that shop and till now, I was only able to recover just 50k from the money..
Before my mom's birthday again, I was doing some business and it started picking. Went for my mom's, she came for the birthday too, we slept together, and when I came back to my business, the war I fought was unfathomable.. It collapsed too..
I am a very prayerful person and believe me, in the 8yrs we've been together, I never slept with another woman. I sweared with everything they gave me cos they couldn't believe me..
Before my daughter's birthday, God was merciful to me and I started another business.. I was warned severely never to sleep with her again.. Till now, my business is gradually picking and am able to send them money for upkeep and my kids school fees....

Now this my wife have an immediate younger brother who is a travel agent, I remember last year I introduced a friend to him and even vouch and stood for him that nothing will go wrong.. Truly he did this guy's traveling to Dubai and the guy went.. But we didn't know what happened and this guy came back.. Maybe he was deported or not, nobody knows but this my friend came to arrest me and I was told to produce my Inlaw.. He came and we were both locked up for 3days..along the line, the matter got settled, I parted with some money after selling one of my equipment. And he too also raised some money.. So this year, when things were already picking up for me, he got into another problem and this time, they were gonna jail him, so I borrowed him 100k and he promised to pay them 50k monthly till he complete the payment.. It was a travel gone sour though I know some people he has done traveling for and they are doing fine in their respective country of choice.

So this year, someone decided to help me travel out, he gave me UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA admission processing fees, it was 120cad, but I gave this my Inlaw 150$ believing that atleast, since I am his Inlaw and have done him alot of goods before nothing will go wrong..
That was in August..
Fast forward to 2days ago, I messaged University of Manitoba since I wasn't getting any update, and I was told my application was not submitted neither paid for, I almost collapsed... So what he did was doctored some documents and sent to me and I believed him..
Right now, I am in a fix..
About my wife's promiscuity, I have all evidence of their chat..
After forgiving her over that chat, when I went for my daughter's birthday, I wanted to go through her phone, she gave me a heavy fight that I can't go through her phone, the phone I bought for her with my money..
When she slept, I opened it with her Fingerprint.
The chats there are so damaging. Some have slept with her and still wanting to do more, some she is already negotiating with.
She works in a beer parlor now and she is already using waist beads, she knows I hate these things..

I can't tell it all but if you have a question to ask, or anything you think I missed, ask me and i will tell you the truth..
My Inlaw hasn't pick my call to tell me why that happened..

If you think this is a fabricated story,
I have all evidences.
If enough people ask for it, I will release it here..
You are paying for father sins. Your father was a womanizer Definitely, he womanizer a married woman.
His children would pay for it if they do live in opposite live with their father. You started your life like your father by fornication with her from school. It was not live. But sexual sin prevented you from seeing the dangers ahead.
If you want to be free from the woman , you have to divorce her officially. With divorce, association between you and in-laws would end. Take custody of children. Remarry.

Friends, my cousin was given an apparently fake exclusion letter by their school course rep in 2011,now her office has demanded she take her exclusion letter to NYSC for verification.

When she did a background check again, she got to know the letter was fake and that NYSC had sent the ORIGINAL which she promptly went and got.

The question is: how can she explain this to NYSC since the fake one is already in her file at her office. Please advise.
Does school letter of exclusion from nysc bear Nysc logo or signature of dg Nysc?
Who signed letter issued by the school?
It might just be a letter from school not Nysc exemption certificate.

sadi78:
When billionaire Femi Otedola in a telephone interview, was asked by the radio presenter, "Sir what can you remember made you a happiest man in life?"

Femi said:
"I have gone through four stages of happiness in life and finally I understood the meaning of true happiness."

The first stage was to accumulate wealth and means. But at this stage I did not get the happiness I wanted.

Then came the second stage of collecting valuables and items. But I realized that the effect of this thing is also temporary and the lustre of valuable things does not last long.

Then came the third stage of getting big projects. That was when I was holding 95% of diesel supply in Nigeria and Africa. I was also the largest vessel owner in Africa and Asia. But even here I did not get the happiness I had imagined.

The fourth stage was the time a friend of mine asked me to buy wheelchair for some disabled children. Just about 200 kids.

At the friend's request, I immediately bought the wheelchairs.

But the friend insisted that I go with him and hand over the wheelchairs to the children. I got ready and went with him.

There I gave these wheel chairs to these children with my own hands. I saw the strange glow of happiness on the faces of these children. I saw them all sitting on the wheelchairs, moving around and having fun.

It was as if they had arrived at a picnic spot where they are sharing a jackpot wining.

I felt REAL joy inside me. When I decided to leave one of the kids grabbed my legs. I tried to free my legs gently but the child stared at my face and held my legs tightly.

I bent down and asked the child: Do you need something else?

The answer this child gave me not only made me happy but also changed my attitude to life completely. This child said:
"I want to remember your face so that when I meet you in heaven, I will be able to recognize you and thank you once again"

What would you be remembered for after you leave that office or place?

Will anyone desire to see your face again where it all matters?

This got me thinking. I pray it does same to everyone.
There is happiness in giving than receiving

Yea. Another question. Who certified him dead? If it death certification was done improperly or by unqualified person , lawyer for accused can argue that the boy was buried alive!!!

Did the school present evidence that the boy just slumped and died while trying to answer a question? .... any photo or video of the boy slumping?.... any eyewitnesses? He was beaten to death and his class mates witnessed his demise. Doesn't this mean something? Why will you then conclude the death is suspicious? Will an autopsy tell who or what caused his death?

Both the teacher and principal need to be arrested.... teacher charged for manslaughter and principal for trying to cover up a crime... whatever that charge is called. I believe the teacher wanted to beat the boy badly for another reason.... he not answering the question correctly was used as a cover. I want to believe the boy witnessed something between the teacher and principal. He wanted him dead..... dead men tell no tales..
Without medical evidence and autopsy certification of cause and manner of death , family has no case in court.
Even if there is strong circumstantial evidence ( like picture or video ) of teacher beating him to dead, without autopsy certification of death, a good lawyer could argue that the victim could have died of an underlying condition. In the end, the suspected killer will be punished for battery by the court.

1. As a politician in Nigeria, never build a house without a secret doorway to an underground where you can hide during an home invasion.
2. Make sure you have g"ns to protect yourself and your family stored in a safe place.
3. Teach your wife and children on how to use a g"n.
4. Playing golf is a beautiful thing but not in unsecured areas where there are lots of bandits, BH, Hisbah, FHmen e.t.c
5. We are in dangerous times as a nation, install CCTV in your house.
If family have guns, some of them could have been dead.
I agree with having underground place to hid. Some individuals do have safe room. Safe room cost is around $10,000.
CCTV, electrical fence, also good.
I see use of unarmed security guard as wasting of resource

With tears streaming down his cheeks, 20 years old Samuel Shekwo, son of the assassinated APC Chairman in Nasarawa State, could not fathom why unknown gunmen would cut short his joy by sending his father into early grave.

The late Philip Shekwo was abducted by some gunmen last Saturday at his Lafia residence opposite Peace House on Kurikyo Road, Bukan Sidi in Lafia before his lifeless body was found the next day a few metres away from his house.

Narrating his father’s ordeal in an interview with our correspondent, Samuel recalled that the late politician was captured by his killers in the toilet after searching extensively for him in the house.

He said: “On Saturday night, we were all at home. My father went to play golf and came back in around 8 pm, and I went to the parlour to greet him. He had just finished eating and was telling us how the game went when I went into my room and left him in the parlour with others as they were watching the news on television.

“A few minutes before 10 pm, one of my course mates at Nasarawa State University called me and we were discussing the whole strike issue. Then from nowhere, I started hearing gunshots all over the house.

“I dropped my phone without even ending the call and rushed out of my room. I went into my parents’ room first to see whether they were fine, and I saw my father coming out from his room. I started switching off the lights because I noticed that we were under attack, so that they (attackers) would not be able to see through the house.

“I went to the parlour and was looking at them from the window. They were shooting from outside the fence. Then one of them jumped the fence into the house and used the butt of his gun to heat the gate’s padlock. He then rolled the gate to the end and the rest members of the gang started trooping in.

“They surrounded the entire house and were shooting from different directions. While four of them were trying to gain entry into the house through the front door, another four were at the backdoor trying to gain access into the house.

“When my father rushed to the palour, I followed him. I told him, ‘Daddy, you are not supposed to be here. These people are looking for you,’ He now told me that he was looking for his phone, and his phone was just by the side stool where he used to sit in the parlour.

“I took the phone and gave it to him, and I escorted him back to his room. He started making calls to security agencies but nobody responded.

“I was also making contacts to see if help could come. I called a friend, Mr Dominic Bako’s son, who is actually a close friend to my father and I am friends with his son too. So, I called him and he told his father that we were under attack.

“When I called him the second time, I could hear his father making contacts, saying that the Chairman was under attack.

“My cousins who were staying with us were also terrified. I told them to go back to their room, lie down and stay calm. But they were worried, so I took them to my room and asked them to lie on the floor while I went back to see what was happening.

“Throughout this period, my father was in his bedroom. But when I noticed that the pressure was much, I thought that they were armed robbers. So I went back to my room and started picking certain valid items and documents to hide. I also took my car key and laptop and hid them.

“Later on when I started hearing their voice, I locked my door and lay down together with my cousin sisters and we were just praying. Later on, I heard two gunshots in the direction of my parents’ room. I thought they had gained access into my parents’ room and I started crying and praying.

“That was when I started hearing voices inside the house. I also noticed that one of them was opening the back door, and I started hearing more voices inside the house. I couldn’t come out at that time because I had locked my door already.

“They were searching round the house but they could not find my father, so they went out through the back door and were lamenting. They appeared frustrated that they could not find my father. That was when they got our security guard who normally sits at the back of the house before moving to the security post at the gate.

“When they got the security guard, they started beating him. We were hearing them from the room as they were asking him where is Oga. He told them that Oga had travelled but they said it is a lie, that Oga was around. They were actually beating him with their machetes because even from the sound, we could hear it.

“Later on, they asked what about the children. We heard he has a son. They were speaking in Hausa. From their ascent, you would know that they were Fulani, and they were not covering their faces.

“When they came to my room and noticed that it was luocked, they pushed the door and forced their way in. They saw us lying down together with my cousin sisters, because my blood sisters were not around.

“They now asked us to stand up. They asked the security guard, ‘Is this Oga’s son?’ He reluctantly nodded his head in the affirmative. Their leader now held me by my shirt and dragged me up. The other one now said since they couldn’t find my father, they should just go with me.

“They asked me to stand up and follow them; that my father must give them the money he was enjoying from the government. As they were about going out with me, one of them with a gun noticed that one of the rooms was locked, so their attention shifted to the place.

“They now detailed one of them to keep an eye on me and the security guard, that if I moved, he should shoot.

“They broke the door and entered but they did not see anybody. On their way out of the room, they decided to check the toilet and noticed that it was locked. That was when they forced their way into the toilet. There they saw him and my mum.

“Even when they had broken the toilet door, they still were not able to enter because my father was pushing from the back and they could not push their way in. Their leader now said since the door was not opening, they should shoot. One of them was about to shoot when my father released the toilet’s door and they got him.

“One thing that baffles me is that they did not manhandle him. They were not even sure if he was the one. They were calling him Moses. They assured us that they were not going to harm him; that it was just money they wanted. He was pleading with them, begging them. My mum too was begging and pleading with them, but they said there was no need begging, it was just money they wanted.

“They left with him and we were at home throughout that night, praying and hoping that they were going to call since they said it was money they wanted, only for us to get the sad news on Sunday afternoon that they had found his body.”

Samuel added: “Aside my mum, I think I was the closest person to my dad, so it is even affecting me more than my sisters. I’m not grieving today because my dad died; I am grieving because someone killed him.

Samuel added: “Aside my mum, I think I was the closest person to my dad, so it is even affecting me more than my sisters. I’m not grieving today because my dad died; I am grieving because someone killed him.

“Already, he has prepared me for it. He told me so many things, though I feel with my age and everything, I’m not ready to take responsibilities. But I learnt courage and wisdom through my dad. I don’t need anybody to tell me about him.

“I know my dad so well. He used to tell me so many things. We travelled together most times and he took me to political activities because I actually told him I wanted to be a politician and he said he was going to support me in whatever I want to do. But he said I must make a difference if I want to be a politician.

“‘You must be a politician with a difference,’ those were his words to me. So I miss him more than anybody. But I learnt to stop crying because I know my dad is in heaven. He was a righteous man and someone that was close to God. I am praying to take over from him politically by God grace.”

School Teacher On The Run After Beating His Student To Death In Lagos (Photos)

A Nigerian man, Ridwan Oyewunmi, has called on Nigerians on social media to help him get justice after a school teacher who is currently on the run, allegedly beat his younger brother, Boluwatife Omelaja, to death at a school in Ikorodu, Lagos state on Thursday, November 26, IgbereTV reports.

In a Twitter thread, the distraught brother said the teacher beat Omelaja because he couldn’t answer a question.

His tweets read:

"Twitter NG i just lost my brother to School Teacher Brutality. Mr Emmanuel(frame 1)is a sec school teacher at Elihans college, Ikorodu in Lagos. He beat up my brother Boluwatife Omelaja(frame 2) to death on 26th of November in the school premises because he couldn't answer a math question he was asked correctly.

The school initially made us believe he slumped and died while he was trying to answer the question on the board, a boy who wasn't ill or showed any sign of sickness before.

He was brought home in the school's bus by the school proprietress and principal, along with Mr Emma-whom we didn't know was the killer at that time, and he was buried few hours later according to muslim's doctrine

Meanwhile Bolu's other brother, Lateef Omelaja was prevented from leaving the school premises, in order to prevent him from spreading the true news to us at home and to buy Mr Emma more time to run away.

We believed the cock and bull story the school fed us not until Lafeef got home at around 5pm and narrated what really happened at the school to us.

We also confirmed this from other students of the school including classmates of Boluwatife.

The painful part is, the school keeps trying to cover up for Mr emma claiming he didn't beat Bolu.

Mr Emma is on the run, nowhere to be found.

I know no amount of punishment for him will bring back my brother but i just want Mr Emma located and justice served.

#JusticeForBolu"
When will ask people to do autopsy for suspicious death of their relatives, they will quickly rush to do burials citing religious and superstitious reasons.
The boy has been buried, no evidence he was beating to death. No video or picture of teacher beating him.
To know the truth, body must be exhumed for autopsy!!!!

Have you heard of any unrest in China lately? The answer is no.
This is because their government knows that information is power and can change alot of things so they intentionally limit a lot that goes into the country except what will actually develop them like technology. Love them or hate them but this system is very effective. They understand that civil unrest in a highly populated China can destabilize what their country has attained in 4 decades within 4 weeks.
As much as I am for freedom of information, the extent #endsars influencers went by inciting youths to disobey a government and playing down a curfew should not be tolerated in a fragile democracy like ours. I knew there was a hand behind this was hours after the tollgate shooting, the fatalities were inflated and fake images were being circulated everywhere to propagate their cause and encourage anarchy. Fake news is the new weapon of mass destruction. It is the duty of the government to ensure peace and if shutting them down will do, so be it.
Of course their Nairaland crew will insult me and sheeples who reason out of sentiments will support them. Just know this, a society without law and order is finished.

Today is the "International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women".

The Buhari gang of bloodthirsty killers brutally murdered 297 women during the brutal and inhuman #ZariaGenocide of which 23 of them were pregnant. Elrufai wickedly dumped their dead bodies in multiple Shia Mass graves.

Hundreds of women survived with bullets wounds, some of their injuries are life threatening. The Nigerian army shot these women and girls with live ammunition.

"The Nigerian army threw #Grenades into rooms were women and children were seeking refuge." Amnesty International on Zaria Genocide

During the #ZariaGenocide the Nigerian army shot Shia women in their private parts and stabbed their breasts with Riffle bayonet chanting "No Shia in Nigeria!". Many were killed but some survived. What happened in Zaria between 12th-14th December, 2015 was a Genocide.

Bro let be honest it not everything you will blame Sanwo olu for ..are you mad what is your problem sef ?all those commercials bus no Dey ever hear word
Make dem sell everything
Most of cars being auctioned are private ones not even commercials. I think there are some measures government should not take in any poverty-stricken country. Beside, auctioning of car is selective process. Unfair system is dangerous to peace.
Government is interested in making money not in solving traffic problems. There are better way of punishing traffic offenders not by subjecting more people to poverty.
