I'm tired of the Davido and Wizkid hype. Yes they have sang lots of popular songs and yes they have helped introduce foreigners to Nigerian music, but their songs have lots of wack lyrics and stupid repetition of lines. And recently the quality of their songs have dropped.

If you want to listen to good Nigerian musicians that have great lyrics in their songs and not the rubbish from the likes of Davido and Wizkid, listen the the songs of these Artistes I'm about to mention.

Here they are in no particular order:
2face, burna boy, brymo, Jonny drille and beautiful nubia.

The out of Africa theory is bs and has since been replaced with the Sumerian theory and Aryans as the first humans.

Every other race is an admixture of satanic reptilian blood just as Ham (the first nigger) was cursed by his father Noah for continuing the line of Cain and Lucifer by sleeping with Cain's daughter to produce Canaan (the real patriach of the Jews).

Ugly fact!!
NA in the present form cannot defeat bokoharam.
It is only foreign help or mercenaries that can do it!!!
We do not need military in nigeria. We should look for a super power nation to protect us from external aggression. Japan did it starting from 1945 till early 90s. Japan signed security pact with US and used her resources to rebuild the nation.
If police officers are properly equipped and funded they can handle internal security problems after foreign mercenaries have defeated bokoharam.
Nigeria Army is useless. It is only lekki massacre they can do!!!

The truth is people born within 1950's - 1990's in Yorubaland were inculcated to believe that 9 - 5 is the way to go. Especially as the % of those working 9 - 5 then live a seemingly more comfortable life than their 10 - 10 counterparts.
But since the economic downturn, coupled with a population burst that has over populated higher institutions with hopes of getting non-existent jobs, these fella born in the 1990's - 2000's are now doing 9 - 5 with side hustles mostly, some female graduates are now full-time traders.
Everyone follows the trend when it comes to surviving as human beings. the pre-Buhari/Idiagbon era was favourable to traders so Yòrùbás followed that trend. The aftermath made people start seeking a guaranteed monthly payment (salary).
Now that the economically visionless Buhari is running Nigeria again, Yòrùbás are working 9 - 5 & once the side hustle picks up, they resign.

MY POINT OF VIEW IS FROM THAT OF A LAGOS BOY THOUGH
You have said it all.
Politics › Re: UN Withdraws Claim That 110 Farmers Died In Borno Boko Haram Attack by capitalzero: 9:09pm On Nov 30, 2020
etokhana:
The United Nations on Monday recanted an earlier claim that 110 farmers were killed by suspected Boko Haram insurgents in Zabarmari community, Borno State.

Local media had published a report on Saturday quoting officials of the Borno State government saying at least 43 farmers lost their lives in an attack by insurgents on a rice field.

On Sunday, the Borno governor, Babagana Zulum, had during a mass burial of the deceased farmers, told journalists that 43 farmers were killed.

Later on Sunday evening, the UN issued a statement which quoted the head of the UN System in Nigeria, Edward Kallon, saying that at least 110 farmers were killed in the said attack.

The UN version of the death toll from Koshobe rice field went viral.

In the initial UN statement, signed by Eve Sabbagh, UN’s Head of Public Information at the OCHA in Nigeria, Mr Kallon said he was “outraged and horrified by the gruesome attack against civilians carried out by non-state armed groups in villages near Borno State capital Maiduguri.”

He added that “at least 110 civilians were ruthlessly killed and many others were wounded in this attack.”

Withdrawal
In a new release on Monday, the UN said its initial statement was inaccurate.

The UN’s head, public information, said the earlier numbers quoted by Mr Kallon were not correctly sourced.

In an email circulated to reporters, Ms Sabbagh asked journalists to disregard the earlier statement.

“Please note the number of 110 civilians killed on Saturday’s attack is an unconfirmed number and the correct version of the statement by the Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator is the one published yesterday on Reliefweb and used on OCHA Nigeria’s Twitter account:

In the fresh statement, the humanitarian agency replaced the portion where it quoted “110 deaths” with “unspecified figure”.

This time around, Mr Kallon was quoted saying “tens of civilians were ruthlessly killed and many others were wounded in this attack.”

The remaining paragraphs of the one-paged statement remained the same.

The UN did not, however, add how it got the earlier figure it released and which was quoted by at least one international media outlet.

Meanwhile, sources in Zabarmari had confirmed to newsmen that a search party was still combing the bushes for other missing farmers at the time newsmen visited the farm.

“The number of death remains the same,” he said. “We have not had any other corpses other than the 43 we buried yesterday; even though we know about 70 farmers were involved in the incident.”
Source huh?
Nothing like massacre in zabarmari. No video of bokoharam killing people.

First off, don't quote the bible to make a point, you can make the point without it. Secondly, go through the context I never talked about religious or non religious leaders, I was talking about the citizens.

My case was mainly on the religious killings and loss of common sense due to religious beliefs.

If you also want to talk about Atheist who have been evil without talking of good ones like Xi Ji Ping of China, then we could also talk of the Crusaders and the brutal rise of the Arab empire.
There are religious killings just as we have tribal or ethnic cleansing as well as political killings.
You cannot isolate religion as culprit.
There are good and bad leaders across all boundaries-religious, tribal, racial, cultural and political.
There are bad and good citizens too across all boundaries.
Major problem facing humanity is bad leadership viz human rulership. Human are leaders and leaders are the problem.
To get it right , we have to get to the root. Bible provides the answer.

I'm dating an older woman. The difference in our ages is just 2 years. She is everything a man can ever dream of.

She's very supportive. Doesn't bother me and let's me do my thing. She doesn't boss me or anything of sorts. She's also very independent, but the only thing that stresses me out is our age difference and it's quite obvious cause i even look quite younger than my age and she's quite matured both physically and mentally.

Are there any cons to marrying a lady that is older? Guys who are married to older ladies, are there any traits i should look out for ?

Ps: we've been dating for 4 years now, so its not like i just met her. So i know everything about her and she knows everything about me.
Adam was older than Eve, Abraham was 10 years older than Sarah.
Marrying older lady is against law of nature. Girls attain puberty earlier than boys. Women reach menopause around 50 years . Men can still father children even at 70 years.
If you are looking for a lady who will take care of you like jyour mum did. Look for a woman who is 20 years older than you. Just her as your mum and mother of your children .
Congratulations !!!!

Mumu UN?

China will refuse to give up the “special and differential treatment” it enjoys as a developing nation at the World Trade Organisation, in a rebuke to a US proposal that would pare back the privileges China and other nations enjoy on trade. China is categorised as a developing country at the Geneva-based institution, which affords it “special and differential treatment”.

This enables China to provide subsidies in agriculture and set higher barriers to market entry than more developed economies. The dispute reflects a fundamental divide within the WTO that has threatened the future of the global multilateral trading system. The United States has long complained that too many WTO members – about two-thirds – define themselves as developing countries to take advantage of the terms the status permits them to trade under.

However countries such as China and India insist that the preferential treatment is an important cornerstone of the global trading system. Despite being the world’s second-largest economy and its biggest exporter, Beijing continues to label itself as “the world’s largest developing country.
China is still a developing. Her large economy is due to her huge population . Yes,population economy. Hungry China is not good for the world.
How many modern inventions can you attribute to Chinese.? Might not be up to 5.

North is definitely the worst place to live in atleast in Africa.
Majority of northerners are really suffering. Their elites continued keeping them at subsistence level, brainwashing and preventing them from been educated and enlightened and then use them for whatever selfish purpose they need..
The northern elites should understand there is new wave of enlightenment going on presently in the north even though media is suppressing this new awareness.
Their is serious revolution brewing in the north.
The banditry, terrorism, crime prevalence in the north can only get worse. No security outfit can stop that. As long as north continued to be ravaged by poverty, the ranks of terrorism, banditry, kidnapping etc will continue to be strengthened. This trend is simply ushering a very deadly revolution in no distant time.
The northern leaders as foolish as they are believe its not that serious and they have been foolishly trying to suppress this by paying off terrorists and bandits but they forget the more u pay them off the more others join the ranks
Are you a northerner? What is your problem? Yenefer and arrewa said stories of killings, kidnappings and poverty in the north are fake. North is now new heaven on earth . Shalom!!!!
