Hey, Please how were you able to pick it up from the embassy? Can anyone approach the embassy? Or does it have to be a staff. My friend's passport is stuck and she needs to travel on Sunday. Thanks Pascal122: Update:
My visa appeal was successful and approved!!! All thanks to God!
Thanks to everyone here who helped and contributed.
To save someone from going through the stress I went through, Please when submitting your appeal documents, you can include your passport along with it. Then send it with a return or prepaid courier. It will get back to you, you can ignore what the website says.
DHL wanted to frustrated me, but it was a nairalander here that helped me collect my passport from the embassy after it was stamped.
I hope everyone has a successful study year and beyond in Ireland. |

The funny part is that if she reports now, a lot of people will blame her and call her wicked. People will not see the years of abuse. omidan21: Hello house since Corona has changed and tweeted something’s . Some new questions might start to arise here ohh
Please I submitted my application in the 28th April , Glory be to God and received AOR message immediately
However used a letter of explanation and the email screenshoot from Qlife indication that upfront Medicals suspended
Now Medicals started today . Upfront Medicals has been reopened and I just booked a date with Qlife HOWEVER someone said if you have submitted application we can’t do upfront Medicals again . That we have to wait for VO to send us medical request letter in our CIC message inbox . Please how 100 percent correct is this information Go and do medicals then submit it (Using CSE) with another LOE. It shouldn't be a problem. The agents processing it are human and understand the situation. My 2 cents. |

Someone should please advise on what to do to keep my mind at ease. Raise a CSE and tell them the situation. They'll give you more time |

babajust: Please be clear on using your PFA. Did you use 100% of the funds in the account or 25%? I'm aware that people can use just 25% of their PFA as that is what you will have access to when you quit your job. So the way that it works is that you can access only 25% of the funds in your pensions account. So it depends on how much is originally in the account. I used 25% of my pensions but it wasn't enough for POF. So I used both my personal savings account and the pensions. |

1. Nope 2. I used mine as well and my GCMS notes show that it wasn't a problem. However, I wrote a LOE just in case of any issues. 3. CSE is a case specific enquiry. It allows you to ask IRCC questions such as where your Visa office is, upload any additional documents, ask how far with your application etc. The link to CSE is on your AOR letter. Or google for it. GCMS notes show the progress of your file at the Canadian Visa Office processing it. It lets you know if there has been any issues with your application and is usually more comprehensive than the CSE. You can order for GCMS notes from websites (use google) or a friend/family member can order for you if they live in Canada. tobidmob2: Hi guys.
Many thanks to all contributors this far. Please can anyone guide me on the following issues :
1. I have a masters degree in pharmacy but also a chartered accountant and my application is based on my years of experience as an accountant - will this create a problem?
2. I used my PFA as part of my POF, I was sure this won’t be a problem before , but I’m not so certain seeing after going through the threads.
3. I’ve been seeing comments on ordering GCMS and CSE. Please what are these? And how do I find out my visa office
Please help! |

gbemmyusuf: I hail o my people and I give respect to my elders. I also remain loyal and humble.
I need all your assistance and advises. I have a step sister (the same father but different mothers) who is a citizen of Canada which we got to know each other 3 years ago. This means my details are not in her records of siblings in Canada because she was not aware I existed as at the time she became a citizen and now I'm about to dive into the express entry pool.
The question is what other documents will I need to submit to show the proof of relationship asides from our birth certificates and my step sister's prove of citizenship?
Please help me sirs and mas.
Thanks. This might or might not be difficult to prove. It depends on the documents you have. 1. The birth certificates of both of you showing your father's name. 2. Evidence that you just met. Whatsapp chats, evidence of video calls, pictures if any. 3. Affidavit from court from your father swearing that he's the father of both children. 4. Did she include him in her family history while applying? That will also help your case. 5. Letter of explanation for this whole thing 6. Your father's international passport which must match what she documented in the initial application for Canada. You may also want to seek the opinion of a Lawyer so you can include more documents. This is my personal opinion sha. It's not impossible. It might just be hard small. |

YesLadyN: Hello all,
There’s a single mom who’s interested in this PR journey but her only concern is how to scale through any difficulty arising from being a single parent. Her child’s bears her family name because the baby daddy was never in the picture from day one.
So question is, can she apply anyway, and what does she need to do to avoid issues with her application? 1. Ask this question on Kubeir Immigration page on Facebook. They will have better legal advise. 2. As for me, I would get a birth certificate that omits the father's name showing he was never in the picture. 3. I think after this, gather the documentation and submit to IRCC. If they need more details they will ask. To boost the application, try to get some evidence showing that you tried to contact him. Try to get some form of paper trail (send emails, use linkedin etc) stating that you contacted the father and got no response. This shouldn't be hard considering the man is not in her life. While the documents are with IRCC, try to get some documentation from a Nigerian court showing that he has never been the child's legal guardian and he has relinquished all rights to the child. IRCC might ask, and they might not ask. It will be safer to be running it in the background. A family lawyer might be able to help with this. If he never shows up in court to contest this, a judge might grant it in absentia (Again, see a family lawyer. This is from my own little knowledge). The case might end up in Accra but I don't think it's impossible. |

There are so many other factors that go into getting a high CRS score. IELTS is only 1 of them. Canadian Immigration does not care about overall IELTS scores. They care about scores for each section LWRS. As long as you did not score less than 6 in any section, you can enter the pool. But ITA scores have gotten so competitive that if you must use this IELTS score, you have to have other things on your side. Low Age, In demand Occupation, Canadian job, work experience, marital status and higher education are important. They can help you get a high score or Provincial nomination. To be honest, your IELTS scores are very low to apply for FSW Kunfu: Hey guys i need your help i got 6.5 as my overall band sccore in IELTS general, please i need an advice on my chance of getting immigrated to Canada. thanks |

I think its better to use her as PA. This is because, age is not on your side and your CRS score will be low. However, your wife's profession is in demand in almost all provinces and she has worked with her degree so it would be easier to try provincial nomination to boost your points. Pearlyfaze: Good morning gurus in the house, I have been a silent reader for awhile now, I must say you are all doing wonderful jobs here. I have a 4years mathematics teaching experience Part time. If I am to be the PA, should I evaluate all my credential. ie., OND 2007& B.Ed 2019. Will I have more points in doing only OND or Both.
I have my own farm that I'm currently managing as the CEO. Since 2015.
2. Wifey is a Nurse, have RN ie Nursing License, RM ie Midwifery licence. She has 10years experience in a Teaching Hospital. Is it better to use her as the PA, for her evaluation, will she secure more points by evaluating the two Certs.
We are both 37 years of Age.

(Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)” Please am I meant to put the date I completed my university education or the date I started the job/role?
2) in the education history part, please what do they mean by Complete/full academic years
