Before joining nairaland as a member...it was exactly what i wanted. The fact that i can see the e-nigerians who displays the real picture of what it is on the streets of nigeria is a great fun to me...infact, i feel sittin right next to the nigerian situation whenever i'm on nairaland because one cud feel it while on nairaland. Op, in my school, use of fone in some places is a capital offence and the punishment could be rustication of one session or expulsion...if u are seen with ur fone in the examination hall , wheather 'on' or 'off' u are leaving that school....no two ways about it, but that ban does not extend to our hostels or other public places. I think, those private versities are the ones that completely ban the use of fone in their campuses.

People are just heartless! I saw one video clip last time...a lady was being stripped unclad for stealing blackberry. How much is blackberry that u will expose someone to such punishment? I'm not suprised, shey they roast 4 students for ph last time over laptop and fone...infact, those guys were also left unclad for everybody to see b4 killing them. Lawless country!

Op, the caption should be 'compare and contrast between boko haram and millitants' and u will see honest response and posters judging disintrestedly, not the way u put it. All u should know is that;

1.both activities entail/involve loss of lives.

2.they both carry/use arms.

3. They are all fighting for something(which you and i know)

4. To some extent , they are open to dialogue with gov't or any of their target.

It will be sentimental of anybody to justify their activities based on what they stand for and not condeming their actions in all its ramification. Whatever is wrong cannot be right..so let's call a spade...a spade!

When i heard the news that they've agreed to dialogue....couldn't tell u how happy i was, but this news right here, it is ofcourse, a sad one and miscellanous setback to the proposed ceasefire... So It can stil workout and i hope it sail through. I don taya for military presence like say na iraq i dey. U dey ontop okada, dem go ask to come down and trek...too much wahala.
