When they increased the recharge pin from 12 to 16 , they didn't think how we'd all feel - they just did. All we their customers thought whenever we were recharging then was an airtel/glo/9mobile given to us instead of the MTN we requested for.

In fact, even the "call me back" which could be done by just editing a number and adding the necessary codes and just send to the intended recipient was changed and made more difficult.
