Here are graphic pictures of a suspected commercial sex worker identified as Peace Precious who was found dead by the roadside near a tomatoes market at the Upper Mission extension road in Benin, Edo state.
According to a resident in the area, they heard a voice around 4.am where the body was found and they only heard “please,  please take the bag”.

The witness said they could not come out because the area was dark. Bruises were found in the hand and blood was gushing out of the nostrils of the deceased. She was half naked and the lifeless body facing downward.

A staff of the hotel where the deceased and her friends use as contact point for their hustling said the deceased was a commercial sex worker.

 According to the staff, “The truth is that she is a huzzler. I came to the office this morning and I was told that she left on Monday and has since not returned.

“When they call her phone, it will ring and then switch off.  I said we should go to the police station to incident the matter. I had called Aduwawa police station and now asked that they should go and bring her picture, I was waiting for her picture when we heard that a dead body was found along Upper Mission extension.

“She used to huzzle at Old Road in Aduwawa so we ran down here and discovered that she was the one.”

A friend of the deceased who does the same hustling said she does not know where the deceased hailed from.

She said the late precious has an eight months old child.

The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki has commended the gallantry of men of the Edo State Police Command, who foiled a robbery attack on a bank in Igarra, in Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo State.

Obaseki expressed regret over the death of some persons while the attack lasted and prayed for the repose of their souls.

He said those that were wounded would be treated and assured that the state government is working assiduously to rid the state of criminal elements, through vigorous synergy with the various security agencies in the state.

"The attack is unfortunate and we will do all within our power to forestall such heinous incidents in the future," the governor said.

He said the bravery of men of the state police command is an evidence of the ongoing reforms and synergy between the state government and the hierarchy of the Police.

The Edo State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Johnson Kokumo, said that the attack was foiled by the combined force of Policemen, who were on guard duty at the two banks in the vicinity, noting that three of the armed robbers were killed during a gun duel.

While parading the bodies of the dead criminals at the State Police Headquarters, in Benin City, on Friday, he said that two civilians and a Police Inspector were killed, when members of the gang staged a simultaneous attack at the nearest Police station in the area.

According to him, “The attack on the bank in Igarra was on Keystone Bank, and not on two banks.

"Actually, there are two banks in the vicinity, and adjacent to each other. One is keystone Bank, the second is Unity Bank. The marauding criminals actually attacked Keystone Bank, but they met with very stiff opposition from Policemen who were on duty at Unity Bank and Keystone Bank. They were men of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (MOPOL 60), Edo State,” Kokumo said. 

“They were able to give a very good account of the stuff they are made of in a gun duel that ensued between the criminals and the policemen who were on bank guard duty. Three of the criminals were gunned down. Here you see them with their operational weapons recovered," he added.

On reports that the criminals attacked a police station in Igarra, he said, “Criminals will always evolve different means of perpetuating their acts. What this gang of criminals did was to divide themselves into two halves. One of them had gone to the Police station ostensibly to prevent the Police from responding to possible distress call from the bank when the attack would have been wrecked on the bank. The second half went to Keystone Bank for the attack.

“The moment the distress call went to the Police station, there was no way the Policemen at the station could hasten down to prevent them. The ones at the Police station were the ones that wreaked the havoc, killing two civilians and one Police inspector. I would regard that as the minus of the operation, but on the whole, it is sad that we lost an inspector of Police to this criminal gang. Three of the armed robbers were gunned down," the police commissioner said.

He denied claims that some persons lost their lives at the bank premises, noting, “After the encounter, two of the armed robbers were actually dead. The third one was not dead as at the time the Police swooped on them; he was able to give us useful information that we are processing with a view to apprehending others who have taken to flight.”

There were loud chants of 'Sai Buhari' as former Kano governor, senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, attended a Mosque in Kaduna state earlier today for Juma’a prayers. The lawmaker who recently defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was mobbed by some supporters after prayers.

In multiple trending videos posted online, some of his supporters can be heard hailing him, while others shouted 'Sai Buhari' in order to show their displeasure with him and support for president Muhammadu Buhari.

Senator Kwankwaso acknowledged their cheers before leaving the vicinity. 

This is the second time this is happening as the lawmaker was similarly humiliated at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, where passengers and onlookers booed, shouting “Sai Buhari’’.

In 2015, Kwankwaso unsuccessfully contested the presidential primaries nomination under the opposition All Progressive Congress, but lost to Muhammad Buhari.

He then swap to contest the senatorial seat for Kano Central Senatorial District.

He recently defected again to PDP, causing some ripples in APC, but recent public reactions speak of his acceptability level.

A Christian girl identified as Miss Parmata Abdulkarim Misari, is said to have been missing from Government Girls Secondary school in Zaria, Kaduna state. It was gathered that the JSS 3 schoolgirl allegedly went missing since July 20th, 2018 and the school authorities claim to know nothing about it. 

An alarm has been raised by the Hausa Christians Foundation - HACFO who notified the police authorities of the shocking development.

Mr. Abdulkarim and Mrs Hauwa Misari are indigenes of Borno State, currently residing in Zaria, Kaduna State Nigeria that are now faced with the sorrowful nightmares of their lives, a painful situation that no parent will ever wish to experience in any way. What could be more more painful to you as parent than to see your own child taken away from you forcefully not by death but by some people who think that you don’t deserve to have a child. These parents in their quest to educate their beloved daughter Parmata decided to secure her admission in a Boarding school for safety and better concentration. Living in the assumption that their daughter is schooling and living secured in the Boarding House, until they met with the strangest news of their lives telling them that their daughter is missing and that the entire School management was not in the picture of it until after four days.

The attention of the parents of Parmata was drawn over their missing JSS 3 daughter from Government Secondary School Kongo Zaria (former WTC Zaria) which is a Boarding School on the 24th July, 2018 by her Guardian, Mrs. Bahago, which called the parents to inform them that their daughter has not been in School since 20th July, 2018. On reaching the school the matron went into the hostel to check for her and later she came back to tell them that their daughter is not in the hostel, but she is “within the neighborhood”. The matron suggested that the principal should be informed about the missing girl. On reaching the principals house, she said she was just hearing the news for the first time.

As at today 6th August, 2018 an investigation on the matter has begun by the Kaduna State Police Command and we are trusting God for a positive outcome.

OUR FEAR

1. Sometimes ago we got inform of how some schools authority were conniving with others to reach their target of getting access to many of our Christians Girls without the consent of the parents.
2. Christiana Jacob Abimaje, the 3rd Christian girl we rescued in 2017 was abducted, Islamized and detained with the help of some people in GSS Bomo Zaria where she schooled. Alheri Garba from Katsina was from school when she was abducted, and abused to extend that she almost lost her life if not for God’s intervention. These two girls are all abducted in Zaria. We just hope that Parmata will not go through or even worse than the experience these girls went through.
3. Most of the girls who have been forcefully taken away from their parents and Islamized are in Secondary Schools. Some of them suffer so much delay in their studies and even some of them forfeit the school as a result. If this matter is not curtailed immediately and drastic measures taken to stop this, it will put the lives of our young Christian girls with brighter future in public schools at high risk.

OUR PRAYERS TO THE KADUNA STATE POLICE COMMAND AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

1. The school is a boarding school and at resumption of the school the parents duly handed over their beloved daughter Parmata to the school authority and having fulfilled their obligation as her parents, we demand that their daughter be brought back to them and for her to continue her education.
2. In view of the above observation, the school authority should be compelled to produce Parmata to her parents and the Matron and the Principal should be sanctioned, since the matron seems to know her whereabouts from her claim that “she is within the neighborhood”.
3. There should be adequate measures put in place to safeguard the lives of our children in School all over the country especially our Christian girls who always happened to be at the receiving end.

The Police have confirmed two Fulani men were killed in Kasa town, Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State after gunmen ambushed and opened fire on the J-5 vehicle they were travelling in on Sunday.

 The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Tyopev Terna, who confirmed the attack, said the victims were buried Monday morning. Tyopev said investigations had since commenced.

 Also, Barkin Ladi Secretary of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association in Nigeria, Abubakar Gambo, confirmed the attack and stated that it was carried out by “Berom militia.”

He said the J-5 vehicle was carrying four persons two of whom were killed. The other two were at a private hospital recovering from various degrees of gunshot injuries.

Gambo said the incident was reported to the police in Barkin Ladi and sector 7 of Operation Safe Haven, adding that the DPO in charge of the area had sent the Divisional Crime Officer to the scene of the attack.
 
He gave the names of the deceased as “Malam Idris Kabiru Faya, 45 and a resident of Maitumbi village in Mangu and Malam Abdulmudallif Idris, 30, from Kombun district in Mangua”.

A woman simply identified as Ada has given birth to a bouncing baby after she was allegedly pregnant for 4 years and 8 months.

According to Ifeanyi Onyenankeya, during the period of her long pregnancy, her husband abandoned her and got married to another woman as he allegedly said, "he can't be a husband to a woman who is pregnant of water and doesn't deliver it"

The woman reportedly gave birth to a bouncing and beautiful baby girl yesterday evening in Okigwe area of Imo state - to the surprise of people who knew her predicament. 

The baby and mother are said to be in good health.

Campaign posters of Chukwuemeka Ezeugo popularly known as Rev King, who is currently incarcerated in prison after being sentenced to death by hanging - have began to flood the streets. According to the campaign posters, the convicted prisoner is said to be running for the presidency in the 2109 election under the platform of the Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance (APDA). 

The General Overseer of Christian Praying Assembly (CPA), was was arraigned on September 26, 2006 on a six-count charge of attempted murder and murder. He was sentenced to death by hanging in 2007 by Justice Joseph Oyewole at a Lagos High Court tried for murder of a church member, Ann Uzoh.

The judgement was upheld by the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division and finally affirmed by Justice Sylvester Ngwuta of the Supreme Court in 2016.

But according to a Brazil-based church leader, Rt Rev Ernest King, many Nigerians have been going to the prison in Sokoto to mount pressure on Rev King to come and contest and deliver the country.

According to a report by Newsmakers in February (during Rev. King's birthday celebration), Ernest King said: “This is the man that has solution for Nigeria. He prophesied about Nigeria’s case 18 years ago, that the country will come to a stage where there will be no solution. He said that he would be somewhere resting and they would bring the issue of Nigeria to him for him to solve for them.

“That was how they went to the prison about two months ago pleading that he should come and take over Nigeria. He had prophesied this 18 years ago.

“If Rev King should be allowed to handle Nigeria under 5 years, Nigeria will be one of the best countries in the world.”

He added: “This is the man that has solution to every problem on Earth, but Nigerians don’t know what God gave them. The wicked and occult people want to kill him, but it’s impossible. As he told them in the Court on that day, there’s no rope on Earth that can enter Rev King’s head.”

Report has it that trouble is brewing in Sapele area of Delta state, after a member of the Black Axxe Confraternity (Egede) cross-carpeted to another cult group (Vikings Confraternity), a move which rarely happens. 

According to journalist Sapele Oghenek, the young man's act prompted his former cult group to threaten him that he will die with his new found friends for betraying them despite being one of their top members. 

It was gathered that the young man based in Ghana decided to decamp to another cult group over hierarchy crisis after becoming their number one man for a short period of time before it was handed over to another person.

Hence, he decided to cross-carpet to another group where 'equality is hierarchy' and also in order to taste their strength.

Operatives attached to the Ogun state police command have arrested a man who allegedly killed another man at a burial ceremony in the State. It was scooped that a 23-year-old man identified as Isikilu Shittu was allegedly stabbed to death by one Julius Oliseh, 32, following a quarrel at a burial ceremony today in Ogun.

According to the Ogun State police spokesman, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, the suspected killer was arrested at about 2 pm after a complaint was lodged at Mowe Police Station by the victim’s brother, Akeem Shittu.

The brother had reported that he was at a burial party with the victim in Ogunru Village, via Mowe when an argument ensued between the suspect and his late brother over an undisclosed matter.

He told the police that the suspected killer broke a bottle during the argument, stabbed the victim on the neck, and he died on the spot.

“Upon the report, the DPO Mowe Division, CSP Francis Ebhuoma, led his men to the scene where the suspect who has been struggling to escape was promptly arrested and taken to the station for interrogation,” Oyeyemi revealed in a statement.

He added that the victim’s body has been deposited at the general hospital morgue for autopsy.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police (CP) Ahmed Iliyasu has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to the homicide section of the State Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department (SCIID) for proper investigation and prosecution.

This is really shameful! Two ladies decided to slug it out in public after a heated argument. According to information gathered online, the two ladies after a disagreement - took their fight to the streets as neighbours and passersby looked on. 

In a trending video posted online, the ladies can be seen throwing themselves punches before landing in a gutter filled with dirty water and didn't even care to stop.

While this was going on, people who gathered at the scene to be entertained by the fight - couldn't stop the ladies as they engaged in the public brawl. 

Rumour has it that the ladies were fighting over a man, a report which cannot be confirmed.

Another way criminals hide their guns to avoid being detected by security operatives - has been uncovered. A trending video footage which was posted online shows how some AK-47 rifles were neatly concealed in bags which were hidden in grasses. 

It would take only an eagle-eyed security personnel which sharp instincts to detect the rifles because the grasses have to be scattered to see the bags before reaching the guns. 

Facebook user Chris Kehinde who posted the video - called the attention of the Nigerian security authorities including Abba Kyari, a Deputy Commissioner Of Police (DCP), to see the new way to evade detection.

An armed man was arrested while approaching the executive secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme, NHIS, Prof. Usman Yusuf, in his office building in Abuja. The incident which reportedly happened on Friday, 3rd August 2018, has prompted security to be beefed around the executive secretary.

According to IG Wala, the secretary was coming down the staircase when the armed man in mufti approached him.

When he was stopped by the secretary’s Special Protection Unit (SPU) guard and asked to identify himself and what his mission was, he said he was a guard to the former Ag. Executive Secretary Mr. Attahiru Ibrahim.

On further interrogation about which of the services he belonged to and whether he was armed or not, he confirmed he was armed with a Pistol and claimed to be from the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) but was privately paid for by the former Ag. ES. 

He could not produce any form of identification to prove his claim and that his service was not paid for by the Scheme as obtained with other security operatives in the Agency.

The secretary immediately directed security operatives to disarm the gentleman and hand him over to the Police for further interrogation.

Relevant authorities informed were the Controller General NSCDC, Commissioner of Police FCT Command and The Director DSS FCT Command.

Youths from across the district of Gwanara converged at Beteru/Suuru villages in Kwara state and forcefully stopped the planned political meeting scheduled to take place in Gwanara yesterday, 2nd August, 2018.

The convoy of Hon. Zakari Mohammed, lawmaker representing Kiama/Baruteen Federal Constituency which conveyed supporters of the senate president Bukola Saraki - were denied access into the villages.

The villagers set up a fire in the middle of the road to achieve their aim. 

The aggrieved people said they are fed up of fake campaign promises and tired of deceits as they reportedly insisted that they will not entertain anything Saraki again.

Some occultic fraudsters based in Oyo state, have been arrested after duping a German based Nigerian woman known as Mary John of N81.7 million in the quest to get rich. 

The victim was said to have been elusive to her family members anytime she returns to Nigeria and this prompted her mother and siblings to enlist the help of spiritual medicine man identified as Babatunde Richard, a retired police officer, to reverse it.

According to the spiritualist, the woman's mother told him that she has a daughter based abroad who is doing very well but that a man and a lady behind her (Mary John), doesn't want her daughter to have pity on her. 

The woman's mother told him she wants her daughter back. 

During a session with the spiritualist who was paid about N1.2 million, a call came through that help has been found somewhere else. 

The woman's mother and siblings also facilitated another meeting with a different group of spiritualists who also scammed the woman of various amounts of money. The second group of spiritualists promised Mary John's family a thorough spiritual cleansing with the hope of making them wealthy. 

According to Mary, she and her family members were given some items to eat after some sacrifices were made as they asked her to deposit various sums of money all in Euros in a pot.

Mary also revealed that one of the fraudsters also slept with her in the quest to double the money they collected from her. 

The scammers who revealed that they knew they couldn't help her, were arrested by the special Intelligence Response Team (IRT), led by Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Abba Kyari.
