God bless the IDF
God bless the State of Israel

Any African who thinks America and Israel is his/her friend is a compound full, brainwashed and an Uncle Tom/Auntie Jemima!

this man is like Peter Obi. He talks too much! He knows all the problems but looking at his track record, just like Obi , he has no solution!

Sounds to me like PETROAN do not want their own monopoly challenged.
They don’t want their inefficiencies challenged!

They want to keep operating fuel stations and tankers with a 3rd world mindset!.

When I saw Dangote’s trucks I thought to myself you can’t compare these to the death traps PETROAN use!
Travel › Re: Air Peace Flew Our Luggages To Asaba Without Us — Aruviere Martin Egharhevwa by casualobserver:
Airline business is not spare parts business where anyhowness, unprofessionalism and lack of SOP rules.

This is why I don’t fly air peace! The aviation business is a highly professional business. Once I detect lack of professionalism and adherence to proceedure in an airline I avoid it because it is a reflection of the culture of that airline and it will inevitably show up in things like maintenance pilot recruitment and training etc.

Aviation is called coffin industry for a reason. There is nothing like sorry if sloppiness manifests in the air and if you watch air crash investigations, costcutting, greed unprofessionalism eventually does!

I’ll save myself the bother by reposting an apt post from the past:

casualobserver:
In yoruba we call it “arodan”. Meaning Sending someone on a false errand to distract or keep them busy knowing they can not fulfill the errand you sent them or they will suffer in the course of the errand.

Arodon was a standard initiation for all new form 1 student at my boarding school. You would send a junior to go collect a fake book by “J.F omotoyiogbon” from a senior upon which the student would collect a slap or other punishment. Not knowing there is no book and “Omotoyiogbon” means “the child without a brain”. You will collect the slap and be sent to another senior saying why are you coming to me the book is with another senior and so you will go from one senior to another collecting slaps. The quicker you learnt it was a fools errand the better for you. Many students collected multiple slaps before they wised up.

Believeintruth:
How? You people's tactic of spinning this under tribal lens has failed woefully. You know the funny part is that the average Nigeria has clearly seen through your games.
There you go gaslighting again. You are the ones who have always had a tribal agenda from the beginning. Some of us have always known but the rest are finally wising up to you and are calling you out!

Your biggest error was backing a man with such a woeful track record, a man you all despised when he was governor with 99% votes. Eventually the outsiders that supported your movement start to see that the 99% can’t all be stuuuupppeeeed. So why are they supporting this man……..because of his tribe! Their agenda was never about competence but tribe!

I said it that his need to be in the news will be his undoing because the non Ibos who didn’t have enough time to really get to know the man before the elections will now have ample time to see through him.

I have said it several times in this forum. We are not against an Ibo president but back someone of substance: Soludo, Umahi, Chidoka, you said no. We warned that backing Obi will set you back 30yrs, you said no. Now he can’t win in 2027 he won’t even get the 6m votes he got in 2023 and in 2039, the SS have stolen a March on you.

If you continue with this mindset, you may not see an Ibo president in your lifetime!

I’ve said it a few times that some of his aides are biggest problem and a few need to be fired!

First of all you announce 2 living persons as under posthumous now you award OON to someone with CON.

I blame Gbaja! I don’t like him and I have never liked him. This kind of thing is his responsibility and should not have passed his desk if he were a competent chief of staff!

Politics › Re: $84 Billion Saved From Petrol Subsidy, Now Financing 40 Key Roads by casualobserver: 7:24pm On Jun 14, 2025
I’m sure he meant $8.4b. Furthermore people should stop talking about money saved from subsidy as if it was money we had. We were borrowing to fund subsidy so there is no money saved only debt saved.

The real money we are “saving” or spending is coming from floating the Naira! It means we are getting N1600 for every dollar instead of N400. That is where the money for all these projects is really coming from not so much from subsidy removal.

Oya o, Adenuga, Dangote, Elumelu etc.
Over to you. Or do you want to be outdone by a foreigner in your own continent?

Also, if I were Gates, I would set up a board of trustees that would be in charge of rigorously scrutinising how the monies are spent. He should put legal experts in international finance and financial forensic experts to track spending both in terms of paper trails and electronic footprints.

If he ever makes the mistake of handing this money over to African politicians, it will grow wings and disappear.

Finally, I would advise that strenuous efforts are made to ensure that ONLY the extremely poor and marginalised in society are beneficiaries here.
Orphans, widows, beggars, the disabled, the homeless etc are the only ones who should profit from this generosity.
You think you are qualified to give advice advice someone with a$ 200b fortune or any genuine $ billionaire how to manage his money?

Some of you just open your mouths.

Try giving yourself advice to make $1m

All these dullards shouting military rule or assault on democracy:

1: where were they when Fubara burnt the state assembly and was passing laws and budgets with 4 assembly members excluding 27 constituencies from representation?

2: would they prefer Fubara be impeached because that is the fate that awaited him?

A lot of Nigerians have book education but no thinking abilities.

buyaka:
No doubt Oshiomhole checked in online, he still needs to be physically present check in counter on before the checkin counter closes that he his name will be includes in d flight manifest.

Bottom, he was late for his flight.
Oga do you understand the meaning of check-in?

It is only in Nigeria that we adopt modern technology or practices without understanding how they work just so we can say we have this or that system and then ignore the system and revert to our anyhowness. Nigeria is a place where a company or govt agency will have a website for the sake of having a website that lacks relevant basic information or contains outdated information for its customers or citizens but hey “we have a website”. Once you have checked in whether online or at the counter you have no business with the check in counter except you have luggage. You go straight to the boarding gate once your flight is called.

What is the point checking in online if you have to check in at the desk?

If a man has checked in online and arrived at the airport at 5:am but did not visit the counter because he had no reason to having checked in online, according to you and this full Achimugu, an airline has the right to bounce him?

Do you people think at all?

It matters not whether I arrive at 5am or even 7am. So far as If I have checked in (whether online or at the counter) and my flight has not finished boarding, you cannot bounce me!

It is only when the departure gate closes and I do not show up at the boarding gate, that I can be declared a no show.

Nowadays, it is always better to establish the authenticity of any information before reaching to it as stories often change.
There is nothing to authenticate, he didn’t even delete the post. Who else arrived at at 6:12 for a 6:30 flight on the day he made the post?

It’s cowardice for him to say he wasn’t referring to Oshiomole, who else?

It was a stoooopeeed comment by Achimagu because Oshiomole had already checked in online and had no luggage!

His post would have made sense if he is referring to those who hadn’t checked in online.

public office holders especially need to be careful on social media. its not everything you respondo to or comment on. Sometimes you need time to get all the facts and resist the impulse to comment.

The majority of Ibos are ingrates and there is nothing you can to to please them which is why I say don’t bother trying. If an Ibo man is not complaining he is not alive!

The whole of Twitter was this morning full of insults to the Yorubas and Nigeria for celebrating June 12 without honoring Humphrey Nwosu. Little did they know Tinubu was about to confer national honour (CON) on him.

Now that he has been honoured they are all quiet pretending they don’t know!

If you don’t believe me, please do a search on Twitter for “Humphrey Nwosu”. Before the announcement the Ibos were complaining. After the announcement, the people celebrating or announcing the award are 80% Yorubas and other non-Ibo tribes , the Ibos are quiet! One even had the audacity to reject the award!
