How come as an Admin of a forum (yours) you spend so much time on NL. Do you have the Nairaland effect like me?. . . . . you know - can't eat, can't sleep, can't breathe until you log on to Nairaland.

But don't feel no way that you are "addicted" to Nairaland. You see, I am guilty too. Lately, I find myself spending more time on NL than my own BVI forum. Why? Nairaland - spice up your life its as good as it gets

What people need to work on are their social skills. Learning to put your personal prejudices aside when dealing with others and not letting it color your thinking when you interact with someone.

Seems like a tall order for most blacks. hence the vicious cycle. 

blacks arent the only culprits though. Other races can be just as guilty as well.
