Good Morning Everyone:

Even though my brain knows that the time on the clock has changed, my body's internal clock has not adjusted.  I just hate this daylight saving It is so hard for my body to get adjusted--it takes about a month for it to catch up with the time. Wish we could just go back to the way it was before.  got up at 4am this morning
