Please people, has any of the below happened, and what are the implications?

Parents applied for Graduate visa and couldn't do so for the kids, all less than 6years old, because of fund.

Particular questions
1. Is there anyway it affects or will affect the parents visa?
2. In what specific ways does it affect the children?
3. What if the family doesn't have long term plan living here. Looking at moving elsewhere in near future. Does it matter or wouldn't it be a waste of scarce money ( let's say that have it) applying for children that won't be needing a brp for anything or right to work?

It’s the UK they have built a reputation for themselves over the years. Student will still come for study’s. And mind you the money they have made from student this past 3 years will be put back into their economy. In a nutshell they will find a way. They always do.

Hello guys, please what happens if a person mentions a previous visa refusal but doesn’t get the month or year correctly? Does this affect your application? It’s something of 10 years ago

Secondly what happens if one mentions different date of parents DOB from what he mentioned in a previous application from Years back. Does it have major consequences?

Not necessarily.
Ran into a similar issue when I needed to extend my visa for a few weeks befor moving on to another role.
Once the COS for the extension was issued, the new company I was eventually moving could not issue a new COSuntil I had used the last one. They kept encountering an error and I had to tell them why that was.

Hello everyone, My mum visit visa was just refused yesterday. I stated on the application me and wife are the one sponsoring her and we attached our bank statements with savings of £3k for her needs.
She's a petty trader though, she sell in a very small scale which I mentioned in the cover letter attached.
The money in her bank statement is mainly money I sent her every month or weekly for upkeep and other allowance.
Please we want to put in another application for her as soon as possible, if you anybody can point me to what I need to do correctly to avoid another refusal please.
We really need her to come because my wife as to resume work as her maternity leave is coming to end very soon.
Any help will be appreciated guys.

Please how do the UK border police track immigration history. I noticed passport are stamped and fingerprint is taking on arrival. However, on departure there's no checks by border police and no stamp also on passport.

How do they track individual immigration history?

Doesn't matter.

Continue using the cards responsibly and ignore the 'scores' on those websites. They're irrelevant to any credit application. It's your history of using credit responsibly that matters, and one year is certainly not enough to begin panicking.

What you need to keep track of is factors like hard searches, your presence on the electoral register, etc. A stellar credit profile will come naturally over time.

Your major issue is that you applied, and got credit cards via ‘herd mentality’.
You did not do even the most basic research into the workings of credit card vs credit file va credit history.

My people! How far? Long time, no speak!!! Reading up on the past few pages and it’s like people no dey come back to the oracle to give visa alert report like before.

All my guys applied for renewal back in September and got their visas within a week. What’s average processing time now for first timers and renewers?

Hello everyone, Skilled workers in the UK, please I have a plan, but I would like to know if it's a good one.

Can one go through the visitor's route to secure a job and then come back to Nigeria to apply for a work visa, since switching from a visit visa to a work visa in the UK is impossible?

I intend to visit the UK next year and while there, I will be applying for jobs hoping to get sponsorship, that way I can come back to Nigeria and the company can issue me a COS.

Am on student visa and my wife is my dependent..
I couldn't finish my course due to pending school fees I had on January, last month I wrote to my school to interrupt my studies which was approved by my course leader..
Now my visa is expiring January and am trying to get CoS for my wife to switch as main applicant then I switch as her dependent but someone is saying that it's not possible for me to switch again,
Please how true is that and also any other way I can use to switch my visa please.

The question you will be asked is inside the job description under behavioral assessment, how how to explain those behaviors using star approach, have at least two ready made scenario for each behavior from your personal experience

Is that how slow the system is or am I being so much in a hurry? I need to start work. I need to start my life here... Looks as if I'm stagnant here.
