Hello, i am trying to create a wordpress plugin that will automatically create a link on the homepage. My first try is to want to add the link no the Nav menu so that it can show in the navigation but that didn't work. I also tried to show it at the header using WP_head() but it just creates the link far above the website logo and menu. (Please see fig1) I really need help to know where i can access on the home page to create this arbitrary link, or is it even possible?

With events happening in the country now needs to make us take actions on how to earn more income, for example the downstream arm of the oil and gas sector has been fully deregulated now, which means different petrol station will sell at their own price and not government regulated price anymore. This will affect prices of a lot of things in the market as our economy is largely dependent on oil. The value of the Naira is really struggling against the dollar now. The government is trying all its best to fight this but it will still not work because we are not a producing nation. SO with that being said can't we crowd fund a project ? i mean something we will all passively contribute to but will generate income for us,I learnt this was how GTB was conceived by few young guys. What can we start producing that Nigerians will need? If you have an invention on ground that will solve a problem please bring it forward and let us discuss on how to crowd fund it so everyone earns some passive in come. We can not afford to be idling and lazying around now. WINTER IS COMING GUYS let us do something now. I am calling on all progressive Nigerians like Omenka, femi4 , Seun , Righteousness89 and a host of other progressives that i may not be able to mention now, who still believe and have faith in this country ,to come out now and let us salvage what is left. I don't believe Nigeria is in Hell yet, in fact i don't believe we are on earth yet, |

Up your customer service game by learning all the skills you need in our “Excellent Customer Service, Your business lifeline Course. The truth is excellent customer service is crucial to your business success. However, excellence does not just happen; people need to learn how to deliver top notch customer service. The most common effects of bad customer service are : 1. A damaged reputation. “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and 5 minutes to ruin it. If you think about this, you will do things differently.” … Warren Buffet Your brand reputation is incredibly valuable and something you want to keep a close eye on. However, especially with the internet, reputation is the first thing to take a hit when you have an extended streak of bad customer service. Customers, today, are quick to write negative reviews online when they have a bad experience with a company. In addition to leaving critical reviews, customers also vent their frustrations on social media to their friends, family, and/or colleagues. Your business will take hit if your customers have bad experiences because you left customer service to chance. 2. Your customer lifetime value drops. It is no secret that acquiring customers is usually more expensive than keeping current customers. This is one of the primary reasons that delivering great customer service is so important. Research shows that nine out of ten customers will be willing to pay more to ensure that their experience is improved. Also, as many as 70% of customers will continue to do business with you if you resolve a complaint. Not establishing protocols that improve your customer service can destroy your average customer lifetime value, putting more strain on your marketing budget to attract more customers. 3. You lose your best employees. Bad customer service affects all sides of your business. Not only would you lose customers, but you also run the risk of losing your best employees. If your company develops a bad reputation and customers being to reduce drastically, your top performers will also jump ship once they realize things are going south. Want to avoid these problems through excellent customer service delivery?
