CelebritiesRe: Reekado Banks: Nigeria On The Brink Of Civil War; Politicians Enabling It by cbrass(m): 4:22pm On Apr 27, 2021
festacman:
National Assembly should as matter of urgency commence work on RESTRUCTURING Nigeria through amendment of the vital parts of the constitution. The failure to respond before now led the nation into this raging regional self-determination chaos.

Any further delay in acting will most likely lead to any of the following:
1. Military interrupting the democracy to take over government in order to restore order, of course, with far reaching consequences. They are losing too many men.
2. Negligently allowing the regions to slip into the hands of hot-headed separatists who, so far, have not shown clear governance and developmental plan.

However, acting on restructuring NOW will empower the current of political class and intelligentsia in different geopolitical regions to assume control with little destructive disruption with the armed forces restoring order. I suggest the following actions immediately:

-- NASS leadership should immediately wake members up from ongoing slumber to do their duties.
-- Set up a joint NASS Restucturing Committee
-- Meet and convince Nigerian Governors' Forum to set up regional committees covering broad interests to negotiate transfer of critical things on exclusive list to concurrent list and other federations issues.
-- Amend the constitution to reflect the new political realities of Nigeria.
-- We have Switzerland, Canada, US, etc federation models to look at to adopt what is best for us given our peculiarities.

Northern Nigerian legislators and politicians should note that any attempt to frustrate immediate restructuring of the Nigeria at this critical point will bring nothing but doom.
It already too late for restructuring

I opened a tread yesterday advising Igbo people to protect their wealth in dollars because of the falling Naira value in addition to transferring their wealth back to Igboland immediately. A moderator closed it.

Ndiigbo take heed of this advices before you shed tears tomorrow.

I single Igbos out because a lot of them are into business and will be really affected with crashing naira value.

Buy land at home (Alaigbo). Invest at home(Alaigbo). Move your savings to dollars.

Aku ruo uno and Aku ruo Dollars is the new mantra
you are very right, though i am Yoruba i have been saving my money in foreign currency too, Yoruba nation may happen at any time, i don't want to be caught awares

Russia have their own type..its the Americans dat call theirs apache...Apache is a type of helicopter dat is used for attack and support roles in the theatre..... After jet fighters, the next deadly birds are Apache helicopters... Dey are fast, lethal and carry missile's and also gun ships for example Gatling guns are mounted on the apache...the Gatling gun is a tactical weapon used to pin down an enemy or provide cover for the troops to get in to position or hold down a line...
Thanks for the clarity grin you seem to know a lot about this stuff? are you in the military ?

Russia has the best and latest missile defense systems in the world, even American military knws how powerful dat defense system is the S-400...the most efficient,cheapest,rugged and easy to maintain gun is the Kalashnikov series produced by Russia... Russia have good attack helicopters called apache helicopter etc.

The sad reality of politics in the Arab world is that most times, if you don't kill , you will be killed. Very brutal cultural reality. In some oil rich Arab countries like Qatar and Oman, sons that were actually the crown princes went ahead to overthrow their fathers! They couldn't wait for their fathers to die before taking over! Most Arab monarchies are afraid of even family members and their vaulting ambitions, this includes Saudi Arabia where there is an ongoing in-house fighting for power between the crown prince and his uncles. .. The Arab world is littered with a lot of corpses as a result of these kinds of skirmishes.. Terrible as this man's murder was, the chilling reality is that stuff like this is perfectly normal in Arab politics for centuries now..
you truly understand Arab politics. There is a story about the Sheik of Dubai going round now, about how he planned to kill a princess who is his blood sister o, There is nothing US will do other than to look the other way and pretend to be applying some phony sanctions

Write a function Priority Queue that priotizies node target
eg

function prioritize_nodes($tree, $target_val) {
}

Hint: The target node will move up even if is in a child node.

naijasensei:
Nice observation. There are several things at play here. Your Python interpreter stripped off the leading zero on your text input immediately you cast your input to type int, you can confirm this. If you try to supply an int with a leading zero, your program will not run because it is not a valid int.
The main issue I see is, if zero(0) is the last digit on the integer you inputed - it will not appear in your reversed integer. This is because, you will end up having zero as your first integer digit - which is not valid.
Therefore, when this solution is used - any integer input that has a zero as the last digit will not produce an integer output with a leading zero.
then t is solution is not efficient then, it is even slow sef with large numbers

Yeah kotlin is very fast
is it the language you are most concerned about or the method used ?

by the way can we see your own solution

You are correct but can you think of a faster way to do it? Since we dealing with Algorithm......one way I can think of is to push into stack and pop it out back, that way it'll come out in reverse other.
Okay , i will think of another way though this is also fast too

Given an input number n, you are to reverse the number.
E.G
Input - 12345
Output - 54321

Input - 18352
Output - 25381

Input - 2
Output - 2
Solved

int x = SC.nextInt();
switch(x){

System.out.println(4);
break;
case 4:
System.out.println(7);
break;
default:
throw new IllegalArgumentException();
//Can also print( "Try again" );
}
}
correct

Lemme just drop this here

Question
Write a function that takes user input. The input must be either 7 or 4. If the input is 4, the function should return 7. If the input is 7, the function should return 4. Do not use if or else statements. Do not use exceptions.
But you used IF in your question nw cheesy cheesy

we need to do compare input , so how will that be possible without using statements huh huh

So take a positive integer, push it into the array, pop the same integer and return it. Easy. grin

function returnInteger(value) {
let arr = []
arr. push(value)

return arr.pop()
}
grin grin grin grin grin
see my solution, though you are right too, you got me there
ProgrammingRe: Thread For Nairaland Algorithm Questions by cbrass(op): 10:15pm On Jan 19, 2021
Deicide:
If I get this Question correctly, You are asking to find the maximum element in an Array?

You also said to use pop and push, that doesn't make any sense cause you only use that with Stack data structure and not Arrays.

This Question doesn't even require Finding max of Anything based on the input data huh
i have a reason for asking that you use pop and push, you can use this in array manipulations though and also i dont want to give too much hint so the question doesn't look to easy though it is very easy
ProgrammingRe: Thread For Nairaland Algorithm Questions by cbrass(op): 5:07pm On Jan 19, 2021
Karleb:
The only method I know does not allow push/pop, the one that does is a whole stack object.

Give more hints.

Edit.

I just thought of something, a sort algorithm would solve this. Sort the array in asc or desc order and pop out the last or first value. Even if in future another value is pushed to the array, the sort algorithm will take care of the order.

Is this the solution? Lemme write it.
well you were coming close to the solution until i saw your code. don't forget the input is not an Array..the input is a positive integer just like the hint i gave annd you must return an interger too..in fact from the hint you should already know how the ALgorithm will be
