How abt u don't keep the money, then u can relate with the banks. So when all th conditions are fulfilled, the money is deposited in the recipients account. So the bank just deduct the money and put it on hold without any intermediary account so it's inaccessible to both parties until the conditions ar satisfied! So all u just make sure of is that those conditions are satisfied or inform the bank to return the money to d sender less of the required charges of course!!
