Everlasting professionalism requires a principle that supersedes every ramfication. Order. Order is the bedrock of any society. How do you expect people to grow better if they don't observe the order and sequence of things from a tender age. The whites you see that deviate from the best world practices are people raised in spaces devoid of order. Hazard is a good player. Am a die hard Chelsea Fan. Even though I might not name their last line up in their last game, I would never forget how I felt when we won the Champions League. Hazard is talented/lazy and nobody explains him better like Coach Jose. The reflection on the Nigerian youth and system is the lack of order in our lives that has reduced and battered our motivation to hard work, train, staying away from hard substances, etc. Abraham.Maslow in his work on motivation explains the hierarchy (order) of needs as it relates to reality. Many Nigerians see themselves in the wrong strata of the society thereby engaging in all sorts of rubbish just to keep up with the lies. I can bet you that 70% on Nigerians are in this category. If this is true, imagine the domino effect and the chain reaction that will suffice in the future. Most Nigerian youth are confused because the system has made them so. Few are smarter to stay away from many bad influences thus hitting their pinnacle. Even the writer/Op can't tell us he is Jesus Christ. Even with all the knowledge about laziness and goodness, the writer must have flaws that has limited him in achieving one thing or the other. The government needs to go back to the secondary schools and carry out special trainings to students to make them smarter so that many in the upcoming generation will boost the economy and make the system more professional. There is a dire need to help the coming generation. Especially in Nigeria. Imagine what someone as lazy as Hazard can achieve! Without the trainings and the workouts. Lastma |
Politics is not business. In politics, you lose money to get power while in business, you lose power to get money. Having them both is the pinnacle in Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of need in the theory of motivation. The effect of power and money are different as they make man show different colours. Money can make one solve problems while power can make one solve problems and provide one with the opportunity to make the world better in thier own ways. SA on social media influence is not easy and I hope he assembles a good team to work with if he want to achieve good results. As for being an APC member, I still see him as a business man. ![]() |

This man still thinks an Igbo presidency will make the country better. If Igbo man becomes a president and enthrones meritocracy, the south might legitimately take many of the "juicy" positions like back in the sixties and Igbos will still be attacked for being too ambitious. Let them change 1999 constitution and give the governors powers to protect themselves and allow them build political will to govern the people better, then we will all enjoy this country. Igbos need to produce the President to douse the tension but there are better ways to do it without giving them President. Government knows more that all of us. If we think we need a president to give our cousins ministers, Directors etc, build our roads and govern the country like a successful business as an Igbo man, then we are not serious. We need to make a serious detribalised attempt toward nation building before we can talk about having a viable Nigerian society. APGA has been consistent even in their little victories. Have controlled Anambara is enough reason for anybody not to compare it with "Keke" ![]() It is a party built with an Igboic foundation that will always specialize on the people within a geographic location. APGA is supposed to be doing well in the SE but people are busy looking for different interests. APGA may never win any Presidency but if united, they will be part of those that will build the country. The Igbos has a solid and cordial traditional relationship with other tribes. The people in super Sonic parties has also made sure we are seen as divided. Scholars defined politics as a game. A game of interest. |
Thank God lives were saved and bad people were brought to justice. This is a major win for the people. A lot worse are still going on across Nigeria but for political reasons, some situations come to light. As escalaitive as matters can be, the theme of this discovery is the possiblity that truly, our society and security has failed. The possibility of some events taking place in our society tell more of the ever changing society that we have and complexities worthy of understanding. I have heard stories of cannibalism amongst the Igbos but it has never stopped the Igbos from striving to have a better life. During the war, I know about stories of cannibalism. Cannibalism happens and it is bad! People tend to hate some people until they want to eat their heart while still beating in the past across the world. The problems arises when the Igbos start becoming less ambitious and successful because of what people are saying about of the developers, drug traffickers, Northern girl child buyers, fake pastors, rapists, wicked business men, wicked landlords, cheating and stingy business owners, the boastful and pompous Igbos, the illiterate Igbos and the bad Igbos who are like many other people from other tribes who also steal, kill, rape, destroy and plunder. Any Igbo reading these statements here should know that today Igbo dirty laundry were brought out. We should be thankful that we still have brave people amongst the populace that will still provide good intelligence to the security agencies. Many other places have it worse but will never give out information because their lives will be in danger or for the sheer love of peace. May God deliver people in such situations or worse across Nigeria and the world in Jesus name. Amen |
You can't separate the kids from their mum but the problem is paying the woman for upkeep. Most men when they pay for child support, think woman are balling with the money. It's tough to raise boys without their mum but if she had done investments, she can prove that she can take care of the kids and win the custody. Every woman should strive TRULY to have viable source(s) of income. It brings in maturity and stability in family. Jestin: |
At times I feel confused when reading a lot of responses here. It turns my innards around. Even what I write now might misled someone. But we should try to be objective and real. We forget to discover what our purposes are by following many people in forums and societies who use junk and simulated stories to distract us. BOTs. Kingosytex:

I have always wanted to to discuss about this topic with friends and families but there is always a moment of silence when it is being discussed. It is proven that the students who carry out hazing and other kinds of bullying do it because they have seen their parents or close relatives do it to people as we speak. That is why the children of the rich and powerful are mostly the ones that bully people in schools and streets. Bullying in tertiary institutions have also metamorphosed into all kinds of social vices but we think only about bullying in secondary schools. The parents are the ones to stop bullying by living by good examples while stopping their children from bullying people anywhere. If you have been bullied in tertiary schools, pls share |
Some others see it that an unstoppable train is coming in full locomotion and many sees it also as the rising sun. For me, FG should negotiate with the regions and draft a better constitution that will give every region and state autonomy over personal matters like security and resources. From there we will move. tiswell: |

I have seen these types of young men before. While living at Uwani Onwudiwe street in Enugu as a student, I remember one young man who always comes to visit his girlfriend. This guy is always so angry and picking up fight with almost everybody. I saw him fight a very big hefty guy who he saw at the girls' place with brazen ferocity of a tiger fighting two lions. I have never see a man fight for something like that in my life. Pure waste of human resources and energy. This guy is looking so peaceful and calm now because he is with our best friends, police but you need to see him in action before killing that man after seeing him in an " unacceptable position". |
History is so powerful that it takes you on a journey back to time. This is recorded and even if things have changed due to so many factors and chain reactions, no one can take away the facts and events that took place back then. Man know thyself. |

saphiere:You are still alive! So be happy and be fruitful to the society without banter and segregation. Many of us have seen things too. We have lost precious lives too through infidelity especially in men but it goes the other way round as well. So we can't judge but try to be better and positively productive. |
So many developed nations have spent a lot of money conducting research and collating data to understand the prevalence of unwanted pregnancies and the hidden excessive usage of pregnancy in blackmail vis a vis decisions control against men in high and low places. The ability to control men through this means has given the women folk a lot of power as many of them have what it takes to seduce men and make many men have sex with them mostly on their selfish terms. This is so because through Eve, God gave them the power to stop bad from happening ahead and the power to amend and doctor events. Ask Portiphas' wife. Parents have been know to preach to their children about the dangers of blackmail and the resultant chain effects in Japan according to the study of class in samurai and bourgeois societies. These Children are products of such scenarios but we must understand that it also happened even in the Tudor period and beyond. Kings are known to have bastards but it is the law of the land that decides who is the bastard and who is not. The internal family squabbles that these people have initiated might snowball into rivalry and deep animosity as they fight over many things directly or indirectly. He should become a polygamist and grant his children equal right according to traditional or religious laws. |
I use to think it is a gift for some very few people until I join NCF (New Convenant Family) at Esut in 2004. NCF is the university outreach that really touched lives in so many ways. After becoming born again, I began the foundation class for new converts and it was a wonderful experience. I was taught how to pray all over and when to start speaking in tongues. I did as instructed and become a force to reckon with. I began to pray for 4hrs straight and can speak in tongues in ways that I can't explain. I know I usually start with some gibberish but it still baffles me how I can say things I ordinarily won't say. I remember a meeting I attended at the village where one prophet was brought from PH to come and pray for our family. The way I spoke in tongues made the man of God to call me aside after the programme to ask me where I was trained. If you feel depressed or troubled, get up in the midnight, do some prayer and speak in tongues for some time and see how It goes. Bad people will run away from you when they hear the languages they don't understand. If it come to you as gift, fine. So long you make use of it in the fight against principalities and powers. |

The way many people try to defend the Igbos on this thread is become sensational. I won't blame them either. You can't corner someone and expect them to give up easily. I have come to a logical conclusion that other ribes within Nigeria would have been far better off if they had learnt some life secrets from others especially from the Igbos. The secret is that nobody knows it all. That is why you see the Igbos trying to understand how businesses works anywhere. We have agreed now that truly people can mentor family and friends and connect them with contact and money. Anybody can become rich once connected. The Igbos has been connecting since the days of Ojukwus' father who raised above a thousand businesspeople. The Igbos has to defend that special attention and protesting also against the country for the odds against them. Everybody is special, Some are more special than the others and can never be compared. Every tribe is special and superior .. englishmart: |
Thanks, guys. It's been a pleasure reading through all this. You guys are really really good. Am really shocked on how good people can be. You guys bared your minds and shared great information with people so they can become better in life. Life is a journey that it's experiences is to shared for the purpose of making the world better. Kindly know that people are still reading this thread and will liker you guys to tell us something like an update or tell us what we need to know. It is an awkward situation but it has to be addressed. Q1 - What is the current business viability possibilty of the business? Q2 - Then $ was 210. How are people still importing these cars and parts? |
Back then at Abosso Apostolic Church Ani Ahaba at Cable Point Asaba, Circa 90 We would be paired 5 on a tray pan. Jollof rice cooked with ram and its stock. We don't do it in our house even though we were not rich but I did it even at so many birthdays and functions back then. Then at birthday parties, a big mould of white rice and chicken will be spread on the biggest tray pan. Boys/girls will gather and one brother or sister will monitor the eating. One of the moments that I will cherish for ever. #AsabaAmaka |

They will take care of her in any form in respect to mental health. The system needs her more than she needs them. It the kind of trade she is involved with. When you grant these interviews, they use it follow up on you and update you on so many things. They practically design her life but don't own her. Terms and conditions. This is why miss world are always won by women that are smart. They try to engage you to know your level of emotional intelligent(competence level) and personality. They keep them sane from the world they are in with these conditions. Social change is a whirlwind and will always come to clean the society. With modifications and common ground discoveries, we can always embrace such changes and consider the outcome after dialogue and compromise. She should do a white paper. Felabrity: |
These attacks by UGM is really confusing because there seem to be so many kinds of UGMs and the common thing about it's existence is the fact that they have always deluded our government. We have a lot of holes in our security architecture and these attacks across the country that are tagged UGM attacks can be stopped. Simply by doing the right things starting with police and federal civil service. We have a lot of manpower to do these miracles. We can decide to put some good chnages and stop people from doing fraud easily. |
