Celebrities / Re: Hushpuppi On Mompha's Arrest: Don’t Be Quick To Mock Anyone’s Trial Time by CeterisXVII: 3:22pm On Aug 13, 2021
newsynews:
Dubai based big boy, Hushpuppi has taken to social media to advise people not to be quick to mock anyone’s trial time.

His post comes just days after his rival, Mompha, got arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

While many of Mompha’s foes mocked him on social media, many expected Hushpuppi to use the opportunity to step on Mompha whom he has disagreement with.

However, Hushpuppi chose to toe a different part by advising against mocking anyone’s trial time.

https://wotzup.ng/mompha-dont-be-quick-to-mock-anyones-trial-time-hushpuppi/

The stewpid idiot called Hushpuppi is now mentioning God. May thunder fire his mouth.

He is now talking about low times, after scamming people and putting them into despair, trouble and hardship through his deceit. May God punish him and his cohorts.

I pray he gets a life sentence in jail.

That is your headache. While you are at it, tell your sisters to subject themselves to a DNA test. Ask your mum to also do a DNA test on you, as well as the rest of her kids too. It is good to know if your Dad is your true father.....

After all, what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

That's a Very lame way of thinking, the DNA Test is use to check who and who owns the child not just for fatherhood, what If our child was swapped in the hospital?, where did you get your own definition of DNA test?
In saner climes immediately after birth they do DNA, so what's wrong in doing it for my child too, what's wrong in ascertaining If it is my child?

Suspecting her and finding out my suspect is much BETTER then behaving like a simp and raise a BASTARD.

The more you people bring silly excuses you give us men the reason to do this DNA test, it's just a test to determine who owns the child.

If you are clean in your heart, you wouldn't even think of cheating when I tell you I want to do DNA test for my children.

WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?

It is because a person's hands are clean that they cannot see any need to insult themselves by subjecting their kids to any DNA test.

Feel free to do a DNA Test, because it is the quickest way to proclaim to the world that your husband does not trust you, or that he is suspicious of your character, which is why he needs a DNA test.

NOBODY IS HIDING ANYTHING. FOR SOME PEOPLE THEIR SELF RESPECT, INTEGRITY AND DIGNITY IS ABOVE REPROACH, SO A DNA TEST IS NOT NEEDED.

Does that make sense to you? Obviously not....

Your eyes are NOT open. That's why.

Have you ever heard of MURIC before? Or their leader Akintola Ishaq?

Since Fulani herdsmen have begun raiding, killing and maiming in Oyo, has MURIC issued a statement about the current threat? Yes or no.

Why did only the governor, Makinde, issue the warning that Boko Haram and Islamic terrorists are already invading from neighbouring countries like Mali and co. Why has MURIC not ever issued a statement of warning against these terrorists in support of the Yoruba race as one monolithic group?

MURIC never praised Amotekun for their utmost done to curb Fulani terrorists. But why did they only raise their voice when Amotekun killed a civilian (which of course is wrong)?

Like I said, your eyes are NOT open. That's why you talk so ignorantly.

You are the totally ignorant one.

Many Yoruba families have a mixture of Christians and Muslims among their immediate and extended families.

They will NEVER refer to their relatives, friends and loved ones as "Yoruba Muslims," even when they don't share the same faith or religious beliefs.

MURIC is just a noise making organisation. No Yoruba family will ever allow their words to divide them.

The MURIC Chairman is just a rabble rouser that nobody respects or cares to listen to. This isn't the first time, the man has made outlandish claims, or wild assertions. He does it, to collect allocation from Abuja.

Stop sowing division where there is none. You are certainly NOT Yoruba.

Infidelity and paternity fraud is different

How will they vilify woman? You mean the woman brought a bastard home?
If you didn't believe she brought a bastard home, there would not be any need for you to do the test.

It is precisely because you believe she brought a bastard home, that you are doing the test.

By trying to ascertain paternity of the kids, you believe that your wife has cheated on you, with some other man. And she is now trying to pin that man's offspring on you. That is why you are trying to determine if the kid is your own, by doing the test.

The DNA paternity test, is used to check for fatherhood, and also to prove infidelity. If results show the kid is not yours, it proves she has engaged in infidelity. If the outcome shows the kids are your own, it proves you still suspected her of being unfaithful and that was why you decided to do the test in the 1st place.

Otherwise if you didn't believe she has cheated on you, you would NOT be doing any fvcking DNA test..

I don't know about women. I can't speak for them. But if I were a lady and my husband comes back asking for paternity test on our kids, I know for sure that marriage would never remain the same again regardless of how hard I try. There's simply no better way to plant the seed of distrust than making such a request.

Gbam! When a man is going around to conduct paternity test on the kids his wife gave birth to for him, it means the man sees his wife as a hooker, who has slept with other men and wants to now transfer another man's child to him.

The marriage should just close shop. It doesn't matter if the wife is innocent. He doesn't trust her again. Not one bit.

It is that lack of trust that is making the man runs around to do DNA test. That marriage is just a sham.

Why continue living with somebody you do not trust as a wife? After all, you already believe she is a runs girl....no be so?

Jaqenhghar:

The aim is to villify women. If you are so passionate about infidelity how come men are not held to the same standards.

Thank you. Please ask him.....shioor.

Most religions have quite an amount of goodwill, for the most part. Nonetheless I don't see any single one worth its salt. In my opinion, they're all invented. I can bash any religion I so choose to and Christianity does not escape my angst too, maybe you didnot check well.

As for the time registered on NL, this is funny. I used to have an old moniker called 'kalixx'. I deactivated the account early this year (likely around January) because I discovered NL mods were biased then and they did remove front page comments at will, even if they were unprovocative. You can search for the moniker if you want and you'll see most of my words are consistent till this day but a deactivated account is lost. You'll only see me quoted and my quoted posts. Only difference was that I supported Sowore quite a bit (and that was when he was incarcerated). I will attach a few screenshots if u doubt.

Thirdly, referring to my fellow Yoruba muslims is where I may have a bit of fault and I readily admit. I'm no Christian nor muslim. I'm agnostic. Formerly christian though. I do have muslim friends. But during the protest, some of my muslim friends refrained from protesting and discouraged others from doing so. Later, a few told me that it was against Islam to protest. I couldn't believe my ears. Of course I know many Muslims came out to protest but for some to use religion as excuse from voicing out made me start to watch out for what Islam is.

Fourthly, I dislike Islam. I used to be indifferent before. But since 2015, (the Charlie Hebdo saga), I began to become wary. I also love to study history a lot and I have seen that both religions are just side-by-side tools used for expansion of kingdoms and territories -- usually behind the veil of crusades and jihads. Christianity is soft these times, but Islam still remains crude. Words like 'Shariah', 'Haram' irritate the living out of me! Anything that makes you have to fight for one useless god infuriates my soul and that is what core Islam is all about.

Fine, I agree SW are not as fanatic as that but I beg to differ that its because of enlightenment and education that we uphold. Fulani Herdsmen, Boko Haram, ISWAP etc. kill and all proclaim so in the name of Allah. Another teacher was beheaded in France, along with 3 other killings just this past month. Islamic killings also ensued in Vienna, Austria. And pls dont let me get started on the kind of terror Islam seems to engender. With all this, I think a reasonable human earns at least a degree of right to be quite apprehensive. If eventually push comes to shove (which likely will by the look of things) , will Yoruba muslims prefer creed over blood? Lebanon was dominantly Christian until their conquer by the Ottomans. Many of the Druzes broke out from the Maronites, which were indigenous to Lebanon later sided with the Ottomans to subdue their fellow indigenous Maronites. So I think one cannot be too careful. The kwaran Yorubas seem to prefer their hausa brothers more than Yoruba christians. The fact that people like me are more vocal does not mean the next thing is to start thinking of labeling them IPOB. Focus on their behaviour more and see for yourself.

And finally, I don't like Tinubu, I don't like Buhari, I despise PDP. APC makes me convulse. I hate anything Nigeria political system, Nigerian Army, Nigerian Police. Anyone who still claims 'One Nigeria' at this stage, I either see the person as idiotic or myopic. I have a soft spot for Sowore. I like Sunday Igboho, I revere Gani Adams and I adulate Nnamdi Kanu. There are also guys called Maiyegun Live and Koiki that I like and follow a lot. I believe in Oodua but I respect IPOB like mad. I don't believe in 'One Nigeria'. What's wrong? What else pls? ..

In short, this long epistle proves one thing. You are certainly NOT Yoruba.

No true born Omoluábi will ever refer to his fellow Yorùbá man, as a "Yoruba Muslim." Never!

In many different households in the southwestern part of Nigeria, you will see extended relatives in a Yoruba family who are Muslims, living peacefully side-by-side with the family members who are Christians.

Nothing like "Yoruba Muslim."

Kiki Mordi was never in any UNILAG office. That was Oge Obi. What's worse is that she has been receiving awards and claiming her university experience led her into the documentary.

Kiki Mordi is not the type to venture into investigate journalism. She is not that creative. What's worse, she never gave a dime to Oge from the thousands of Dollars grants won. Not a dime!

The irony for me is that she is a feminist who supposedly support females but unfortunately profits off them.

Then explain to me how they are able to make full brick houses for just $8,000 -- or 3 million naira in Rwanda. Here are the building plans, if you are interested.

http://madeingreatlakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/CAT-MODERN-BRICK-SOLUTIONS-Draft-Third-Edition-Beta-Version2.pdf

Imagine getting beautiful houses like these for just $3 - $6 million naira. This is what it looks like when builders use their brains.
Good thought.

You can use stabilised laterite blocks or bricks to build such homes.

But then, you may want to compare cost of materials across board between both countries, as well as logistics and labour costs too, in order to arrive at an equivalent rate.

Politics / Re: Are Nigerian Builders Stupid? Why Can't We Make Houses With Bricks Or Wood? by CeterisXVII: 12:02pm On Dec 09, 2020
PharoahIII:
Firstly, the costs associated with building brick walls will be too astronomical, the volume of a 9 inch CMU is nearly 17 times that of a standard brick, which means that it would take 17 times more bricks to build a house than blocks. Now don't forget that walls made of bricks are almost always double-skinned, that is 2 layers of wall joined with mortar. So that means more and more and more mortar. Also the labour costs will be too high, imagine how much bricklayers will charge for laying 17 times more bricks! Not forgetting transportation costs of getting the bricks to the site, as more trips would be required. Thirdly clay bricks are expensive to make, well in Nigeria at least due to the epileptic power supply, as the clay will have to be baked in a kiln for days. Granted there are other alternative energy sources but that's topic for another day. Also in a tropical climate as yours using brick walls will be too hot as brick walls do appear to hold heat better than concrete blocks.
As for wood, well all I can say is that the wood used abroad are 'engineered' to give it maximum strength. Do in conclusion Nigerian builders are not stupid
GloShare:
You're right on your cost analysis, but two things you didn't get right.

Brick houses are cooler and not hotter. Those who have lived in mud houses will let you know better.

Also, the woods used in the west are not engineered. They are sourced from oak, and oak can last forever.

There is an alternative method of building these days, using stabilised laterite blocks. Late rite is moved to site using tipper trucks, and the machines are taken to site to mold the blocks.

You don't require two layers of bricks, when building the house. Only a single layer is used. Cement and mortar required is very little.

And the buildings quite durable, sturdy and nice to look at.
