I really love naija n I haven't lived outside for long enough to know what. Nigeriand in dispors may be feeling. Small yabs, threats, snobs n so could be going on around them.

The amnesty programme makes no sense. When an authourity offers a criminal amnesty, it is a favour, a pardon, a second chance for them to re enter society, not to be settling them.
