I took the time to break it down into even further lay man's terms for you and you still don't get it.  After I answered the question, which wasn't even a statement of fact, I decided to go further by implying that Americans have every reason to applaud Clinton's IQ . . . especially at this time -- considering what Bush is doing to dislocate the economy.  Makes Clinton seem like a god.
