coogar:Scumbag, have i ever made any statement that suggests available evidence is enough to prove them guilty at the law court? My emphasis has been that the available evidence is enough to commence investigations and possibly arrest the suspects. One suspect having been arrested may lead to both the arrest of the rest and possibly help identify the victim. That is how investigations are done. Thank goodness for the civil society groups and NGOs. I am your intellectual father, coogar |
The same govt that said it's a hoax My intelligence is manifesting. How come it was done in Abia and not Zamfara? She was violated in an off-campus residential area of students. Obviously, she is not a student. This has been my reasoning, let investigation be done and especially in Absu because that is the first pointer. I am your god, coogar |
Gang violation suspect identified – Minister The Minister of Youth Development, Mallam Mobolaji Abdullahi, said on Thursday, that one of the suspects in the gang violation of a yet-to-be identified female had been identified. Reports say the five men who violated the young woman recorded the act, which was later uploaded to the Internet. The incident, which is believed to have occured in Abia State sparked outrage nationwide. He, however, expressed doubts that the suspects would be convicted based on the available evidence. Abdullahi said this in Lagos at a meeting with youth organisations. The minister said, “More than 70 per cent of the information we have on the violation will not be said here for obvious security reasons. But I can tell you we have information on it. “The girl is not a student of Abia State University. She was violated in an off-campus residential area of students. “One of them (suspects) has been identified conclusively.” Although the faces of the rapists are not seen in the video, the minister said the National Human Rights Commission was on top of the situation. He said, “Some legal experts have told us that it may be difficult to convict the rapists because the video does not reveal the face of the victims. “The National Human Rights Commission is working with the Ministry of Youth Development. The commission, which is headed by a competent lawyer, is on top of this case. “This is law, if we can not press for violation, there are other charges that we can press. I can assure you that justice will be done.” The minister, at the meeting, fielded questions from some of the 50 selected participants, among whom were Fela Durotoye and Omotola Jolade-Ekeinde, on national issues bearing on youth. He promised that his ministry would organise a conference for not just potential violation victims but potential rapists, to address the ugly trend among youths. He also reiterated his plan to review the National Youth Service Corps, saying corps members would no longer be posted to banks and other private institutions. He said, “We are looking into possibility of stopping corps members from serving in bank and other private institutions. Some people have said it is correct while some have said it is not. But any private institution that wants a corps member must sign an undertaking that it will employ such corps member after his service.” The minister, who admitted that corruption was a menace in the country, said the prevalence of corruption could not be wholly blamed on the government but the kind of the nation’s society. “The issue of corruption has to do with the kind of society we live in. This is a society where the respect given to people depends on the type of car they drive. The society still turns back to say people are corrupt,” the minister said. http://www.punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art201109234144737 |
pinkrex:This gladiator get a life or i will add to your misery |
coogar:Arguing with a ret.ard like you makes me dull. Now, the girl can't be found or maybe dead as a result of the incident. What next? Case closed right? |
coogar:With this kind of person Osama Bin Ladin wouldn't have been killed. The only reason he would have given the American people would be, ehh Osama was not found in the plane that bombed the twin tower, so it's not enough evidence to suggest he was the one. I won't be surprised if this scumbag is found to be a member of the Nigerian police force, no real intelligence. So, because there are 150M Nigerians means that crimes committed by anonymous persons need not be investigated. Intelligence is not for sale ewu. |
pinkrex:Good a thing you are referring to this locust as a her even though he claims to be a he And the family will be thinking they have a son without realising the slowpoke is genderless |
coogar:Chei! I don't even expect something good from your worthless brain. So, what is the purpose of investigation? A lady was raped and a video image (evidence) of the rapist are available, names were mentioned (whether real or fake, at least it's a pointer), voice were recorded which can easily be identified and yet a god-forsaken troll like you want a piece of broken condom to believe the incident occurred before investigations are done. Who said investigations are easy even when all the things you listed are available. Investigations are systematic process and the few evidence available is enough to nail the rapist. Go and hang yourself you have exhausted your reserve. |
coogar:Good a thing you have been disgraced and proven worthless. Now you are throwing sand and stone, typical of dimwits, vagabonds and nihilists. Next i.diot pls pinkrex is obviously not a good replacement, he is a rejected scumbag and i wouldn't want to add to his misery. |
coogar:The intelligence of your entire generation are below my foot. |
pinkrex:I thought you went to your school. Did you not get your refund? |
coogar:I am sure your parents must be regretting now, that's if you have one. You are the reason why i support that premarital se.x be discouraged. you are obviously a product of reckless intimate intercourse. |
norrisman:So, what do you suggest we do, fold our arms like your deluded Abia state gov? |
coogar So, you are even a gorilla? No wonder your brain cells are this loose |
norrisman:you and the so called Linda are fools and poorly educated. So, pictures of those who are expected to ''help'' in the investigation are posted online. For what purpose if i may ask? |
coogar:You are a complete waste of manhood. Did you not notice the source of those pictures? Did i ever claim author of those pictures or i only posted them so that people can further identify them? FYI, those pictures are already all over the internet, what i did was to get it from a source and pasted them here. I also acknowledged the source of the pictures. If you add blindness to this your dimmed thinking then your case is finished. |
coogar:Your congealed brain will never allow you notice the rest |
pinkrex:You are right, but in this case she hasn't done so. Nobody knows her reasons and current situation. So, what do we do, fold our arms and watch? Thanks to the internet, we have to encourage people who can identify the voice of those guys to anonymously post either their pictures or names online. This will help in further investigation. I can easily identify almost all my friends voices. Let people listen to the video and try to identify their voice. |
coogar:Chineke. See ''foreign'' graduate. There are so many clue to this crime. first, it was reportedly done at Absu and by Absu students, that is the first pointer. Secondly, this video emanated from somewhere, why not question some people who already have this video on campus and try to find out the origin from there? Thirdly, three people have been identified as suspects have the police gone to the school to find out if they are actually students and if so, know whom they are? I can go on and on. You need no fluid to identify the culprits, simple intelligence is sufficient |
coogar:We are talking about investigative processes here, a youtube video of a raped Nigerian lady is enough evidence for the appropriate authority to move swiftly into action. It seems am arguing with a dropout . |
Has anyone watched Law & Order : SVU? Ra pe does not have to be reported by the victim. "Youtube report" is enough and more evidence of violation than needed. Nigeria needs SVU (Special Victims Unit).
You seem to be among the few reasonable persons here. Yet Nigerian police wants it ''reported.'' what a silly statement from a supposedly law enforcement outfit. |
pinkrex:Typical of Nigerian police, especially when the suspects are from well-to-do families. last few months it was reported that the son of the state governor of Abia was beaten mercilessly by an army general for slapping him and asking everybody in a certain shopping mall to leave so that he could shop. Even though people saw it happen the father came on air immediately and denied it, whereas he flew the boy to the uk for medical attention. Now, you want me to believe the same govt? you-tube reported ra.pe indeed. where else do you want it posted, your bedroom? You really need to go immediately and get your refund from your school |
coogar:You reason from your anus. It is the duty of the police to carry out investigations on this matter. This incident happened about a month ago, since then both the govt and the police kept mute. Just yesterday one i.diotic commissioner claimed the video is hoax. How did he find out? So, if the victim is dead no investigation should be carried out? Hence the police has failed so far to do their job then independent parties are getting involved. So, they are accessing all possibilities. So far no person has been named as culprits, the names and pictures are all suspected. At least, it will help provide further insight into the case. Also, the alleged rapists whose pictures and facebook accounts are being circulated are yet to at least deny the allegation. Don't tell me they are not aware their pictures and facebook accounts are being bombarded. One of them has more than 4000 friends, at least one of the friends would have alerted him of the allegation |
coogar:Obviously, you are deluded. So, violation victims do not report to the police just because no video was made of it? If you were sent to school with community fund or loan then you have wasted it. What of the trauma, the social rejection and degradation? What of the stigma? You need good education. |
pinkrex:You are a complete nihilist. Go and ask for refund from your school. How else do you expect the culprits to be identified? Since this video was made public what effort have the police, uni and govt made to substantiate the content of that video? All they can do is to sit in their air-conditioned offices and claim it's hoax. Is this how far your intelligence can carry you? Can you observe there is a calculated attempt by the govt of Abia to sweep this issue under the carpet just to protect their names and jobs? |
coogar:Your case is pathetic. How many violation victims have come up to report they were violated, even in advanced countries where the police seem to be efficient? Words cannot explain the condition of that lady now, she will be completely traumatised, especially in a country like Nigeria that places little or no value on women. Even in advanced countries where scumbag like you claim you live, are police left with all processes of investigation in cases like this? When a riot broke out in Canada few months ago people were encouraged to post pictures of those whom they think were part of the crime. Hence the Nigerian police have failed to do their job, they are waiting for a traumatised violation victim to report the case, then we will assist them in the job. |
coogar:Obviously, you are a psychiatric case. Jumping from issue to issue without making any sensible contribution. This is the same i.diot that claimed Nigerian graduates are below standard. A young lady was violated and you are here spewing rubbish. How did you know those names were submerged? How come one of the suspects have been identified as an extra year student of Absu? or do you think everybody is as dull as a dimwit like you who can not even offer any intelligent directive? Are you smarter than the FG who has directed that full investigation be carried on this issue? So, you mean someone was violated and all you expect us to do is to fold arms and join nihilists like you to claim it's hoax. You are a forgotten case pinkrex:what else do you want to see to believe this video? This girl was violated and a video of her was made and uploaded on the internet. So far, independent sources have been gathering details of the supposed despoiler. Those guys in that video are Nigerians and Igbo, so the western media couldn't have made that up. This time last year a similar issue came up where two female students of a university in Benin recorded of themselves Being Intimate. Somehow, the video leaked and was uploaded on the internet. Investigations by independent bodies and it was discovered that they are students of the said university and are lady-loving-ladies. you can see the video here: http://www.naijapals.com/modules/naijapals/nigeria/topic,53239.0.html Also, last year a certain professor of a university repeatedly failed a girl in his course just to sleep with her. This he did continously until the lady in question made a video of him. You can also watch it here: http://www.yousabi.com/video/1411/Randy-Professor-Engineer-Otubu-In-Sex-For-Grade-Scandal--SaharaTV%C2%A0 All these cases have been swept under the carpet by the Nigerian govt and police force. So, what has western media got to do with the evil that are repeatedly going on in the Nigerian society? |
![]() If they're not the ones, they can sue you, you know
The fact that someone is being suspected of a crime does not make him/her responsible. They are just suspects and cannot institute any law suit based on mere suspicion. When a crime like this happens all possible clue to get to the bottom of it has to be accessed. But let me ask you, is it by coincidence that the alleged despoiler are all friends on facebook and students of Absu? I repeat, they remain suspects and should make a statement exonerating themselves if they are clean. coogar:Your reasoning is very primitive. How come you are so sure that the video is a hoax? I doubt you have watched the video. I have a complete record of that video and I can tell from the body structure of the guys and the ones posted online that there is striking resemblance. You always make baseless claims. Do you even know where Absu is located? So, you want us to sweep this crime under the carpet just because deluded individuals like you think it's hoax? FYI, if you are among these animals we will surely get to you and you will be exposed. |
dayokanu:Did you not see the word ''suspects'' there? If they are not the ones then they should go and clear themselves at the nearest police station, simple. |
