I know you wish you can just go to the chemist, ask for a tablet, take it and completely end your lack of confidence around girls - the truth is there is no such pill. You just have to gradually eliminate the fear you feel now when you see a girl. But still, that doesn't mean that eliminating the fear can't be easy.

I will give you just two tips here, although there are a whole lot of strategies I have developed. But I will just drop two here due to time factor.

#1. YOU CAN'T FIGHT FEAR.

See eh, one thing about being a guy is that we never want to let a girl see that we are scared of her. So when we try to walk up to her we try to act confident, but when you don't feel confident your acting will be rubbish because the girl would see you are uncomfortable talking to her (and that can make her look down on you).

One formular to use is never to fight the fear, go with it. Our body is wired to think of what we don't want to think of. To understand this; try NOT to think about Aeroplanes for a moment.

Did you notice how impossible that was? Areoplanes kept appearing in your head the more you tried not to think of it.

Same with trying to fight fear of talking to women. When you start talking to a girl don't focus on what to say next, it's just a conversation...not a "I'm interesting" competition. One topic will lead to the next, and even if it doesn't - it doesn't matter. Girls are just human beings like you are, they too want to look and sound interesting

You can never eliminate the fear of talking to girls by running away from them, the more you run the more the fear takes hold of you.

To stop the fear you have to embrace it and make it your friend, you have to face it. You don't have to be afraid that it will show, find a girl who doesn't intimidate you and become close to her - don't date her, just use her to practise. Talk to her everyday, ask her for advice - just like she is another guy.

The problem is when you are the type who is afraid of talking to girls and you manage to talk to girls just because you want to date them, you will never improve (I explained more about this in my book). To improve you have to first start meeting girls you don't want to date and talking to them (in my book I explained how to move from talking to ugly girls you don't want to date, gathering boldness and experience by doing that till you start FEARLESSLY talking to hot gorgeous girls you want to date)

#2. THE DROWNING STRATEGY.

There is a particular indian tribe that throws their kids into a river and attempt to drown them just to eliminate the kids' fear of swimming. They don't drown the child, they just throw him in and will keep throwing him till he starts acting calm even if he is drowning. They believe throwing the child into distress will eliminate fear from him.

And guess what, it always works.

How can you apply this in your life. Here is how; you eliminate any kind of fear by facing them...any kind, but the trick is to face the fear gradually. Not to throw yourself wholly into it. Follow this plan I'm about to give you for 21 days and you will reduce the fear of talking to girls drastically.

So what is the plan.

For the next 21 days talk to any girl you can come across. It doesn't matter what you say but during those 21 days never woo a girl - ever, don't walk up to her to woo her. Just ask simple things. Things like; The time, directions (even if you know the directions)...whatever innocent question you can come up with, ask them. Then with some, make a little conversation and move on.

I know it sounds silly but I have cured hundreds of guys with the fear of approaching girls just by making them go through this 21 day drowning strategy. HUNDREDS OF GUYS. So I know what I'm talking about.

This concept can be really complicated but I will try to explain it gradually so you will get it.

Who would you love to be friends - a begger or the Governor of your state?

The Governor of your state, right?

It's just common sense. Everybody loves to be associated with a person of value.

But when guys go after a girl they go as a begger, they don't project value.

Players know that once they walk up to a girl and show her that she has power over them that girl go use them joke. So what do they do? They play with her head and confuse her real bad into seeing them as a prize. So what they do is not to chase the girl but, rather, make her chase him. More like using their own weapons against them

This is how players make girls chase them...

They value bomb these girls; while other guys try hard to impress the girls they are interested in, players don't . They give her the impression that she (the girl he is chasing) has to be lucky to have caught his eyes and so they have to impress him.

When you try to impress a girl and she senses that is what you are trying to do; vam - she knacks you "begger status" and starts treating you like trash.

It's just common sense.

Players don't ask girls out, they never ask them to be their girlfriend.

This doesn't mean you should walk up to a girl and start boasting your head off, do that and she will see you as an arrogant fool.

Now; you only need this write up if the following two things has ever happened to you. As in, if one or both of the two things I am about to list out has ever happened to you.

Read them slowly

There is this girl who had been giving you green light, every single signs she is giving off points to the fact that she likes you. Then you go out and ask her out or start showing her signs that you like and bam - she starts acting cold around you and starts avoiding you

You assume that maybe she is playing hard to get and so you increase your "moves", but the more you try to show her that you like her too the more she keeps withdrawing and keeps avoiding you and showing disinterest.

There is this girl you really like. Infact, you have started asking her out - but she keeps telling you she can't date you. You keep trying to convince her that you are the one for her, you do sweet things for her, call her up everyday, send nice texts to her.

But yet, the more you try the more she acts cold to you.

Not just her; every girl you had ever liked had treated you the same way. You show them you love them and they treat you like trash.

Alright, I think that is enough. Have either of the two ever happened to you?

If yes, then I want to give you the solution to use and put a stop to it.

I am about to show you what to do so that when a girl gives you green light you take what she is feeling and multiply it so she will go crazy about you and not withdraw like they always do.

Players know how the minds of girls work and they use it to their advantage like mad. And they don't go for average girls, they go for hot chicks and leave the average and ugly ones for guys that don't know "what's up" to fight over. (I know, its unfair - that's why they are players, durrh)

When a player approaches a girl he uses two major strategies.

1. The Smoke-SCreen Move.
2. The Value-Bombing Move.

Chill, no mind the big names those stuffs carry. Lemme explain them slowly.

SMOKE-SCREEN MOVE:

I'm not suggesting you use this strategy, infact, if you like don't use it. What I know be say I'm giving you the same secrets that players use to make this thing easy for them.

I want you to understand this concept.

Look at this scenario; this is very important - follow me.

Let's assume you walk into a bank and you walk up to this pretty girl and ask her for a biro - she gives it to you, right? Sometimes she might even smile while giving it to you - no bad eye, no insults. She just gives you the biro.

Now, let's look at another scenario.

Let's assume you walk up to that same girl you asked for a biro and this time you ask her for her number.

Yeah, you guessed right - she will either start shakara or outrightly brush you aside.

Look at it this way. When a girl discovers you are interested in her her defence rises and she blocks all your moves - it becomes harder to make her fall in love and fall fast. This strategy is not just for a girl you just met. Personally when I start trying to seduce a girl I have known for a while what I do is to tell her I can't date her, that I'm not attracted to her then I start acting like I'm friendzoning her.

Yeah, I know. Shocking, right?

Well, there is a particular way to say that kind of stuff to a girl without "spoiling things" - I also explained that indepth in my book (see my profile for how to get it)

What this move does, when it is done correctly, is to hurt her ego and make her wonder why the hell you are not attracted to her. Then she starts trying to make you interested in her and bingo - the jonsing begins.

I learnt this strategy from a friend back in the university and it works like magic, it's almost scary sometimes.

Here is the principle behind this strategy: Girls are accustomed to guys who try to impress them but when a guy comes up and doesn't try to impress her but instead, jonses her in a funny way she sits up and take notice.

Now think back to that ladies' man you know, that guy that has girls flocking around him. Have you ever gone close to hear how he talks to those girls?

How he doesn't try to be a gentleman around them. How he is blunt with them. How he is always jonsing them.

Now, don't get this concept wrong - don't be harsh to women and say bad things to them, that's not what I'm saying.

Instead of saying; "Your hair looks awful".

Say; "Hey, is that the size of your head or is that wig three times bigger than my own head".

Then smile.

The strategy is not to insult her, but to jonse her in such a way that she realises you don't seem to be under her spell like other guys are.

I have had a very pretty girl ask me out after I kept on telling her that she is too fair for my liking because she reminds me of my granny who I didn't like.

I always made her see I was joking, I wasn't all mean and straight faced but because I said it showed her I wasn't freaked of her looks like other guys.

She would hit me and be like; "you are comparing me to your grandmother. Is she even fine as I am"

Then I will be like; "Before? She, you and smiggle in lords of the ring look alike"

Then I will smile.

One day I told her I can't date her because, even though she was fine, I wasn't attracted to her.

The next day she kissed me.

The more pretty a girl looks the more Jonse-humor-shock will work on her. These types of girls have been so worshipped by guys, so when a guy who doesn't worship them comes along they struggle to impress those guys. That's why you will call this girls fifty times and they won't even call you for once. Instead, they will call one guy who doesn't even look that fine.

Have you noticed how silly in love pretty girl act when they like a guy. And still, that guy don't take them seriously.

If showering praises and compliments on girls makes them fall in love then everybody will have girls chasing after them.

Some years after I started becoming really good
in making girls pick massive interest in me I started misusing the new skills I had learnt.

Looking back I feel really ashamed for some of

random nasty thing that comes to your head. The trick is to tease her in a way that will shock her and yet still come out as funny.

You see, when a guy meets a girl he likes he tries
to say the nicest of things and be of the best
behaviour around her…that stuff bores girls; you have to do what other guys are afraid to do
around her and that is to be so honest it will
shock her.

There was this instance I walked up to a girl and
was like: “with the size of your head and my own, if I ever make the mistake of marrying you I just pity for our kids”.

For a moment she looked at me with shock, then she saw the smile on my face and burst out
laughing like crazy. We talked a little bit and I left with her number in my phone..

That is how powerful this strategy can be.

You know what I did?

A girl hadn’t ever been that direct around me
before and so when that girl told me she liked me It literary drove me mad; I started showing up around her more often, got her number and
started sending sweet texts to her almost on daily basis, I called her up almost every night just to say Goodnight.

Just two weeks after doing all those sweet stuffs I thought would make her like me more I noticed she was changing her attitude around me. At a point time she stopped picking my calls and started avoiding me around the office.

I kept up doing all my sweet things when one day she called me up and told me to just stop, said about a few harsh things I can’t write here and then told me she just got a boyfriend.
And that was the end…I was confused as hell.

What had gone wrong?

It wasn’t until years later when I started becoming good with girls that it dawned on me
that I had tried too hard…trying too hard makes
girls lose interest.

You know the approach I use now? I don’t try too hard anymore, matter of fact, I don’t try at all – I just lay back and have them impress me instead.

When they call me up I don’t pick and I don’t

Simple – It’s because they are not used to it, guys are always trying to impress them but when a guy comes around and doesn’t try to impress them it makes them wonder why. Most times, in the process of figuring out why you are not trying to impress her like other guys she will start trying to get you attracted to her and that is just what you want – when a girl starts making moves to get a guy attracted to her she too starts getting attracted to the guy.

Think back to all the girls that haven’t taken you
