All right reserved. . Dear prettiest, . It is a good thing to decipher that prince charming if really he is husband material to avoid stumbling upon. There is this rampant saying that 'real men are difficult to find.' How true is this? Well, let's harness few things to check while choosing a male life partner, not just a male lover! . 1. Am I a side-chick? Yes, dear ladies, you should ascertain your stance in the relationship so as to discover what really he sees you as. . 2. What does he take me as? My dear, you might be an alternative to his boredom. Do check, check and check. . 3. Is he ready? Is he, really? Does his readiness register in your IQ? Is he financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually ready? Or is he just trying to fulfil all righteousness, from maybe his family or likewise? . 4. Are you ready? Suppose he is ready, are you, also? Are you looking up to married Amaka and also wants to be classified among the married? Are you jumping into marriage because of pressure? Maybe, because everyone is? Or perhaps, because you are of age? Don't compromise your future with mere thoughts. . 5. What does he do to earn a living? Dear dear, don't let expensive gifts blind you as it may turn expensive shit. Check what he does for a living? Many ladies feel reluctant in this area. But I tell you dear, you are feeling reluctant for your future. . 6. Where is he from? Does his people approve you? Do yours approve him? Do they? Check all these minors things to fuel your happiness, loveliest. . 7. Does he love you? If you think it doesn't matter, sooner or later, you will know it does. . 8. Do you love him? Please, always marry who you love and who could catch a grenade for you. . 9. Does he have what I call 'marriage maturity?' I mean, does he know what he is jumping into? Will he tomorrow turn you into a punching sack? Will he tomorrow throw you out of his house? Study him. . 10. Is he a drunk? Does he flirt? What are his bad characters? Figure these out! A drunk will make a bad companion. A flirt will still look outside for other skirts. . . Dear beautiful, dating failures are usually marriage failures. - Richie. . My dear man, . A good father is liken to a good shepherd who takes care and carries all his sheep along not letting one behind or feel dejected. A good father is known for protection, food provision and care. . Here are few ways to becoming a better father: . 1. What does the family need? Be there to always sign-in all your family needs. What do my kids need? What do my precious kids really want? What do I do to make them see me as responsible? . Table these things out and try to sort ways to answering their needs. . 2. Are my flock lagging behind? Regularly, do a random check if there is any among your flock needing the shepherd's care. This will ensure them that they have a shepherd who cares. . 3. The mother of my flock. Don't you forget this lady. Privately, you may give a scrutiny of what she might be lacking and provide them, even going extra miles asking her. Make her the only gold no other man can afford, make her unique; believe you me, every mother is worth it. . 4. Funds! House-rents, school fees and all that, funds! Make a budget, keep money in advance for more important things than on irrelevancies. . 5. Spend time together. Spend time together with your wife and kids: go on vacations, picnics, amusement parks! Set a time for relaxation! In fact, I'm beginning to feel jealous! Hey you, don't forget to call your wife endearing names. . 6. A life minus beating your wife. No human owns the life of another because you cannot make life. Beating your wife (thinking you are correcting her wrongdoing) does not make you a teacher, to yourself, and your children! This is being irresponsible. . 7. Do not yell at your wife amid your kids. It explains itself. It does not make you a disciplinenarian; it indeed, makes you fool's shadow. . . 8. Correcting protocol. There are politer ways to correct your wife. Assuming your dog poos in the kitchen, rather than yelling and renaming her to insulting words, you could, be politer: 'honey, seems Bingo has a runny stomach, come check this out.' . So reader, maturity is not always rated by age, at times, by brain - Richie. Royalroy, lalasticlala, mynd44, seun,. Origin: http://chatinent.com.ng/index.php?act=ST&f=17&t=373&st=0#entry713 |
