In a standard half plot. my builder is billing me 600k for that stage of work. His main reason is that it is "up work". please what do you guys think? Your response is appreciated. Thanks.

Pick one of the engineer in this forum to give you bill, block settings is 50-60naira per block up work u pay for labour to do that within 20-30naira. pay is supervision fee 10-15% of materials & labour.

But the feedback from your clients on pages 82/83 is very harmful to your reputation and even more worst is your refusal to attend to those complaints with a view to defending your name.

Thanks for the observation, if you can also noticed a trend discussed it but only who escalate it which has being settled refuse to come and give feed back. Anyway it has being settled December last year. Not everybody like things & how u do it, ..

we can always move forward and also move on. We still remain the best in what we do.

Please i have 2 queations; 1) i roofed my house (4 bedroom duplex) i want to install windows and doors now as thier price is hacking. later i will do the plastering but the engineer surpervising the project insisted that i must plaster the whole house before installation of doors and windows. please what are pron and cons of my idea aprt from dirtying the windows and doors with cement?
2) In case of American panel door, can we install the frame only and later we mount the door or must we install it togather? thank you all.

You can install the door with immediate plastering to avoid stealing, you can also keep the door untill plastering is completed... whichever way protect ur hard earning money.
