Masturbation is an ADDICTION, SIN & it has been the problem of the youth & even the married. As a Rehabilitation officer, here are the steps to over come masturbation;
(1) Acknowledgment: you need to acknowledge the fact that masturbation is BAD and you need to seek for remedies to overcome it.
(2): Anger: you have to be angry because masturbation is bad & once you are angry, you will begin to hate masturbation by all means.
(3) Bargaining: At this stage, u need to be asking yourself questions what to do in order to come out from this mess.
(4) Asking God to help you: Bible says that cut off from me, u can't do nothing. Bible also says that come to me all of you who are over loaded & I will give you rest. pray & constantly ask God to help you out.
(5) confession/counseling: you need to confess to a trusted man of God or a qualified counselor whom you will share your experiences with & he/she shall guide you appropriately.
(6) STOP PORN movies: 70% of masturbation are as a result of porn movies. Delete all of them from your phone, computer, destroy all d porn CDs in your house, don't visit porn site etc.
(7) Don't have wayward discussions: Out of the abundant of the heart, the mouth speaket. Ensure that all your discussions are holy not wayward.
( Beware of peer pressures: those you mingle with influences you positively or negatively, if one eye will cause you hell fire pls remove it; if your friend(s) is wayward & always encourages or speaks about sex woman sex etc, pls stay away from him/her.
(9) Get yourself Busy: an idle man is a devil's workshop, once you are idle, several evil thoughts will accumulate your memory but once you are busy, my dear you won't even have time to think of masturbation.
Finally, pray without season and pray that almighty God will help you all that are under the addiction of masturbation to overcome it.

About 30 people were reported to have been killed on Monday, December 28, when two female suicide bombers attacked a busy motor park in Madagali town of Adamawa state, Premium Times reports. This bomb blast follows a series of bomb attacks, between Sunday and Monday, by suspected Boko Haram insurgents on Maiduguri, the capital of neighbouring Borno State. Danladi Buba, a witness said the two female suicide bombers detonated bombs at a mini market near a motor park around 9: 00 am, killing about 30 people, leaving 16 others injured. The Brigade Commander of 28 Task Force Brigade, Mubi, Victor Ezugwu, confirmed the incident, saying the casualty figure was yet to be established. He said: “Two female suicide bombers struck at a garage in Madagali and detonated their devices, and we lost some beloved country men. The brigade commander said the injured had been taken to hospital adding that the situation had been brought under control. Just hours ago, a twin-blast reportedly occurred in Maiduguri, Borno state . The blasts were said to have occurred at the Polo area of Maiduguri with one of them in a mosque. A hospital source told newsmen that many dead bodies were brought in early in the morning, along with injured people.
