dear Nigerians, for the past one month now MTN do deduct #40 from my credit in an interval of 3-4 hours daily, telling me that my last SMS was charged #40 while I can't remember sending any SMS. I do call customer care like 3 times on daily bases but it was only resolved once & continued after 2days. I have made series of complain to MTN but they kept on telling me that is apps in my phone which is a typical lie because I have restricted my apps, I did factory settings yesterday & from midnight till this minutes it has happened 3 times. I went to MTN OFFICE twice today but all my effort proved abortive with d same story. I just called customer care again & d guy told me to give them til next 24 hours. I even removed my sim & inserted it in one small Nokia touch phone because I'm using GEONEE P4 & samething happened.
just imagine losing 160-200 to Mtn everyday for one month now.

dear Nairalanders, what should I do because I'm so mad at MTN this minute. I wish that Nigeria government should ban & banish MTN from Nigeria ASAP. pls I need your advice...............
