I just bought a desktop comp, please i need help on how to use my nokia e63 as a modern to surf the net tru my computer

I just bought a desktop computer i dnt hav moni 4 nw to buy a modern, so please xplain to me how i can use my phone as a modern to browse wit my desktop computer i use nokia e63 and c2, please a good nigerian should xplain to me step by step on how to do it

I try shopizee but the price chase me away, i wanted to buy a laptop from ebay through shopizee the laptop is around 24,730.33 naira, their service cost was abt 1985.23 why shiping through fedEx to my address in rivers state was abt 42,900.35 total was around 62. thousand naira, why the order shiping company their shiping cost was abt 11,000 but it wil be ship to d nearest post office. Make sure the seller has sold a good number so u av the advantage of seeinf the feedback of many buyers. Also, u can ask chrisvicmall if they can recommend any good one for u since they are in China
