Please is it okay to mix cement with sand while doing wall tiles for toilet and kitchen?

The only other option is hiring a painter that can do the same work with a ladder. Another option, although will be costly will be to erect a makeshift iron scaffolding work for the painting of the parapet and window hoods. Thanks.

Engineer please I am almost this partner of house but a 3 storey building. I am bothered how the parapet and belting would be painted since I have removed the scaffold.

There are no specific height or width, cabinets are designed according to the size of the kitchen and the free spaces available after removing door lapping space, and possibly fridge or other appliances that might rest on the wall. Most people use 90cm as the work table height.

we will be doing all these and showing the updates of this work here from today.

Please spyder good afternoon, what is the estimate cost to pay a plumber for outside piping connections excluding the surrounding pipings. Just to connect the pipes for outside so we can lose the sacffold. And also how much is good to pay the water installer person for a 8 unit of 2 bedroom ( 3 decking)

Please spyder how do you manage to do this plastering? I went to my site today and I am literally crying on my way back. Rain spoilt a lot of work done yesterday which wasted my cement and other materials. Please how do one do the outside plastering in this rainy season?

You are not asking for too much, but plaster sand is a complicated matter, Enugu has up to 5 different known plaster sand types. For the most popular types, they mix up to 10 painter buckets of plaster sand and sharp sand in a ratio that suits each user.

I want to also ask, what's is the best Plaster sand mix, sharp sand mix for one bag of cement, to get a perfect plaster rendering for both inside and outside wall, specifically for Enugu sand?

Sorry to ask, was the painting of the doors later changed. Because earlier in the thread it was red but now I can see something like black.

Please oh, I an receiving different quotations for complete plastering of 8 units of 2 bedroom flat. I have taken out time to measure the partitions both in and but ehat could be the average cost for each partition to help me determine the price to agree with different workers.

Inside partition.

34 * 8 flats = 272 partitions

Step Wall 4*4 = 16 partitions

Outside = 16 * 4 = 64 Partitions

Parapet = 16 partitions

Ubder decking = 60 partitions but some are very small.

Whats the likely cost for each partition to be able e to negotiate my price on a contract basis.

I haven't heard of 0.47 before, only 0.45 and 0.50. Roofs can look shiny after first installation, and will gradually lose the shine as the years roll by. If it doesn't look straight, it might be the fault of the roofers who did the wood work. Installation follows the placement and balance of the wood.

Please spyder, I need your help. My carpenter and engineer said the Aluminum Long Span roof used for my building is 0.47 guage. I doubt if there is a 0.47 guage and beside after installing the roof, I don't like it because it looks too shinny under the sun and also doesn't look balanced and straight. Please, what should be the cause, and do I have anyway to remedy this? Because I don't like the roof and I spent millions to install it. Now I am more like disliking the house.

The ES330 is a very strong and reliable car. I got mine direct toks 2 years ago for 3M and since then I have ever worked on it expect normal maintenance. It should be around 4M - 4.8M now.

Please spyder, Why do you have to chose the push out window instead of the sliding window since is a rental apartment. Does using a push out window have any cost advantage in a building for rental purpose.
Someone said that the slide window needs a lot of maintenance which I doubt, is it true because I am confused about the type of window to chose for my rental apartment.
