[quote author=ElevationD post=129996933]Not just the boy did he surprise. He surprised the whole of Corona schools. That was a massive and unforgettable deed. A lasting impression in the heart of the boy and other children; an encouragement to the school. That was one dream come through for the child. By the way, Corona since 1955, is one of the oldest private schools in Nigeria. Thank you Mr. Peter Obi.- Very true, I am a proud product of Corona....hmm the good old days. I think it's high time the guys in khaki step in once again to correct things. The politicians have failed, the economy in ruins, insecurity on the rise and a host of other socio economic issues. All they care about are themselves, families and cronies. No! |

The first step I think, will be to secure our Northern borders. We must do a TRUMP. Build some kind of fence or wall with the latest technology that can be monitored 24/7 and detect breaches. Then start rounding up the so called "Bandits/Terrorists" that are within the country. In fact no need to round them up, just make them "disappear". 1 Like |

Karemarealty288:- Very correct, 24 hrs is even too long. I got mine in April of 2021 within 4 hours. There's a Premium Processing Center in Abuja. A bit expensive, but the wait is worth it. They even give you meat pie and coke while you wait. Naija!! 1 Like |
Travel / Re: My Crazy Story In A Tanzania Prison by Chiefwandungu(m): 7:37pm On Aug 31, 2023 |
1 week to my release date, I received various death threats from all corners. The prison warden which I slept with also started acting crazy. The guy think say prison na my house because he was sad and convinced me to stay back, abi you Dey mad ni Omo prison warden. How do you expect me to give up my freedom and chose to stay in prison. Since the threats was coming left and right, I had to personally request to be moved to a different prison. But it was bounced. The night to my release was the longest night. I couldn’t sleep all night because I don’t know what’s next for me. I stayed up all night. Finally it was day break, 6am sharp, I was called up after doing all paper works and stuff. I booked a flight straight to MMIA Lagos from my savings in prison + other money at hand. I was to be deported immediately. Police men took me to the airport like a celebrity, stayed with me till my flight was due. They watched me enter the ✈️. I smiled and told one of the guys “I will be back”. The story is longer than this but I had to summarize everything. I learnt a lot of lessons in my time in Tanzania, nobody loves Nigerians. They might like our music and movies but the hatred for Nigerians is very real. Stay safe, stay blessed and be wise. Thanks for reading. - Wow! Interesting. Tanzania is a quiet a beautiful country, I've been there twice. My best friend from College is Tanzanian and I plan on investing there soon. But not as a Nigerian o! I hold Zambian, Nigerian and US passports. Sorry, you had to go through all that. What an ordeal. Stay strong, you'll bounce back as Nigerians, we are very resourceful and resilient people. ✌️ |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Gabon Opposition Urges Coup Leaders To Declare It As Election Winner by Chiefwandungu(m): 7:26pm On Aug 31, 2023 |
what if the military actual recount the election and the opposition won and they hand over to the opposition as the rightful winner of the election. That would be so nice that other electoral institutions across Africa will desist from election rigging in favour of the opposition. Meanwhile, the military has stated why they toppled the government. Kindly watch below and subscribe to my channel . Why We Sacked Ali Bongo ( Gabon Coup D'etat 2023 ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enFTYH0guPE?si=N2f46ADpRQjmDW94[/quote -Interesting scenario, but what then will you do with the Gen. who seized power earlier after he has handed over power to you? Retain him? Send him out of the country into the diplomatic service or what? He'll be very in powerful and eventually take you out too. Remember JJ Rawlings? Tough situation. |
