Think I have some understanding of what it is. This is not my first time hearing about it

The Astral body and dimension once again is the faculty we use to feel emotions. It is Emotions.

It is subtle and powerful. You can send it around--your very emotions.

In religion and motivational speeches, you must have heard of "feeling what you want in your life..." This is because if you can feel it as if it's here and have the conviction that's it's here while having a clear image of it, it will manifest.

That would have been you moving the object or condition you want from the Mental plane (your visualization) then to the Causal ( The Action instinct or willing), and the to the Astral (the feelings) the physical usually is dud. It's gets whatever is loaded from the emotions or feelings.

Note that this is how anything operates like deciding to take a walk. It's feels so automatic that we don't notice largely because we don't know of this. Soul sends signals to the brain to move a leg in this sequence. Thanks

The actually is a mere rehashing of the astral. This means it's more real than the physical. Things happen there first before they happen here. This is how people fix problems in dreams and the physical adjusts to what was done.

Not all the time does events in the Astral make it to the physical. Dwelling on the fear of being chased in the dream for instance is a way to manifest it.

To avoid this, simply forgive all before sleep and focus on love. If you pray, pray with love and your prayer should be affirming the will of God to be done.
