The aim of this thread has been totally and stupendously ran off track, it’s supposed to be about sharing experiences and not unnecessary bets and what have you, a lot of you just come here to prove rubbish. I really don’t care about those posting dash boards or earnings, that’s your business, and for those doing too 3 best earners, that’s also your cup of cake, but please let’s still maintain the sanity of this forum, the gbas gbos creates some level of fun in this room but it’s becoming too much. I always used to look forward to people’s daily experiences on the job here especially for those of us that aren’t so active on the job, but these days all I see are matured men bickering like kids who have lost their sweets. We also used to learn about car issues and all that from here, but the bickering chased off people that do give these advice and tips. Please let’s try and bring back the glory this thread used to have 18 Likes 2 Shares |

peeps4u: My brother, when I meant meeting people, na just the different characters and personalities and not the connect. Money must be made actually , just that most times, when I do some trips, I end up spending more than I earn. The other day, I went to see a friend at abidjo from vi, took the civic, cos I didn’t want to go the distance alone, coming back, did 3 trips back to back. Next day, my brake disk had burned out, had to change disk, calipers, and pad, and the take home was just about 8k. Haven’t driven the civic since then till yesterday. Soon as I touched it, Uber begin dey whisper to my ear 3 Likes |

You people shouldn’t stop the gbas gbos o, BAZ001, Feli, dru , and everyone doing gbas gbos, Biko continue, na wetin I dey enjoy for this thread, since the gist of people’s experience on the job we sought to read often isn’t coming again, make gbas gbos keep the thread alive. On another note, please what’s the road like these days, I am beginning to have some spare time on my hands and wouldn’t mind meeting people via e-hailing while making some loose change. 1 Like |

Hi guys, good day. I drive a Honda Civic 2009 For a while now I noticed that once I engage my gear, it takes about 5 to 10s before it engages and there is this click or vibration like something just entered a slot, I didn’t think much about it. Yesterday while on 3mb, I noticed something falling off, don’t know if it’s one debris I matched or it’s from my car, after about 1 hour still driving I noticed when I slow down, it will be jerking like it wants to go off, but when I turn off the AC it will stop, and when I want to accelerate again, the car will be firing but it won’t pick till after a while or when I release my leg from the accelerator and press it again. when I got to VI, I parked somewhere slopey. And the car refused to reverse. Turned off the engine and put it back on, everything went back to normal. When I got to the office, I checked under the engine bay and noticed something like oil around an area I believe is the gear box area( I may be wrong). Just checked the gear oil gauge and it’s normal. Though I noticed the gear light indicator blinking( it’s being like that since I got the car, abs light also on). Changed the gear oil in January at honda place. I’ll appreciate all inputs as it bothers me Attached is my gear dip stick after car has been on for over 30mins

Hi guys, please I noticed my 09 civic is bent towards one side, in essence the right side is higher than the left side, Secondly, I've done alignment more than 3 times, but the steering still isn't straight and it tends towards one side. The steering also vibrates when driving. I've changed everything there is to change with regards to the legs. Also, when I enter a gallop, the back sounds like the shocks are bad, but I just changed them in January. Someone said something about not properly padding it or something. Please what can I do, thanks Cc radautoworks, gazzuzz, blackbishop |

mazinaija: Loratidine is an antihistamine ( for reactions, catarrh, etc), it must have being prescribed because you had runny nose or something. Zinc is needed in the body in small quantities, and for covid is prescribed based on the severity of your infection. Categories basically are mild, moderate and severe covid. 20mg is the standard for people who aren't immunocompromised ( don't have any major ailment), but for covid moderate and severe, 100mg is mostly prescribed, vitamin d comes in 1000I.U, and vit e 5,000 I.U, but it should be worthy of note that for every prescription to an individual, it is subjective (based on what the individual needs), and as such may not be the same prescription for another person. Some other drugs are also used in management of covid, but I wouldn't divulge that. Anyone that has symptoms should do the right thing and go get tested. Self treatment isn't safe for a number of reasons. 2 Likes |

mazinaija: Loratidime is not a vitamin, neither is it in anyway used in the management of covid, your dosage of zinc isn't even sufficient for a minor talk more an adult, your dosages also for vit e and d are mixed up. 2 Likes |

Sammyclarinet:This is quite wrong and at best your own opinion. This is a case of you being irritated at someone else's preference which is differing from yours ( I stand to be corrected). In terms of being businessly objective, Corolla isn't the best choice for the business and only becomes one when it had to do with resale value(ONLY). The honda civic in my opinion is actually the best for the business in comparison to Corolla: reasons being 1. Civic parts are way cheaper than Corolla parts hence making maintenance cheaper with the civic 2. The cost of 1 corolla at present market value can get you at least 2 civics( more profits, less maintenance cost, less purchasing power) 3. Fuel consumption is same for both cars. In business, there are key factors to consider before venturing into any A. Capital strength B. ROI( profit) C.Running cost(maintenance) The resale value is the only place the corolla is better than the civic. So please objectively, on what stance is corolla the best for the business as you rightly stated, because I just feel you joined the bandwagon of corolla or nothing without critically analysing other busines tools fairly 5 Likes |
