Bride price varies from place to place. I know where I'm from it's about 8 thousand naira or so. I know some villages that charge by what kinda degree the girl has in school eg if she has a bachelors or masters or even those in medical school . The price goes way up to match her educational qualifications. Now this is outrageous!!

In my humble opinion, real love isn't premature. Falling in love with a girl who has violent tendencies and then crying tomorrow that she breaks dishes when she's upset or slaps you around is no one's fault but yours. People do tend to see these things before they commit but most times they choose to ignore it.
