Albion05: Your agent was right and I like the choice of word you use, "MIGHT" not that is impossible. With a well explained letter of sponsorship stating why he or she is sponsoring you, affidavit of sponsorship and documents to explain relationship between both of you. Both I leave this between you and your agent.
Yes your cousin can sponsor you!.. Let him get the following: -Employment letter -ID - Birth cert (NPC) - Landed property -Stocks if he has any - Fixed deposit if he has any -pays lip as you said - Any assets he has to show his financial muscle. -Sponsorship letter from your Cousin - Statement of account----- while you wait for your COE, let your Cousin sure up his account. If you can get your inlaw to transfer fund to your cousin now, let your inlaw help you on that, then if you have fund as well pay it into your cousins account to sure up the account in preparation to use it to apply for visa. Since both of you bear the same surname that's a plus for you. That's my input!... Goodluck!.. Thanks for your time bro. Your inputs are always on point. My agent made mention of it not pulling through so I don't want to gamble with my chance. It won't be convenient for my inlaw to transfer funds to my cousin cos he's a business man. Do u reckon i can use my cousins payslip and sponsorship letter from him since his 300k salary meets the annual income option? |

Good evening house. Pls I need candid suggestion and input from the elders in this forum. I applied to an al1 university and hopefully will get my coe soon. I submitted my in laws soa. However , a similar case here and my agent tells me I might not get a grant from dibp with my In laws soa since I will need to submitt it irrespective of al1 status. Can i submitt my cousins payslip and a sponsorship letter from him since we share the same surname. He earns abt 300k in the Navy. But does not have the required funds.pls your advice |

Albion05: My dear, the agent was he or she blind when you tendered your mums company's account and the agent made use of it..? Without backing it up Solution now because you have submitted already. I believe your mum been the owner of the company with CAC documents is perfect. Also been the sole signatory to the account is ok been your sponsor and mother as well. What I will ask you to do now is for your mum to transfer some funds to her personal account if she has one. She will state that the fund is from the proceeds of her company siting the name of her company with CAC documents as proof of that income.
I have helped people do it before and it has always scaled through. You know, convincing the Case officer or visa officer that the said sponsor will just empty companies account to sponsor someone is no no, so is advisable the said sponsor transfers money to his or her personal savings, this funds are the profits or proceeds from the said company which can be justified by printing both the personal and company's statement of account to align them with CAC documents to prove this business is registered and geniue.
If others have better idea they can contribute!.
Please let's help one of our own. is ones brother in - law an eligible sponsor? The university i applied to is requesting a statement of account. |

Closed from the 23rd? Are u sure? Am yet to get my coe from the uni. Hope I won't be too late for a 19th feb start date Churkie: I agree with you. I have even told my agent not to write to them again till next year. That is, if we don't read from them before the year ends. Well information gathered is that DIBP will close for the year on the 23rd of December which is exactly three weeks from today. |

Lol, its not a small something oo. I hope to apply soon for feb semester. The thought of my cash holed up somewhere for that long is indeed terrifying. It will surely end in praise. Congratulations to all grant recipients. Mine is just a question. Is it compulsory for applicants to defer to the next semester before a visa is granted? Every November recipient has deferred their admission from July. Does It mean that visas is not granted immediately irrespective of the assessment level? Is there a way to facilitate the process or a time when visas are granted more. |

Wow, congratulations. Wendy97: Good evening house,
I would like to share my testimony, I applied for my student visa on the 8th of August. I didnt submit an account statement with my application because of the university i chose (Deakin University). I called the embassy yesterday and i was told that they were busy with july intake so my application was not yet treated. I told my agent yesterday to defy my admission because i felt they wouldnt meet up. But she advised that i should be patient I just got a mail this evening that my visa was granted. |
