This picture still makes me cry much because I kept imagining the deep silent tears Tuff would be shedding after been shown some minutes of love by this stranger in such a long time of ill treatments not even minding if that moment is his moment of last breath. His eyes in this picture makes me so sad. There is so much HOPE and UNCERTAINTY in his eyes as to whether they have come to help or kill him but he was ready for anyone of those. I don't know how, when and why it is happened and is happening to me. I am a very over conscious person when it comes to dietry, looking after my weight, health and stature. I eat normal, drink water a lot, exercise normal though of recent has not been exercising seriously. I don't take pills of any sort or abuse anything, don't smoke or drink too.
Now I just noticed that since a week plus now, I abuse food, eat anything that crosses my eyes even to the extent that I can't control my appetite for food hmm.. it is very bad now, anything that comes to my mind, I eat even when my tommy is full, I always feel as If there is a BIG HOLE in my stomach where all the food I eat falls into, even a pregnant woman cannot compete with me now.. pls is it a form of ailment and how do I control myself? I tried controlling it yesterday but my whole body started shaking.. pls oo help advice before I become obbessed. Though I still maintained my body weight, don't know what's happening..

You were once a very bright and smart kid in school but suddenly, it seems your grades are deteriorating and your GP is going down, lots of "Ds, E, Fs" and carry overs" the problem is not that you are no longer intelligent but few elements has become involved in your educational life:
1: BEEN COMPUTER LITERATE CANNOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM: you are a computer literate and Internet guru BUT it is different from the etiquettes of your discipline and courses in school. That you don't read your books anymore is a tangible reason why you can't pass well in your academics. How often do you remember your lecture Notes? You are always browsing, surfing and chatting, not that its bad. In NL here, there are so many educative threads and posts here but you prefer to be a politician, celebrity, romancelander etc but when you raise your books, the spirit of sleep will descend on you. My cousin goes to night class but end up whatsapping, pinging etc, small time dozes off. You must split your time between your books and entertainment.

2: THE USE OF SHORTCUTS: Very dangerous and addictive habit. Many of us has accumulated a lot of "red biros inks" on their answer scripts why? You shortcut your words in exam hall or term paper assignments thinking you are on bbm and naira land. "Was is to wz, issue is to ish," and so on and so forth, it is very bad because it makes you forget the actual spelling of those words the next thing in exam hall, u keep looking for who will spell this and that for you.

3: SEASONAL MOVIES AND SPORTS (PLAY STATION): The killer machine.. PS has damaged a lot of students even to the extent that they play it in their dreams and imagine playing it while in lecture halls, babes and seasonal movies especially "Telemundo" and other kinds of movies as such. Reduce your love for your hobbies and make your books part of your hobbies.

4: RELATIONSHIPS AND GAMES STUDENTS PLAY: There is always time for everything, don't quickly jump into relationship as u enter school because your first to third year grades determines your GP in final year, at least you can do that later but not as a fresher. Those that likes admiring girls and seeking attention, leave them alone because they will cause your downfall in academics. Those that likes cult activities even when they don't belong he he!! Restrain yourselves it is not late. Infact join a fellowship group and create academic friend zone, bet me u will gain it at last.

5: FINALLY GIRLS STOP TRAVELLING TO SEE MEN FROM SCHOOL!!": Not only does it affect your academics but risks your safety. Especially when material things and struggle for who is most sophisticated is involved. Let that person come to your school and visit u not the other way round. Mind you, these are things that initiates a lecturer knowing u personally because if u fail a course and decide to sort it, it gives room for a lecturer to want to take advantage of u, then u start crying "wolf"

Let us be strict with our studies while attending to other areas of our healthy lifestyle activities

Beans contain high concentration o fiber(The parts of fruits and vegetables that cannot be digested) and the sugar oligosaccharide which takes alot time to break down/digest, with some some fermentation taking place which releases gas so we all produce gas in the stomach from chemical reactions btw food and stomach acid. the LES(lower esophageal sphincter) has to occasionally open to release this gas as a burp or belch. if the stomach is particularly full of acid at the time, it will be carried into the esophagus and cos heartburn and you know beans don't digest in time I think that is what is causing your heartburn all you need to do is drinking lots of water will wash the beans through your system quicker and exercise will help tone all muscles including those that help fiber into and though the intestines.

Note: frequent heartburn isn't good, it can damage your esophagus and could lead to esophagus cancer. pls if beans cause you heartburn you can try to do away or restrict the number of times and quantities you eat.

I keep experiencing heartburn anytime I eat beans, thought it was due to a medical condition but nothing is wrong with me. I thought maybe something has gone wrong in my system.
Someone said it happens to cancer, asthmatic or hypertensive people but I noticed its common especially with beans.
Whats the cause and remedy? Can it be avoided? I even chill the beans in the fridge after cooking before eating but it won't stop. Is it from the beans? Med experts, let me in on some knowledge of it pls.
