What positive DIRECT effect has the past and present administration had on you so far? For me:
Past Administration helped my brother get a good job via normal application for customs without any form of bribery or settlement and I got a direct loan via state Government Agricultural Scheme to graduates seeking to venture into fisheries, poultry and other sectors of Agriculture.
This present Administration is still fresh but so far, there is still steady light in my area. We are hoping to FEEL the impact of "CHANGE" too. What have u directly gained from the past administration and what are u deriving from this present one?

Our coins: This country is blessed with wealth, health and resources but our leaders has forgotten little things that still makes it worthwhile, when other countries are still making use of coins among their medium of exchange, Nigeria has sent it into extinction yet it exists.
I was curious days ago about it at a shopping mall where i bought groceries the other day, my bill emerged with 93.50k, the lady at the counter concluded it as 95naira as usual but out of curiosity I asked her to give me the accurate balance after payment and surprisingly, she gave me coins for balance.
Now I don't even remember what our coins looks like and secondly, I doubtany market woman will pay attention to you with that coin but funny enough, even at Cotonou, tey even use as little as 100 cefa in coin . Wish Nigeria can ressurect the use of coins once again and they look so cute too. What's your take on it?

I was seeing a movie two nights ago when suddenly everywhere in our sitting room covered with burning scent if food and even smoke was all over the place, I thought that maybe whoever its happening in their house has taken care of it. 30 minutes later, the stench became unbearable and this was by 12:17am midnight. Fear catch me, I ran to my room window and was screaming my neighbour's name because t was coming from his house but for where, I had to rush to another flat to ask them to call the guy's number, they called him and found out that he was at a bar close to our street by that time imagine!!
He ran home after been alerted and even had to jump his compound gate as it was late. Lo and behold! His girlfriend put Indomie on fire and gas for that matter and slept off and was also heavily drunk. He had to break the door by then smoke has filled the whole compound from his kitchen to parlour and the roof , he even had to tie towel to cover his nose to enter his room to switch off that gas. But what I don't understand is how that lady was still sleeping comfortably covered in blankets and smoke filled everywhere yet she did not move an inch or even perceive anything though the AC was on, God is merciful oo because the story would have been different. Even while the door was been broken, she still did not wake up at the noise, the thing is strange shaa, Yoruba will say "Eleyi gidigan"

This guy has been our family friend for as long as I can remember, I once worked with him as a colleague in one activation company but we parted ways after he took to studio work. Though we still meet once in a while but he attends the same church with my sister.
Last nite, my sister got an urgent call from her fellow church member that this guy in question called him to come to his rescue that someone wants to kill him, hmmm!! I told her to stay back before she enters into what she doesn't know how it started but she insisted and left.
She came in an hour later and said it was Mike (fiction name for that guy) that he had been sleeping with this Muslim woman that has 3 children and that her husband (also a core Muslim) has been suspecting her until last night, the woman went to see Mike at the studio and they got down to business only for the woman's husband to burst in on them 15minutes into the affair. And the worst is that, he was on top of her and both were so nude..
He hit him hard with a chair, collected his phone and told him to run as fast as his legs could carry him before he does something stupid on this fasting period, my friend ran out unclad and the man took his wife and left beating her all the way, so that's how the guy called on the phone for help as to where to go and hide.
I don't know what is so interesting in the waist of a woman with 3 kids that a single guy would want to waste his life for, pls guys be careful who you deal with to avoid stories that melts the heart.

will it make u feel better knowing that Mad Max had zero green screen and CGI?? Every stunt & explosion u see in that movie is 100% practical effects. It's why it's such a masterpiece. Hardly do u come across movies with such authenticity nowadays.

Me that is an action movie freak..
After going through his thread on "behind the movie scenes" my keen interest, suspense, enthusiasm, anticipations and love for foreign action movies became reprogrammed mycheww!!
Just seeing "Mad Max for the umpteenth time and lost all interest on the movie background and all that road dust and smokes, all I keep seeing is that green cloth material at the background during the "making" and which made me loose all interest.
Sometimes, it is better to live in that world of fiction than the harsh reality. All thanks to sile12 for my loosing my movie taste bud.

Aside from the distressed denim that has suddenly started to trend all over again, I observed that there is line gown flowing jacket that women trend these days, don't know the right name it it called but I saw more than 9 ladies on it within a space of 53 minutes. Its worn as a jacket after your normal clothes. Hit or miss I can't really tell but it is well. Can't snap their front view, not cool.

Well here I believe that it is our mindset and views about life and whatever it gives is different, so make the best out of yourself today because what you give your inner being is what it gives u back.

I saw a pet dog movie where her owner, a very rich lady over pampers her, she later traveled and left the dog in care of her niece who went for a party and lost the dog.
The dog has a diamond bracelet on its neck and was later caught by dog pound bad guys who uses dogs for dog fights.. didn't finish the movie as light went off on DSTV and don't know how to find that movie especially the title..

I closed from work at Lekki yesterday by 6pm, entered a bus to Oshodi instead of my usual destination Costain due to the fact that my boss asked me to come to her residence for collection of material for our work Demo this morning. I got to Oshidi, den boarded a Cele bus and stopped at Illasa bust stop, I crossed over to the other express road and wanted to board a bike but none of them knows the street she told me to come to. She kept trying to explain the location but it wasn't working and this was around past 10pm.
She Said i should give my phone to someone around there which I did. As she was explaining her street direction to the guy (a miscreant I believed him to be) gunshots filled the air at that junction and as if it was a bomb explosion, people took to their heels scampering for safety in all directions, even there was stampede, I thank God no one was hit by a vehicle along express there because so many took to the express.
I was pushed down but I got up and continued almost getting to Iyana Itire hmm.. I was about calling my boss to tell her what happened only to realize that my phone was still in the possession of that guy
I became suddenly so tired and tears filled my eyes. I felt so helpless but I had to go back to that bus stop. On getting there, I observed shops has closed, tricycles has all gone even bike men too, everywhere looked deserted and I slumped on the side pavement there sobbing. Within a short while, life started returning to that spot, people combing all over the place looking for one thing or the other dropped while running for safety. Some guys approached me and asked what happened and I explained, they helped dial my number but on more than 12 rings, the person wasn't answering and that threw me into more mourning for my phone. I waited a little and they tried it again and this time around it was answered, I was given a phone and I quickly said in a shivering voice " pls bros I am begging u to come back with my phone, I am begging u to have mercy on me pls" he interrupted and said that I should calm down that he is bringing back my phone. 25 minutes later he came back with my phone and subconsciously, I gave him the tightest hug of his life. Later I found out that he is one of the keke drivers operating there and very popular.
It happened that the address I was looking for is a street facing the spot I alighted from, that I was never meant to have crosed the express in the first place. Well thank God with me oo. (I wonder how people easily gets access to weapons like guns)
